Claudia was magnificent! We did a private tour with her with us and two friends. She was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us tons of details and information on Pompeii that we would have otherwise had no idea. Although we visited in middle of October, still busy but Claudia did an incredible job of navigating the crowds and knowing exactly how to get around them and which areas to get to before the crowds. She was also very friendly and personable. If visiting, this tour is a must and Claudia was amazing! 10 out of 10, would highly recommend! Thank

Great 2 hour tour of Pompeii! We were short on time so we scheduled a 2 hour private tour with entry at 13:00. Carmine was an excellent guide. He made sure we saw all the most important sites and provided in depth explanations as well. We never would have seen as much on our own. I highly recommend Carmine as a guide.

I cannot recommend Daniele enough. Our family was visiting Pompeii for the first time and this specific location has been a lifetime bucket list item for a few of us. We loved how she asked each member of our group what we were excited to see and made a point to include tour stops that showcased our interests. Above all, her love for the city of pompeii was palpable. She was warm, friendly, and thrilled to answer our MANY questions. We are so glad we opted to book a tour guide as there are so many details about the city we would have overlooked otherwise. Highly recommend!

Everyone who visits Italy in the vicinity of Pompeii should consider this tour mandatory. It is an incredible and moving experience. This was truly an amazing experience and it was all thanks to our wonderful tour guide Daniela. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable but her wonderful descriptions had us really seeing Pompeii as a bustling city with all its citizens going about their everyday lives. Unfortunately, our time was limited (we’ll definitely be going back) but Daniela made sure it was maximized so we could get the most out of the few hours we were there. Daniela was the MOST wonderful tour guide - she really made our trip to Pompei ten times better. She was so knowledgeable and knew the answer to every question we asked, no matter how niche. Carmine is exceedingly knowledgeable with both a history background and an archeology background, making him an excellent guide. He also walked us through the site at a pace that my husband could manage (after an unfortunate fall the day before our tour).

This is the only tour of Pompeii you should book. Our guide Carmine was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, made the experience so memorable.
We highly recommend booking the private tour vs the group tour as you get so much more information and detail about the ruins as well as the history. The communication was excellent the entire way from start to finish. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to do a private tour at a reasonable price.

Daniella met us convenient to the Pompeii ticket office. She was friendly with very good english, and extremely knowledgeable about Pompeii and its history. She allowed us to set the pace and choose what we wanted to see. it was a fabulous tour and i could not have imagined trying to navigate without her. highly recommend this tour. it was wonderful.

Our tour guide communicated with us very clearly on when to meet, what we needed, and even sent pictures to help us find her. She was extremely passionate and knowledgeable on the tour of Pompei. We enjoyed her stories and suggestions for things to do after the tour. Last time I visited without a guide, and I would highly recommend you use a guide to see Pompei to really understand what you are looking at.
