Excellent Tour! The guide was fantastic and we were able to see a lot! It was very very easy to find the meet up location (just follow the directions sent in confirmation/voucher). Absolutely worth it!!

Such a great tour. Our guide was a former archaeologist at Pompeii and has given tours for over 20 years. And such a delightful personality. I don’t know how anyone does Pompeii without a tour - would be so overwhelming! Highly recommend!

This tour was fantastic I would do it all over again it was the favorite part of touring the sites of Italy. The tour guide Enzo had passion for his job. I would love to do the tour of Herculaneum with him should we ever return to Italy.

Pompeii was amazing. We had a wonderful tour guide, Francesco who was funny and so knowledgeable about Pompeii. He answered all questions with a lot of humor and patience. I would highly recommend this tour.

This is the best way to see Pompeii. Our guide was excellent. We got about 3 hours worth of a tour, with our guide recommending places for us to continue afterwards. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I definitely recommend taking this tour.

Easy to find tour group at the entrance of the Pompeii ruins. Had a small group with knowledgeable guide Enzo who is also an archaeologist. He is very passionate about the history and allowed us to envision the history of Pompeii. Though slightly longer tour, we were able to see main points of the park except for the Amphitheater.
I would return just to spend more time exploring.

The tour is much longer than it needs to be. There is a 10 minute break and then a 20 minute break where there is nothing to do.

Wonderful walking tour of Pompeii! Ilaria was a fabulous and super knowledgeable guide. She really made the history come to life. I would absolutely recommend it.
Make sure to use the bathroom beforehand and bring a water bottle and sun protection.

Not for the infirm. Or there should be a special tour. Enzo was a very good guide. His experience as an archaeologist came through. He was very knowledgeable about the site. Unfortunately it was very crowded. Seems counterintuitive to complain about the crowd when we contributed to it, but there it is. The meeting details were not very clear as we could not find our tour. Finally found them just before they were to start.

Initially we had confusion over where we were to meet the tour guide as the directions on the paperwork take you up to a building next to the train station, but we finally figured out we needed to be right outside the entrance further down.
Once that was sorted and we went in, our tour guide was absolutely fantastic and very informative.
I would highly recommend using a tour guide for your first trip.
Any return trips you can easily find your own way around

This experience was well worth the money. Our guide Vito was fabulous, he covered so much history which allowed us all to appreciate the smallest details that we would've missed if we walked Pompeii ourselves. Highly recommend you invest in this guided tour, it will make your experience more magical (not to mention you can continue exploring Pompeii yourself afterwards)

Bring an umbrella if there is a threat of rain, wear comfortable shoes, do not wear sandals, you will regret it. We enjoyed every minute of the tour, our r guide was very knowledgeable and friendly.
