Serenity at Sea
It was an amazing time! Max our private tour guide was very knowledgeable on the location, the marine life, rock/cenote formations, and he ensured our safety was maintained through it all. Our photographer Lara was amazing! The taxi/bus driver was on point and very kind, offered snacks/water and made sure we were happy and satisfied. The tour ended with a buffet at the end, tacos were prepared by Mayan Women and it was delicious! There were also refreshments like hibiscus water, tamarind water and lemonade, as well as a little bar. The combination of snorkeling and cenote exploring was spectacular, truly is beautiful!

Booze Cruise meets Adventure
We had such an amazing time on this trip going for the second time. Our first time was in Aug of 2025 and it was just as good as this one. The sea life is great with Nurse sharks, turtles, sting rays, barracuda and so many fish. The coral is a little bleached but still beautiful. We stop and one deep water snorkel about 20m or so with beautiful reef then went to another stop about 3m deep with some reef but more turtle and grass land territory. We saw baby sharks is this second stop both times. Then we went to a short star fish area for 5 min. Finally we go to the sandbar area we stingrays swimming around you and beautiful water. Food, margaritas, shots and beer. The excursion advertises 2 drinks but it was unlimited for us both trips. Such a great experience. Such a fun crew!!!

Cozumel hidden gem
We met our driver who took us to his SUV. We loaded up and was taken to our ATV station. We were greeted by Miguel and his team. Miguel our guide explained what is going on and the expectations that he expected from us. We were given helmets and goggles to wear and lead to our ATVs. We took a brief training on how to start the vehicle, hand signals that would be used and how to put in drive and reverse. We then set out on our journey. Riding through the neighborhoods and through the woods was great. We drove until we got to the place to jump off the cliffs. Miguel explained to us some of the history of the island and culture. He was very passionate which made it great. We then jumped off the cliffs into the water. Miguel took pictures for us. Once that was over we went back to the vehicles to head back to base. Upon return we were welcomed with free refreshments. We then walked over to the bar around the corner. We were met by a tequila expert to talk about the different ones they sell and how to properly drink them. We were able to taste multiple flavors. It was fascinating. After that we had time to check out the local shops. After that Miguel drove us back to the port. We had such a great time with Miguel and his team. ATV riding, cliff jumping, tequila tasting, shopping and pics of the riding(for a small fee). Overall it was a memorable experience with Miguel. I would definitely recommend.

The Royal Caribbean...
The Royal Caribbean cruise line dropped us at the wrong terminal, but Jared and the team were great. Went out of their way to pick us up and give us the full experience… The ATVs were a blast, the tequila tasting and chocolate tasting were not only tasty but very informative. Jared was especially helpful and informative helped us to understand the culture and lifestyle of the folks in Cozumel. I highly recommend Jared for the guide but everyone on the team was wonderful. Everything went smoothly. Lunch was great. The beer was cold. The water was blue and refreshing and all these things really helped make our trip to Cozumel Absolutely amazing. I give them a 10+. As a former senior travel advisor with AAA, I would highly recommend this excursion.

While you might be tempted to spend all your time in the Riviera Maya and the Yucatan on the beach, the region offers much more than white sand and warm water. Riviera Maya and Yucatan tours reveal a different side of the Mexican state by showcasing Mayan ruins, secret cenotes, and colonial towns. Some excursions whisk you to a world wonder or sail to snorkeling hot spots in the Caribbean Sea, while others focus on exploring the jungle in an ATV or tasting local delights such as tacos and tequilas.
