It was fantastic! I was a little nervous since it had mixed reviews, but I'm glad I was wrong. Now I did go in with the mindset that this is an adventure park. So yes you are in a bigger group with other people and will have to wait in lines to do some activities. I honestly really enjoyed this. Our guide, Alexis, was fantastic. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He was very informative and would answer any questions asked. The taco lunch was pretty good too. I suggest getting the green salsa.
The Cenote was an absolute dream! It was so beautiful and the just awesome to get to swim around in. The bats and small fish were so cool. I didn't jump, but it did look like fun. I liked that you didnt have to wear a life jacket if you didnt want to. Don't forget to bring a towel! They have lockers you can rent for $6 USD.
Tha ATVs were really awesome and it is a fun trail through the jungle. We got to go pretty fast in some areas and slow down in others. You are in a large group, but it is still fun. You do have to pay $7 USD for insurance which isn't awful. I would suggest having a face covering for the dirt or mud. My knees did get some bruises.
The horse back riding was really fun! I got to ride Dorado and she was just the cutest! The trail was fun and im happy about the length of it. It somehow worked out that me and my friend were the last ones to go in our group, so we got to ride just by ourselves. That was awesome!
The ziplines were pretty cool. You go through them pretty fast, but it's a good thing. You have to climb some steep stairs to get up to some different platforms.
Overall I really liked this whole experience. The transportation was easy and it was on time. We were the first stop, so I can see how it could be late if you were the last stop.
I recommend going here!

Please remember to take your own swim shoes for the cenote and some sort of face covering for the jungle events as their prices are way over charged from example swim shoes you can get off shein for £3 they want 30 dollars for
The staff are nice and friendly and our guide was good, you get some tacos as a small snack and there is plenty of water on hand for free along with lovely refreshments you can purchase
Would highly recommend this
Please be aware the drivers have A4 notices up asking for a 20 dollar trip etc, this is your choice to pay a tip so never feel obliged too if you feel you didn't get a good service and asking for 20 dollars is a bit cheeky in my eyes

The cost of this trip is what you pay for + the $5 mandatory lockers. They force you to go lock your phone in a locker so you cannot take your phone out to take pictures. They are liars and a girl brought a gopro which was attached to her helmet and they made her take it off to go put it in the locker-room
And after the tour, they sit you down trying to upsell you pictures and have the audacity to pressure you down for tips. These ppl re joksters

The experience altogether was a great combination, and I would definitely recommend it.
However, I didn't like that our phones were not allowed, but I had to keep calling for the photographer to be present at times.

Would not do this tour again and that says a lot bc i love all tours. Transportation was provided from our hotel but was quite a bumpy ride closer to the park. Tour guide told me no insta360 however i insisted because many other people brought their go pros. I did not like the fact that they did not allow phones/cameras because they try to upsell you their "professional" pictures taken by a young teenager for $60usd. On top of that, us three girls felt pressured to tip after we had been approached multiple times for cash or apple pay tip. No is no.
Also, seemed like a man made cenote because there were tubes running into the "cenote" bringing in water. Zipline, atv, and horseback riding was fun.
I can sense all of the guides snickering at my group because of the camera altercation, and felt like they were messing with us by asking us again and again for tip, reviews, and feedback forms.
Driver almost forgot to drop us off on the van ride back, thankfully i had my directions clear and knew spanish to communicate to the driver that he missed our hotel (we were in puerto morelos, not cancun)

Activities were fun. They had a store there too where you can buy extra stuff like sunglasses, bandannas and souvenirs. Included in our ticket was two tacos that we ate at the end. We also ordered more food. Everything was delicious. They offer drinks, alcohol and nonalcoholic beverages, water bottles, Gatorade etc. I highly recommend.

It was fun, but the ATV ride was stop and go, would have been better if it was continuous or broken into smaller groups. Horse back riding went well, but short. They tried to squeeze everything in but time is limited. Be prepared to spend money for pictures as they do not allow cameras on ATV or zip line activity. About $90 dollars for photos, there's also a charge for atv gear.

The 3 Activities were spot on! Fun and friendly for kids and adults. ATV’s, horse riding, and Cenote were just the best. Perfect experience for little kids. However, zip lining experience was little rushed and a bit dangerous for little kids. The tree house had banners but not safe for kids. They could easily fall down from the sides if kids wiggle little. Kids had harness on which was bit heavy to carry and walk up the stairs, on top of it, the sides of the stairs were all so open, kids could easily fall. To me that was very concerning. The zip linings were very rushed. We were only 7 people in the group and it wasn’t a busy season, but as soon as you get up to the station, they lock you in and pushed you Down. They could’ve made it little fun for guest.
On the other side, our tour guide, RoRo and his partner were just BEST! Very patient, very kind, very friendly. I would recommend working with these 2guys again for sure!
They also served us lunch, Tacos. Since we were vegetarians, they gave us meatless tacos. Little did we know, the rice was cooked in the meat (pork) and the cheese had gone bad. As soon as we came back to the hotel, my husband and I had the food poisoning and we were out for the rest of the day. So bring some snacks with you but would not recommend eating there as a vegetarian or vegan.

You might need a face cover for dust while riding ATV.if you don't have one you gonna get it for 13 american dollars. The cenote is rocky you need a good shoe for it.

We were really looking forward to this excursion because it advertised horseback riding, ATVs, zip lining, tequila tasting, and a cenote. Unfortunately, it was not worth the money.
The horseback riding lasted less than 10 minutes, which barely gave us enough time to enjoy it. The ATV ride was also extremely short and didn’t offer any real opportunity to explore. The zip lining consisted of only three very short lines, so if you’re expecting an adventure, you’ll likely be disappointed. The tequila tasting was decent, but nothing memorable.
The only highlight of the day was the cenote. It was beautiful, felt natural, and was the one experience that actually felt unique and worth doing.
If you’re looking for a true horseback riding experience, an exciting ATV adventure, or a substantial zip-lining course, I would recommend spending your money elsewhere and booking those activities separately. We left feeling disappointed and wishing we had chosen a different excursion.

Don’t waste your money on this if you are used to a more realistic adventure…..this was a basic, no thrills experience. We drive ourselves to the site so I think we were treated differently. There was 2 of us so we didn’t actually get a guide. They just pointed us to where we were supposed to go. The horse ride was about a 10 minute circle and the ATV was the same ride we drive in to get there. The Zipline was the best part. We paid for a meal and water bottle as part of the package but they were not provided.

Be sure to bring water shoes and a neck gator or bandana for the dust while riding the ATV’s. The cenote feels amazing after zip lining.

We had so much fun! The staff was kind and knowledgeable, and we had the best tour guide, Danny Flow!!! Transportation was simple and comfortable. When it was over we didn’t want to leave! Great way to start our trip to Mexico.

This was very unorganized the transportation company left us for two hours, the activities were shorter the horseback ride was terrible the horses were tired… they don’t allow you have phones and charge 80 for photos to get air dropped.

Experience itself was good. The only downfall was transportation, they make multiple stops at other resorts to pick up other guest, and you’re in a very full packed van.

This was a great excursion and the price was well worth it. The only down side was the 2 tacos you get and all the other food and drinks were for sell. I say that because travel with another company before that gave a wonderful buffet after a day filled with activities. But our guide Danny Flow was great I just wish he went into the cenotes with us. This was a great sampling of activities. The ziplines were fun. The cenote was incredible. The ATV and horseback riding were fun but short. Tequila tasting was fun and informative, and lunch was small but tasty. Everyone was very nice and helpful. They took great photos and we bought them for a reasonable price.

We were late arriving to the meeting point due to no shows for pick up and because the road into the meeting point was the longest part of the trip. Van had to drive less than 5 miles per hr. Activities were short and rushed. Each activity was a lot of fun but could have been a lot longer. Tequila tasting and cenote were the top activities.

I would not recommend this tour, or any other tour advertising essentially the same type of Mayan jungle tour. The communication was awful, I was only messaged about my pickup time just hours before the event, while I was sleeping, so naturally I missed my pickup because I ASSUMED the pickup would be 9:30, as listed on my reservation. They only called to tell me they’d call left us behind after waiting for five minutes at 8:10am, then claimed they would call back with a rescheduled time. This was a complete lie as I tried to contact them myself 7 times from both their phone numbers, and I messaged as well. Radio silence. I’ve seen that many of these other horseback and Cenote excursions also include hidden fees, which they don’t tell you about until you reach the location, at which point you have no choice but to pay since they’re your only transportation. I imagine I would’ve got the same fees. Not only that, the event is advertised as five hours but is in fact only about two hours not including transportation time. Other customers report feeling rushed, only spending 15 minutes at the cenote, which is what most people are paying to see in the first place. Once again I would not recommend. I mean what kind of business messages you past 8pm to tell you your pickup time? Super unprofessional. Getting a refund.

This excursion was amazing! So much fun. We got picked up from our hotel around 7:50. It was a 1.5 hour drive to reach the destination. On the way, we stopped at a gas station / taco stand & had some amazing tacos! We did ATV’s first which was fun. It was mostly driving in a single file line on bumpy terrain, but there was some opportunities to go fast & pass others. Next we did the zip lining which was great! There were 4 lines to do. After, we did a tequila tasting! We had 5 different types of tequilas to try , Blanco, Resposado, Coconut, Mango & Cafe. All were great & 100% agave Azul tequila. After, we did horse back riding! I wish we had more time for this activity , it was only about 15 minutes. I also recommend that they take a few minutes to show people the basics of riding a horse. The horses pretty much are trained for this activity, so there is minimal work for the rider (the horses are walking). I know how to ride a horse though, so I was able to gallop a little which was fun! Lastly, we did the Cenote which was the best activity! We had to take a shower before entering. The Cenote is in a big hole. You get the option to jump in from different heights , or take the steps. We decided to jump! It was maybe a 10-15 feet drop into the water. Everyone gets a life jacket, so it’s okay if you can’t swim. Inside the Cenote was so beautiful! It was nice blue water & very refreshing. It was in a cave & there were actually bats in there! They minded their business though. After the activities , we had 2 pork tacos in the included lunch. There are also options to buy other food such as different tacos, hamburgers & hot dogs. The bar had frozen margaritas & other drinks. Our guide, Danny Rico & the rest of the staff did an amazing job! They were very hospitable & made sure everyone’s needs were attended to. The staff was taking photos & videos throughout the day, so you get the option to purchase them at the end. We purchased the couples package for $89 & we had about 140 photos & 4 videos. They were great pictures & the photographers are real professionals.
Overall, this was a great activity & I recommend anyone that wants to have fun to do this activity!

Everything was too short and felt like a rip off, atv ride was 20 min tops and horse back was 15 min tops. There were a total of 4 zip lines nothing too special, I would probably skip this and get something better
