Getting to Paradise is super easy. The easiest way to get here is taking a taxi from your cruise ship/hotel. It is about a 10-15 minute taxi ride and runs about US$16 each way (per TAXI not per Person) for a car for up to four people. There are also taxi VANS that takes up to 8 people.

What To Expect
Book your Paradise Beach day pass online in advance and receive your voucher via email, which you can show at the beach club entrance to receive your day pass wristbands. Then spend your time inside relaxing on your reserved beach loungers overlooking the water for as long as you’d like.
Take a dip in the ocean or the heated pool, order unlimited food and drinks at the on-site restaurant or from your beach chairs, and use the on-site amenities like showers, changing rooms, and restrooms. For an extra charge, you can access the inflatables anchored just offshore or book parasailing or banana boat rides.

Our experience at Paradise beach was amazing. Miguel took such good care of us beach side. He made sure we had plenty of food and drinks. Also my massage was amazing!! I can’t wait to come back and do it all over again.

When we arrived, they greeted us and promptly found our reservation. They asked our preference for location and assigned orderlies to us. These young men were friendly and immediately took our drinks and food orders and continued throughout the day to refill our drinks and any other needs. Thank you.

What a great place to hang out with family! It was full of fun- an aqua park with many slides and adventurous bouncy houses. It was clean, food and drinks were amazing. The service was the BEST! Jesus and Villy took care of our big group and kindly checked up on us often. We had a great time and look forward to returning soon! We got massages and hair braiding. Reyna has hands of an angel. It’s Paradise.

The place is beautiful, especially the flora. Incredible atmosphere. Unfortunately a storm passed on 08/11/26 and we showed 8/12/26 and the entire ocean was closed for access due to seaweed. They said it will take a few days to clean. Only access to pool until then.

My experience at Paradise Beach was great. The food and guest service is excellent. The beach area had beautiful sands and water. The pool area is nice with a good size pool and plenty of cabanas and lounging areas. The vibe was chill and laid back very relaxing day at Paradise Beach.

Other travelers should know the seating areas were awesome, but bees were swarming everywhere. The waiters took orders for drinks and brought those back promptly, but the food was cold upon delivery and was not pleasant to eat

Pros: the all inclusive package is definitely worth purchasing, and we are glad we did. There is a lot for you to do based on your interests. I spent most of my time in the pool because it was very relaxing and the vibe I was looking for. There are water inflatables on the beach side of the resort that looked fun if you’re a thrill seeker. We were a group of 3, and we made sure we got there early (I would recommend doing this) to secure our preferred spots. I didn’t take advantage of the different paid amenities like the massage and henna tattoos, but they are also available at the resort. The drinks came out quickly. Shout out to Fernando for being attentive even though he was not our primary waiter. The property is beautiful and clean, the staff was friendly, and I would definitely come back.
Cons: I will preface this by saying that this was our personal experience and it could be a one-off experience, but I would not be providing the most accurate and honest review if I did not mention it. I had to order the same food three times before it came out once. Every time we inquired about the food, they would say it was coming but people who ordered after us recorded their order for the same food first. That was frustrating because that reduced the amount of times I could eat something else because I was waiting. I didn’t get to try everything I wanted because we were on a time crunch due to being on a cruise ship. Our main water becomes less and less attentive to us as time went on (not sure if that’s how it’s supposed to be). We had unexpected guests (raccoon-like animals) coming and eating our food; it climbed up on the tables and ate our food right off our plate. Our waiter said they don’t bite, but sir, they definitely eat!! Finally, I wish the tipping expectation was expressed at the beginning when they were explaining all of the other information. I was tipping those who were bringing out the food. However, at the end our main waiter (who we saw sparingly) stated that they needed a tip which will be split between everyone. I think giving the guests that knowledge up front gives them the opportunity to make the decision on how to tip. Thus, more transparency in that area would enhance the guest experience. Finally, I’m big on music and enjoy a variety of genres. Unfortunately, the music was low at times and the music selections were not that good. Having a better mix of songs and vibes would also enhance the guest experience.
All in all, I would definitely go back and I would recommend booking this resort for your next trip to Cozumel.

We also appreciate your honest feedback. We’d like to clarify a few things that may be helpful for future guests. Food orders should always be placed with the waiters wearing pink shirts, as they are the team members assigned to take and manage food orders. If something isn’t arriving as expected, we always encourage guests to let us know while they’re here so we can address it immediately and make things right.
Regarding the raccoons, they are a harmless part of Cozumel’s wildlife and are simply looking for food. As a beach club, we’re committed to being environmentally conscious and respecting the island’s natural ecosystem. After all, this is their home too. Our staff does their best to keep them away from guest areas while ensuring they are treated humanely.
As for gratuities, tipping is completely optional. We understand that this can sometimes create confusion, but we prefer giving our guests the freedom to decide rather than automatically adding a service charge, as many cruise lines do. The hospitality industry standard is typically 15–20% of the all-inclusive price, and most guests who choose to leave a gratuity do so at the end of their visit after enjoying the service.

The club is hyped by many customers but we did not find anything special about this club. The food was okay, the service was decent but we felt that we didn’t get our money’s worth. The lockers were also pricey at $24! Did not understand why the women were changing in the restrooms,are there no changing rooms? I would not know as I didn’t need to change but if you needed to use the restrooms then you had a long wait. There were bees sitting on all the fruits and drink glasses.. Just not worth it for us.

We’d like to clarify a few things for future guests. Our lockers are $4 to rent and require either a $20 refundable deposit or an ID for the key. Once the key is returned, the deposit is refunded.
We also have dedicated changing rooms available for guests, so we’re not sure why some visitors chose to change in the restrooms, but that may have simply been their personal preference.
As for the bees, we are committed to protecting Cozumel’s natural environment and believe in respecting the local wildlife. While we do everything we can to keep bees away from guest areas, we do not harm them, as they play an important role in the ecosystem. We’ve never had any incidents involving bees. They can occasionally be a minor annoyance, but it’s not something we typically experience as an ongoing issue.

We had a great time at Paradise. Omar was our waiter and he tended to us so well.. he was perfectly timed with all of our food and drinks. The food was delicious. The shrimp ceviche and the shrimp fajitas were my favorite. The guacamole was perfect. Our drinks were cold, sweet, and strong. The mango smoothie was DELICIOUS.
The facility was beautiful. The water wasn’t great but you can’t control the tide of the ocean.

The food was disappointing. Here in the States we have every week a lot better Mexican food than at this place "in Mexico". The beach was ok but it is not what the pictures showed. Margaritas were not close to what we get at home. On the positive side, the pool is great and the servers are all of the time ready to provide food and beverages.

Great food and service as the drinks were served quick.
Just remember that all inclusive does not include the use of the floats that are anchored for the kids to play on . That’s an extra $18 per person

We were once again blown away with the service at paradise beach. This is our second visit and it won’t be our last. The food is out of this word. All of the staff are fantastic. Martin was our server and we never went hungry or thirsty. Food came out quickly. Lifeguards were directing people to areas of the water where there wasn’t seaweed so being in the water was enjoyable. Highly recommend this excursion while in Cozumel

Paradise Beach staff did an excellent job taking care of us and serving great food and drinks. However my daughter and I got in one of the white ring floating things by the slides. Twelve hours later my daughter had a large spot on her hip like a burn where some type of marine life stung her. She had to go to the doctor and get a steroid shot. The white rings had a lot of green algae in them.

Paradise Beach is a wonderful experience for families. We have been here 3 times and each time is better than the last! The service is top notch and drinks/food are great. We traveled with a 16 year old, 3 year old and 1 year old and all were entertained. We will continue to come here during our Cozumel travels!

While tipping the servers is technically optional, the experience did not feel optional. Our tour had been paid in full before we arrived, so we had a zero balance when it was time to leave. As we were preparing to exit, the servers stood around us while the tip options were presented, making it feel as though we couldn't leave until a tip was added. They suggested $10 per person (10%) or $15 per person (20%).
I chose to tip because the servers did an excellent job and deserved recognition for their service. However, standing over guests who have already paid in full creates an uncomfortable sense of pressure and obligation. A gratuity should be a personal choice, not something guests feel compelled to give because they are made to feel trapped. It left me disappointed and diminished what had otherwise been an enjoyable experience.

At Paradise Beach, gratuities are completely optional and are never automatically added to a guest’s bill. Unlike many all-inclusive resorts and cruise lines that include a mandatory service charge, we believe it’s better to leave that decision entirely in our guests’ hands.
As in most restaurants and hospitality establishments, the industry standard for good service is typically 15–20%. Our team presents suggested gratuity amounts simply as a courtesy so that guests do not have to calculate the tip themselves. This is a standard practice in the industry. Guests are always welcome to leave any amount they feel is appropriate, or no gratuity at all.

I spilt my drink and l asked for another and it was no issue! Loved tacos in the skillet!! It started to rain clouds dark but they helped to get us to a covered spot! The gift shop pharmacy was also- Amazing they had toothpaste and lotion that l ran out of and didn’t realize. Thank you fora wonderful experience! This is my 4 th time at your beach club!

I highly recommend this place. Everyone is so attentive, lot of activities for kids if you have fun pass. If you get all inclusive you don’t have to worry about anything. I was part of family of 36
People and I didn’t hear a thing that is negative. Jut book this place and enjoy.
