Who knew!

Such a fun experience! While I don’t cook, i love to eat. The instructions in the class gave me the knowledge to prepare the foods if i desired. So obviously this is a great fun class for anyone. The instructor(chef) was fabulous and patient and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was clean and inviting with the end product of pizza & gelato being deliciously edible. Do it, you won’t regret it!

Highly recommend this walking tour!

A great tour with the local guide Valeria. We had a group of 9 and it was a deep historical perspective of how Palermo came to be today. Valeria spoke brilliant English and was helpful and attentive throughout the tour. There was a coffee stop and a lovely treat at the end. This made the following 4 days in Palermo really lovely as we knew the city and great places to eat. Highly recommend this tour when visiting Palermo.

Outstanding and fun guided tour

Delia is such a wonderful guide, full of knowledge and love for her home city of Palermo. She led us to so many wonderful experiences, starting at the Quattro Canti, followed by the Cathedral, and then the superb Royal Palace and Garden, including the incredible Palatine Chapel. We concluded our tour walking through Capo market, where we happily returned for lunch. A superb morning, highly recommended!

You do want to see the...

You do want to see the valley of temples. You will feel transported in time and probably will feel you are in Greece. Fabrizio our driver and Danielle our guide were amazing. They truly helped make our tour a great experience. You should get a tour guide. Danielle was very professional and passionate. Thank you Fabrizio for all the info and conversation we had.

Always Cook with Carlo -

My husband & and I, along with our 2 friends were coming to an end of our 2 week vacation through Italy and Sicily, diid we really need another cooking class???? But I couldn't resist some of the other reviews written by Carlo's guests...and had to experience for myself. Read other reviews for details about what and how we cooked, but I'd like to tell you it was more like spending time with friends sharing stories while making your own pasta, and the best Cannoli's this Italian has ever had. So to answer my own question... Yes, we did need one more cooking class - Carlo's !

Great food experience !

Lorenzo was perfect! The chosen food tastings and locations were all wonderful and the extra recommendations from our guide just excellent ! We took advantage of them in the following days . Totally worth it ! They take places you would probably wouldn’t find on your own , like the Ballaro Market tratoria that was delicious !

Fun cooking (and eating) class.

We had a great experience with Chef Salvatore. The walking tour of the market gave an appreciation of the various foods in this area with a sampling of street food. Cooking class included making pasta, arancini and the cannoli shell. Pacing was good as the experience lasted just under 4 hours. Show up hungry as the arancini and pasta you make will be filling. Need to leave room for the cannoli.

Great tour!

We arrived to Palermo by cruise ship. There were six of us. Annalisa gave detailed directions to meet her. We were a bit late, and she was kind to wait. Make sure you have WhatsApp so she can keep in touch. Annalisa’s tour was so much fun, and her knowledge and love for her city was evident. Highly recommend.

This was an amazing experience!!!!! As we drove through Palermo, it was evident that this open cruiser city tour was the best way to learn about the history and culture of Palermo. There were stops on this tour that we would not have made a priority and we are so glad we had the opportunity. Fabrizio and Antonio were incredible hosts. Antonio was so funny and Fabrizio was passionate about sharing his beloved city with us. The ride had a hospitality chest full of snacks and drinks. Both Fabrizio and Antonio were accommodating to our requests. We purchased the 6-hour tour and could have spent more time with the Antonio and Fabrizio, especially in the market; we needed more time for shopping. When Fabrizio wasn’t sharing history or culture with us, he played a fabulous mix of music. One helpful hint: if you are touring with anyone hearing impaired, have them sit in the seats closest to the driver and guide so they can hear better. There is not an audio speaker to the back seats. 10/10-we would do this tour again. Well worth the investment of time and money.

Amazing Experience- Book This!!

My husband and I did the Cruiser Car tour of Palermo with the extended 3 hour tour- this was amazing!! Fabrizio was a wonderful tour guide- providing us with a great history of the city and really sharing his love of Palermo. Antonio was our driver navigating the narrow streets with ease (I would have crashed 17 times over!) but we felt so safe and well taken care of! We did a driver around the streets of Palermo, then headed to the Catacombs where we learned a little about how their history and how they are so different from those in Paris and Rome. We went inside for a self guided walk. Then we went up to Monreale to the Cathedral with some amazing history behind the building and blending of cultures. We went inside for a self guided tour. Then we went back down into city center to the Palermo Cathedral and did a self guided walk after learning about the history of the building. We did some more driving around the city to learn about the palace, two opera houses and back to our hotel. Would 10/10 recommend this tour. Everything was perfect and both Fabrizio and Antonio made sure your experience was excellent. The car was super clean and so fun, the snacks were offered and lots of drinks on offer- we just had Prosecco and water

Perfect summer experience

The half day boat tour was so much fun. Angela and Luca provide detailed instructions on how to get to the meeting area. Once aboard we enjoyed the ride to Mondello beach where we were able to swim. They provide snorkel masks, water scooters, floats, etc to have the ultimate fun. Once back aboard food and drinks are given which is a variety of Palermo street food. Everything was very good and the owners are kind and friendly. We then visited queens cave where you are able to swim again before heading back to shore with a cannoli. I would recommend this to anyone especially for a fun summer day.
