What an amazing time! I booked this completely last minute and am so glad I did! The process to book and choose pickup location was so easy. Our guide was Flaco or ‘Skinny Boy’ and he truly made the experience so fun. The activities offered are so cool and fun and they provided a delicious lunch at the end. Highly recommend!

It was fantastic! I was a little nervous since it had mixed reviews, but I'm glad I was wrong. Now I did go in with the mindset that this is an adventure park. So yes you are in a bigger group with other people and will have to wait in lines to do some activities. I honestly really enjoyed this. Our guide, Alexis, was fantastic. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He was very informative and would answer any questions asked. The taco lunch was pretty good too. I suggest getting the green salsa. The Cenote was an absolute dream! It was so beautiful and the just awesome to get to swim around in. The bats and small fish were so cool. I didn't jump, but it did look like fun. I liked that you didnt have to wear a life jacket if you didnt want to. Don't forget to bring a towel! They have lockers you can rent for $6 USD. Tha ATVs were really awesome and it is a fun trail through the jungle. We got to go pretty fast in some areas and slow down in others. You are in a large group, but it is still fun. You do have to pay $7 USD for insurance which isn't awful. I would suggest having a face covering for the dirt or mud. My knees did get some bruises. The horse back riding was really fun! I got to ride Dorado and she was just the cutest! The trail was fun and im happy about the length of it. It somehow worked out that me and my friend were the last ones to go in our group, so we got to ride just by ourselves. That was awesome! The ziplines were pretty cool. You go through them pretty fast, but it's a good thing. You have to climb some steep stairs to get up to some different platforms. Overall I really liked this whole experience. The transportation was easy and it was on time. We were the first stop, so I can see how it could be late if you were the last stop. I recommend going here!

Jenni was an incredible leader!! You won’t actually get 30 min for all the activities though. Atv was only about 20 min and horseback was maybe 15 and that’s being generous. Perhaps the first person who got on the horse got 20 min from waiting for everyone else to get their horses… but absolutely not 30 minutes. Jenni was incredible though. Our transport from the cenote to the main location was terribly late… but Jenni did a spectacular job filling the time with music, translations, and Mayan history.

The whole experience felt rush and limited on the activity side to just only have to sit and feel force to buy something prior to leaving the guide should communicate well with the group n allow us to enjoy more. Worth the Price!

Overall the experience was OK. Kind of rushed at the end. Only got 20 minutes to swim and explore the cenotes. Also they upsell you on almost every damn thing. So be mindful…67-70 dollar excursions can easily be up sold to 3-400 dollars real quick. Trust me I know. Other than that..it was cool. The tour guides were cool too. For the price, not bad!

Dangerous excursion

I only did the zip line during the ATV the ATV kept dying and weren’t that stable. They didn’t provide goggles and you have to pay for them. I ended up crashing due to the dust getting in my eyes and almost lost my leg. I still had to pay for the ATV and my experience was terrible and personally if you do this tour I would be very careful. After I got injured they told me that another client got injured earlier in the day in the horse back riding part and had their foot shattered.

Great excursions for the price!!!

Whole experience was awesome!!! Our guides Gabrielle and Keekay were AWESOME!! They did an outstanding job and made the excursions even better. Timing could have been a bit better as we didn't get to swim in the cenotes very long, maybe about 15-20 minutes. We wanted to swim longer for sure. Also, the horse I got on was too small for me. I should have been put on a much bigger horse. Im 6'5" 240 pounds and I was too heavy for the small horse and he did NOT like me on his back lol kinda scary but No issues and we had a blast. Everyone was super friendly. This is my 2nd time doing the exact same excursions and I definitely recommend! Worth every penny!

WARNING: Be careful with this company. They charged me $200 and then stopped responding. I canceled within 45 minutes of booking after realizing the pickup time was earlier than I could make. They told me to contact Viator for a refund, saying it was out of their hands. But each time Viator reached out to confirm, they denied the refund. Meanwhile, they kept telling me they were “waiting for a supervisor.” If this is how they handle a simple refund, I wouldn’t trust them with the actual tour.

Do it but bring your face covering

The activities were good and the location is nice. But they try to get you to pay for ridiculous things. None of the instructions reminded guests to bring a face covering but they charged $13 for a very flimsy and cheap one per person. If they added it to their instructions we would have saved that. The food is only pork. If you don’t eat pork you won’t be able to eat. And one of the photographs guy was rude. They make sure you don’t take your phone on the ATV and sell pictures for $40 per person. I initially declined and he said you’ll get it in your next life. That was really rude and disrespectful. The tour guides were nice and we tipped them well. But it’s very scamish when it comes to making you pay for everything.

Budget variety excursion.

This is a way to do a low cost variety of activities. Don’t expect the moon and stars. It felt low budget and rushed. The Zip line and ATV driving was decent . I was disappointed that the pictures of the Cenotes didn’t meet the reality of our experience. The pictures showed bridges through lush forests. We visited a small village and a small Cenotes . I also wish they remove the “lunch included” feature and change it to “snack included”. They give you two small tacos for lunch and try to up-sell you on more tacos and drinks. All in all, if you don’t want to spend an entire day doing just one thing, this is a fair option but there are higher quality excursions out there.

All the activities were fun. But beware they are going to keep getting you out of money every step of the way. A $70 excursion turned into and additional $92. I was irritated throughout the process. Also it took over an hour for them to take us back to our hotel.

This excursion was ok. Very fast paced. Didn't give the thrill we were seeking. Just something to do. Our group didn't do the Cenote swim resulting in us finishing 2 hours early. We were not accommodated and taken back to the resort. We had to wait over 2 hours for our original driver to return to be transported.

Our experience here is very good. The only thing we didn’t like is that we can’t bring phones and camera for the zipline and ATV activity. They will take picture of you and will let you pay them for it. But in cenote and horse riding you can’t use your phone. The tour guides are very friendly and accommodating. Will recommend this tour to everyone who’s adventurous! :)

Fun in the jungle

Excellent experience very friendly staff. Only warning would be to be careful of the sales of “extras”. You do not need to upgrade your atv or buy goggles etc. lots of fun on each event and they are careful about safely. You are asked to pay 12.00 each for insurance for atv but that is pretty standard for any atv ride

long drive, but once you get there it's a good time. all the guides were friendly and helpful. even made jokes. the tequila tasting was interesting because they taught you about the process. the cenote was cooling at the end. the Zipline and horses were fun. the atv was ok, but I'm used to wet and wild riding.

Sadly did not get to experience this excursion. Looked fun and checked off all the boxes we wanted! Cenote, zip lining, ATV, tequila tasting. We did have it booked for 9:30am. Our hotel was in the list of hotels for pickup and on the listing it states 100 minutes from starting time to be ready for pickup. We sat outside of our hotel for close to the amount of time by the time I looked at the messages here. They contacted me less than 24 hours in advance stating someone will pick us up at 11:40am. Well they do have a 1:30pm time but my tickets said 9:30am. When I reached out to the they stated it was because of how far out the hotel was to the location. Which our hotel was 40 minutes away. I told them that and I don’t think we got a response back as I have done others here in the past and we were an hour away. The thing that I didn’t like was that I never got a text message from this group stating they switched times (tickets still stated 9:30am by the way) or that I got a message from them in the booking section. Would’ve been fun but we picked 9:30am for a reason as we had plans scheduled at our hotel for mid-afternoon.

Fun!!! But you need your phone

H was our tour guide! He was great loved him only thing I don't like is no phone because they want you to pay for theirs! No pictures in the cenote which made me very upset because thats what I really wanted pictures of I had to find someone who had a phone and have them send it to me. Pictures also weren’t reasonable and they should offer water during the tour.

Worst experience, would never recommend to anyone!!!! only thing was the water and they rushed us out the water because they didn’t have enough horses so we had to wait then rushed we out the water because others went before us

High pressure to buy...

High pressure to buy add-ons like ATV insurance. They try to scare you into buying it but honestly not necessary as you ride in a straight line on ATVs that are already broken and have bald tires. “Lunch” is 2 tiny tacos that taste like rat meat. Do not pick this excursion. Save your money and pay for XCARET. Much better!

Mr. H and the terminator were great. We had a blast from the zip line to riding the ATV. Which we did twice . 🫶🏽
