The experience is a must-do for those visiting Cozumel! The atmosphere was relaxing, food, and smoothies were great as well! The pool was a whole vibe, along with the beach. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our requests. Luis and Gustavo were awesome servers!! We definitely recommend Paradise Island to others as we had an amazing time!

From the moment we arrived at Paradise Beach to the moment we left, we received the best service from the entire staff! The entire resort was great! Not too crowded, great swimming/snorkeling area, shaded spots, tasty food, and all the drinks you could order! I would definitely recommend adding on a massage and hair braiding while you’re there!

Getting to Paradise is super easy. The easiest way to get here is taking a taxi from your cruise ship/hotel. It is about a 10-15 minute taxi ride and runs about US$16 each way (per TAXI not per Person) for a car for up to four people. There are also taxi VANS that takes up to 8 people.

What To Expect

Book your Paradise Beach day pass online in advance and receive your voucher via email, which you can show at the beach club entrance to receive your day pass wristbands. Then spend your time inside relaxing on your reserved beach loungers overlooking the water for as long as you’d like.

Take a dip in the ocean or the heated pool, order unlimited food and drinks at the on-site restaurant or from your beach chairs, and use the on-site amenities like showers, changing rooms, and restrooms. For an extra charge, you can access the inflatables anchored just offshore or book parasailing or banana boat rides.

Our experience at Paradise beach was amazing. Miguel took such good care of us beach side. He made sure we had plenty of food and drinks. Also my massage was amazing!! I can’t wait to come back and do it all over again.

I had a great relaxing day with my daughter who was on break from work. Will definitely go again.

My daughter and I had a nice time while at the resort. The food was good, drinks and service was awesome. The only thing I have to mention is the honey badger's presence. He/she snuck up to the side of the table behind my chair and I nearly had a heart attack. I haven't gotten up out of a chair that fast in about 25 years lol. He/she was a hungry furry ball of cuteness lol, all while I observed from afar. The honey badgers should definitely have a collar with a bell on it. 😁 My daughter had a good laugh seeing her Mom nearly eat a palm tree but hey another priceless moment. Will definitely be returning.

I really enjoyed a the inflatables were fun for my daughter and I (no extra cost) service was great. The food was what one expect for all inclusive. The beach was clean; no seaweed. First time ever doing something like this. I do wish there was a package for adults that opt not to drink.

It is about a 10 minute taxi ride from the taxi station at port. Be sure to purchase your tickets before going. We were shown to 3 loungers, small table and an umbrella on the beach. We purchased the all inclusive which included all you can eat and drink (not the inflatables). It was very relaxing. Our servers were great and the restrooms were clean. We did not use the pool. We would definitely return if in Cozumel again.

We enjoyed our day at Club Paradise. We were well taken care of without being hassled. The chips and guacamole was a perfect snack and the environment was laid back, but lively. The cab ride was a bit longer than we expected, so plan for 20 mins or so to get back to the port if you are cruising.

This place is very welcoming and the service is great. It's very crowded, so you'd expect it to take a long time to get food or drink, but that is not the case. They are very efficient. The food is just OK- and drinks are typical. Three of the five of us ended up with some gastrointestinal issues after visiting here. The other two didn't drink anything with water/ice so that may be the reason. They should make the inflatables just part of the price. It was difficult to find the person to pay the extra $16 for using them as no one seemed to know who to pay! Overall a nice beach day, but we will try somewhere else if we find ourselves here again.

We had an amazing time at Paradise Beach! It was only about a 15 minute ride from the cruise port. When we got there, we were greeted by the door staff and they were very nice friendly and accommodating. Our reservations were found promptly and we were introduced to our host. Angel was an excellent host and waiter and his assistant Martin was also amazing. They checked on us regularly and made sure our drinks were filled, and our bellies were full. We got a couple of beach chairs facing the beach and it was a beautiful site. There were many amenities to choose from and the pool was also amazing. The food was delicious and the drinks were good as well.Highly recommend this experience.

Perfect. So low stress and the staff took great care of us. Our favorite stop/port on our western Caribbean cruise. Did the all inclusive and added the “fun pass” for my teen boys when we got there. Food was decent and plentiful but if you were paying ala cart portions would have been tiny.

My family stopped in Cozumel on a cruise and we booked a day pass at the Paradise Beach Club. It was fantastic and suited our needs perfectly. I am a wheelchair user with limited mobility. Our six year old daughter, my husband, and father in-law also joined us. Because of my mobility needs I wanted a place with a pool which is easier for me, and a beach area for my daughter. Upon arriving at Cozumel we all took a cab to Paradise Beach club, which was about 15 minutes from our port. The beach club had made many efforts to ensure wheelchair accessibility, with a ramp at the curb at the side of entrance, and then they offered us a beach wheelchair for the day. Staff gave us a table under the covered bar area to use all day and we were also closely situated to the pool there. All food and alcohol were included for a very reasonable price. Staff attended to us all day. When we were finished with the pool and lunch we used the beach wheelchair to go to the beach. My husband and daughter had fun on the many blown up water slides and tubes in the water. There were plenty of loungers and chairs and umbrellas in both the pool and beach area. The bathrooms were also wheelchair accessible, with a ramp at the entry and a handicapped stall with grab bars. The stall was a little small to fit the wheelchair, but at the very least I was glad there were bars in the stall as the floor was slippery. One note that we neglected to do: bring towels! We did not, but there were some available to purchase in the small shop. Taxis were also readily available to return to the port. We would definitely return to Paradise Beach Club next time.

Have to walk through a large, meandering mall area of shops to get to the taxi stand. Once there easy to get a cab. Short taxi ride from the pier to resort. Beautiful tropical grounds. Checked in then someone brought us to our chairs & umbrella. Good service all day. Pretty beach, but you can only enter the ocean in a limited area due to rocks under the surf. Pool warm and very clean. Lots of seating. Bathrooms clean. Food and service pretty good. Cute gift shops and a small pharmacy at the entrance. Easy to get a cab back. Only issue was return cab driver left us far away from the port entrance, forcing us to walk by additional shopping areas. Will definitely return.

I’ll preface this with the fact that I don’t want to yuck someone else’s yum. This may appeal to others but definitely not us. The positives, the left of the pier, the beach is stunning and service was good an attentive. The not so good. To the right of the pier, the sea is crowded with inflatables. The food was very basic and possibly not the best quality. The beer was fine, a little warm but I think they realised and gave us an ice bucket (extra points for service). The beach beds weren’t very comfortable and I kept falling through. We stayed for a few hours because we’d travelled from the mainland but I don’t think we would have stayed if that wasn’t the case. It looked great for kids but as a couple, it was not for us

Bring your own towel, if you want a massage go to hut as soon as you get there to schedule. Sunscreen! Paddle board and snorkel equipment 16$ extra, top shelf extra but plenty of great stuff included! Excellent time!

It was a nice place. The food was delicious, the servers frindly and fast getting your food or drinks to you. Bathrooms were clean and they have lockers. Beware there are rocks getting in to the water, so water shoes are a must.

Bring towels or blankets get there very early if you want to be near the edge of the beach and do not expect it to be worth what you paid as the drinks are very watered down. The only good thing that was fabulous on the menu were the chicken fingers. The service though was phenomenal. The workers are great.

We enjoyed our location in the shade, drinks food and our servers. When we came in we were greeted and we specifically asked for shader by the beach AND a spot to smoke cigars. After we were settled in my Husband was smoking his cigar for at least 30 mins with out Any issues. All of a sudden he was told he had to stop and smoke over by the loud music and hard chairs way over by the pool. Had we. When told from the beginning we could have been set differently. Just was a bummer to be told one thing to find out another
