This was absolutely amazing. Francesca was very accommodating with our time, she then welcomed us into her home and kitchen. It's a beautiful space - with lemon trees and olives growing outside. She was patient and informative about the food preparation, she answered our questions and she made us cook an amazing meal. My 2 teenagers were absolutely thrilled. So were the parents!

Cooking with Carlo was an AWESOME experience - so warm and friendly, like being invited to a dear friend's home in Sicily. The views from the terrace are spectacular. Learning to make the dough for cannolis and learning to make the pasta was a breeze with such a devoted and engaging teacher. And dining on the end result, with fresh tomatoes from the garden and home-produced olive oil, was a delight. It's been the highlight of our vacation so far. We will have great memories of the experience for years to come!

Patricia was fabulous. Fun grocery shopping in the market, and then returning to her lovely home in the old part of Palermo. The food was delicious, and learning how to make limoncello was so interesting. Wine was good and conversation was stimulating!! Don’t miss taking the tour with Patrica

Excellent experience for all ages! Maria is an exceptional Chef and Lorenzo brings it all together with his translation skills and his ability to make everyone feel like family. We learnt so much about authentic Sicilian cooking. The meatballs were to die for! And they even accommodated my daughter’s food allergies. Truly wonderful experience, Highly recommend!

My daughter and I had such a lovely experience with our host, Patrizia! She was warm and welcoming and full of energy. She taught us how to make beautiful tasty pasta, Sicilian pesto, caponata and a traditional dessert! The meal, wine and company was something we will never forget!

Two hours from Palermo but worth it. The terrain along the way was interesting as is the Valley of the Temples. Our driver Dario was one of the best we have ever had. An accomplished driver and very courteous. He was pleasant company for our day trip.

Today, 8 June, we took a cooking class with Francesca in Sicily. We learned the techniques to make 3 dishes: Ravioli with Eggplant, Pasta w/ Sausage and Zucchini and for desert - Tiramisu. We learned how to pick the appropriate vegetables, understand the types of flours, seasoning, and oils and preference of one over another. We had to prepare our ingredients, proper cutting and cooking technique. And the tools used for each dish and how to use them. We made the pasta from scratch: Flour (00), Egg, and experienced using a Pasta Machine. We experienced it all. We cooked each portion of the meal, learned what to look for and when it was ready to add the next ingredient. We cumulated this with 2 favorable and tasty meals; and finally desert. Finally, I never used or thought I'd like Basil but Francesca showed me how to prepare, cook, and appreciate its fine flavor. So, when in Sicily, and if you have time, I highly recommend a side trip to Bagheria and a cooking class with Francesca. kam from Hawaii 2025

What an AMAZING experience. Cooking with Chef Antonio was an experience we will remember forever. You get to cook in the house of a real Sicilian and he teaches you all the tricks, from making pasta dough from scratch to how to master the perfect tomato sauce, to trying cheeses and wines from the region or making the easiest Tiramisu that will leave all your friends speechless. All so simple and he was so charming my whole family was in heaven. We went with our six-year old twins and they had a blast. What a fantastic way to spend an evening in Palermo. Please do yourself a favor and book this experience. You will thank me later!
