Such a fun experience! While I don’t cook, i love to eat. The instructions in the class gave me the knowledge to prepare the foods if i desired. So obviously this is a great fun class for anyone. The instructor(chef) was fabulous and patient and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was clean and inviting with the end product of pizza & gelato being deliciously edible. Do it, you won’t regret it!

Wonderful Palermo pizza and gelato class! Sprena was charming, knowledgeable, and made our evening unforgettable. Her passion for her craft comes from the heart! Upon our arrival back home we purchased all the ingredients from a recipe she provided for another Taste of Sicily at home with the family.
Unbelievable experience, Marcelo our Chef was outstanding. Explained every detail about pizza making and why certain ingredients. From start to finish a great. Gelato making was fun and delicious. The best Pizza and Gelato we have while in Palermo
It was amazing! We made pizza, had wine and Foccacia and made homemade chocolate gelato. The chefs’ who taught us were excellent! They were engaging, personable and funny.
We had a great time attending this cooking class—it was a bit of a last minute decision on our part and we’re so glad we did it. We learned how to make a perfect pizza and gelato, and made several friends in the group during the process. I’ve already recommended this class to a few friends visiting Palermo and will continue to do so!

They were incredible teachers, so knowledgeable, entertaining, friendly, and passionate. They made sure everyone was involved, having fun, and getting the absolute best out of the experience. We learned so much, laughed a lot, enjoyed delicious food, and even made some new friends along the way! ❤️
If you’re looking for something fun, authentic, and memorable to do in Palermo, this is 100% an experience we recommend. Federico and Nadia were amazing from start to finish, and we couldn’t have asked for a better time!

Great experience, we travelled in from Romitello and parked near the Opera house.In an underground carpark.They take the key off you and park the car fir you.If was open until 11pm.The cooking pizza experience was great fun,3 chefs all very funny and friendly whole experience was about 5hrs.They also show you how to make Icecream delicious.Loved it would certainly do it again.It was 30 euros for packing,but that was we stayed well into the evening I imagine it would be alot cheaper other wise.
Federico and Marcello were great in teaching us the tricks of the trade in making pizza and gelato. We were able to then taste our own created Italian cuisine. The evening was fun, enjoyable and knowledgeable. Great evening that I would definitely recommend checking it out.

One chef and 22 people in my group...not a lot of personal attention. You don't make the Gelato, the chef makes it and you watch. And yes they give you wine.

So much fun!!! Ready to make my own pizza & gelato was delicious!!! And some wine with the pizza…perfecto!
We booked this tour independently from our MSC cruise as we were in port from 9am to 6pm and this cooking experience was 3 hours. We walked from the port (15 minutes), the cooking school was easy to find and there’s an outside market that is a foodie paradise nearby if you arrive a little early. Our chef was Salvo and this experience was not only educational, and delicious but so much fun! The pizza making was all hands on and the final ingredient was the best pizza we had in Italy and we each made it ourselves! The Gelato well that was simply paradise! Salvo was a fantastic chef who interacted with each person making sure everyone stayed confident and his sense of humor is infectious and it’s clear he lives what he does! How much did we enjoy this experience? Well Amazon has been delivering tools and proper flour for us for days to recreate the recipes we were provided such that we can recreate this at home tomorrow when we return. Salvo thank you for a truly unique and fantastic experience!
Amazing cooking class with Chef Marcello! We learned how to make authentic Neapolitan pizza and delicious gelato. The atmosphere was so warm and family-like, full of laughter, great stories, and interesting facts. A truly wonderful experience that we will remember for a long time!

Chef Marcello made the evening fun. I learned so much, and not just about pizza, but great cooking tips from a top chef. The group developed a nice camaraderie and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. So glad that I signed up for this and will look into similar opportunities in the future. Family friendly, interactive. Quality instructors, very large and attractive working area. Chefs had a smooth, instructive way of working together. All participants felt part of activity. Individual help given .
Lidia was a delightful teacher, guiding us as we made pizza and gelato. She was patient with our clumsy efforts and helped us all turn out edible pizzas. We were with people from other countries in a lovely setting. It was a memorable experience!
What a fun evening!! We were met by Lidia our funny and sweet chef for the evening outside the cooking school . We were a small group of six in total which was fabulous as it was intimate and fun.
Lidia showed us how to make the dough and knead it so it is soft and fluffy ( hint be gentle) then We all made our own and Lidia made sure we had it to perfection. While the dough was resting we made vanilla gelato which was them out in a gelato maker.
Wine time was in between the two!! Once our dough rested we were shown how to stretch it and top it. Then we each were taught how to put the pizza on the paddle in the oven. They take no time at all to cook and then the best part we are it. By from the oven, chewy crust. Light and fluffy and just delicious. The gelato was amazing too!!
Lidia took a Polaroid of us and gave us a list of restaurants in Palermo they like. We also got the recipes.
A really fun evening. The company is great at sending reminders leading up to and the day of the workshop.

Very fun evening. My pizza was shockingly good! The facility is very nice and the instructors are exceptional.
Enza was an amazing teacher. It was so much fun learning to make the crust then constructing our pizzas. The gelato we made was fabulous! Her explanations for everything were very informative as well as entertaining. I would 100% recommend going to Palermo’s Delight with the Tours of Italy.
My wife and I arrived at the place we were told to go to. We rang the bell, knocked on the door multiple times, but no one let us in. I called the phone number associated with the tour and did not get an answer. We want our money back, and are very upset that we went all the way there and did not get to do the cooking class.
