**Airport - Hotel :** Upon arrival, pick up your luggage and proceed to the departure gate. Your driver will be waiting for you outside the terminal in the ground transportation area, will carry with him a sign with the name of the person who is booked. Present your confirmation or photo ID when boarding the vehicle. Arrivals – Your transport will be ready exactly 30 minutes after your flight’s landing time and you can wait up to 60 minutes after your flight’s landing time. If for any reason, you have trouble locating your driver, go to any of the following meeting points: - Terminal 2 (domestic arrivals) at the "Welcome Bar" - Terminal 2 (international arrivals) at the "Welcome Bar" - Terminal 3 at "Margaritaville Bar", Terminal 4 at the "Welcome Bar" **Hotel - Airport :** Your exact pick-up time will be confirmed one day prior to your flight departure, your driver will arrive at your hotel lobby. We had a great experience with this shuttle service from Cancun Airport to our resort in Riviera. Communication was excellent from start to finish, clear instructions, quick responses, and everything was very organized.
When we arrived at the airport, it was easy to find our driver as they were holding a sign with our name, which made the process completely stress-free. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the ride was smooth.
Overall, a very professional and reliable service. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone traveling to the area!

The booking was easy and I received a ticket to present to the driver along with detail led instructions where to meet. It seemed to be perfect. However , they never showed up. Nor did they answer the phone. I had to get a taxi to the hotel and it cost twice as much. The excuse - a computer error. The locals laughed and said the company is never reliable.

Communication was smooth and responsive. My sister's flight was delayed over a hour and they explained where to wait. They arrived with a name sign right after we let them know she was walking out. I will use them on next visit.

Call on arrival to baggage claim using WhatsApp and verify exact meeting location for pickup. They will have your name on a small board ignore hustlers inside and outside terminal

I booked a round trip shuttle from the Cancun airport to my hotel and back to the Cancun airport. I paid for the transfer and was issued the ticket for the shuttle. The day before we left for Cancun I get a message that says I chose the wrong hotel area and it was going to cost me another $117 for the transfer. I understand that I picked the wrong area, even though it does not tell you what hotels are in what area, but after paying and being issued the ticket, you would think that everything was good to go. I did not expect a message the day before I left wanting another $117. I paid the extra money and was picked up at the Cancun airport. I was then told we would be sent a message with our pick up time the day before we left to go back to the airport. We did not get contacted the day before we left about our transfer time, so I messaged them and got the time that we were going to be picked up. All in all we were picked up from the airport, brought to our hotel, and then back to Cancun airport but the communication and having to pay extra was ridiculous.

I would definitely contact Jumping Travel again for transportation next time we are in Cancun. We felt safe. The price was reasonable for a round trip to/from airport. The communication in English or Spanish was initiated by them and very easy through WhatsApp. The drivers were punctual, handled luggage carefully, and were friendly. Lastly, the vans were clean and air conditioned. Thank you for making the beginning and end of our vacation stress-free.

Great overall deal- There was a little bit of a wait at the airport for pickup, but a good experience throughout.
Communication was great. We felt a little overwhelmed with everyone trying to communicate who our ride was. Maybe if there was an exact designated spot to meet would be better. Our driver, Ruben, was awesome! He got us to our hotel very quickly and safely. He communicated the entire time. Great guy! I hope he picks us up when we leave for the airport. Had a lot of confusion and nervousness about airport transfer to and from the airport for my trip however I can’t recommend these guys enough they reached out ahead of time and were promptly there to pick me up for both trips basically having me wait no time for transport if you want a stress free trip go with these guys I know I will when I’m back in Cancun
You will need the Whatsapp application to be able to communicate with the driver. Also you will have to let them know when the plane lands so that they can be able to held towards the airport. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes for them to come pick you up. Then they will write your name of a dry erase board, so that we’ll know who is our driver. The driver will then walk is to the transportation van and drive is to our hotel.
We had a excellent experience with this private transportation service. The driver was punctual, professional, and friendly, making our airport pickup and transfer to the hotel smooth and stress-free. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Our return pickup from the hotel back to the airport was just as reliable, arriving right on time and ensuring we made our flight without any worries. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for dependable, comfortable, and hassle-free airport transportation. Or driver, Jose, was incredibly kind and prompt with pickup. The communication with the company ahead of time was speedy and respectful. I had inquired about our reservation prior to booking, was told something was accurate and then purchased the reservation - when they contacted me to verify pickup/dropoff details, they informed me I booked the wrong location. I told them that I’d messaged with someone and they told me I was correct and the company waived the charge that I was supposed to have due to the miscommunication. Very appreciative of their kindness!
There was.some.confusion during the reservation process on the appn but the driver was timely amd friendly. All ultimately went well.
I was a bit hesitant, but the ride was perfect!! The driver was easy to find (he waited for us at the welcome bar), he had a sign with our names, he took care of our bags, and provided water. He also allowed us to connect to the Bluetooth to play music of our choice during the ride. The van was also very clean!! I have a new preferred driving agency when in Cancun!
Jose was fantastic. The price was very reasonable, and I’m so appreciative of the service. He made our trip safe and convenient.
