We will depart from Bari at 08:30 for a day exploring three jewels of the Valle d’Itria. Polignano a Mare is a coastal town famous for its cliffs and the crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic Sea. Fantastic Tour

From the very beginning, he made us feel completely at ease with his warm, friendly personality and genuine enthusiasm. Vito’s knowledge of the region was incredible—he brought each place to life with fascinating stories, historical insights, and little details you’d never discover on your own. Whether we were wandering through the ancient streets of Matera or admiring the unique trulli houses in Alberobello, his passion made the experience so much richer. What really stood out, though, was how natural and relaxed everything felt. It didn’t feel like a typical tour at all—it was more like spending the day exploring with an old friend who just happens to know everything about the area. He was attentive, engaging, and always happy to answer questions or tailor the experience to our interests. I honestly couldn’t recommend this tour more highly. A great introduction to Bari and it’s traditional foods

Giuseppe, a Bari-born tour guide gave us an excellent introduction to the Bari, old city and traditional Bari foods. Giuseppe has a great love for his city and it shows by his knowledge and enthusiasm for its food. We had four different food stops. Three involve a great deal of carbs. But oh-so delicious. Our favorite was the focaccia bread with its rich olive oil flavors. Highly recommended.

Pasquale was an excellent guide in Matera. Self guidance in Alberobello is challenging but doable. Everyone is very accommodating and friendly. The bus driver and assistant were also very helpful. It is amazing that within one's lifetime how much can change.

An interesting and fun day

Gabry… our guide…. contacted us immediately after booking and worked with us to customize our tour to fit our needs. He was on time to pick us up…and the vehicle… a large van….was immaculate. We visited several beautiful Masseria with ancient olive trees, Ostuni, and Torre Canne for an out of this world lunch at Al Buco… we then toured the coastline and finished up in Monopoli and the olive oil factory. Gabry definitely knows his way around to all the good spots in Puglia. He is extremely knowledgeable about the region as well as a great ambassador for Puglia. I would definitely recommend Gabry to take you around.

The full day tour in Polignano a Mare, Monopoli and Alberobello was really very interesting. We had the chance to visit three wonderful towns in one day. The cooking class was...

The cooking class was good fun . Great information and lovely ingredient's. We made the tiramisu as a group then worked alone for the pasta making. The hosts were friendly and funny but passionate and expressive. Some translations were awkward between the chef and translator but that is for them to resolve. We had Prosecco during the break from the preparation . Then was given wines / drinks with our meal. We made two types of pasta . It was a great experience 😊

Fantastic boat excursion,...

Fantastic boat excursion, ride saw about 4 grottos, as advertised except grotto azzure, was told not sure why this grotto was listed, instead should be lovers grotto. Still, we enjoyed the ride, funny and informative. Loved the swimming near a grotto that you could swim into if calm waters. Would recommend.

Fun and worth the private cost

This was a great experience and a welcome getaway from the cruise that ported in Bari. It was Saturday and the locals were out enjoying their weekend. Highlight of our trip to Italy so far!

Wonderful outing! Hosts were very welcoming, boat was comfortable, sites were gorgeous, and it was a spectacular adventure. Highly recommend it. Best thing we have done so far on our trip. We speak English and the host shared some information about the area and gave highlights on some key spots. They shared some bubbly Prosecco and snacks with us. Stopped for a fun dip in the sea. The water was wonderful. What an affordable price for such beautiful scenery, an exciting boat ride, and a look inside several caves! Looking for other boating outings in the surrounding area after enjoying this one so very much! Don’t hesitate, book it!!!
