Got to Monreale and was told the Viator vouchers were unofficial and not part of the Cloister ticket. Had to buy tickets there which were a 1/5 of the price Biator charged me. I am waiting for a full refund. We shall see. Monreale Cathedral itself was spectacular. A shame this happened and was told by Monreale staff it's a continuing problem with Viator customers

This Cathedral would not allow the tickets from this site. After an hour of them trying to work with the people at the Cathedral, including calling Viator, they DO NOT accept tickets bought from this site. Upon my return I will be seeking a FULL REFUND now if only they could give my family back an hour of our vacation.

Ticket Reservierung führt zu Irrtümer und ist sehr schlecht. Im ersten Mail wird von Eintrittskarte gesprochen und man kann es herunterladen. Einmal steht gilt nicht als Eintrittskarte, etwas später dann Ihre Eintrittskarte. Leider war das dann doch keine Eintrittskarte und wir standen vor verschlossenen Türen.

Viator nous a vendu des billets à 22€ par personne, soit 44€, pour la visite COMPLETTE de la Cathédrale de Monreale en Sicile. Quand nous sommes arrivé sur place et que nous avons montré les billets on nous a dit très clairement que nous nous étions fait arnaquer. Les billets devaient donner droit à la visite de la Cathédrale, de la Chapelle Roano, des terrasses, du cloitre et du musée. La Cathédrale se visite gratuitement et est en travaux donc on ne voit pas la pièce maitresse (le cœur), la Chapelle Roano est fermée depuis plusieurs années pour réfection, et les billets ne donnent pas droit au Musée. Donc 44€ pour voir le Cloitre et les Terrasses est un peut abusé. Si cette entreprise est honnête elle devrait nous rembourser au moins la moitié du prix des billets. Car dans le meilleur cas elle est incompétente (elle devrait s'informer) dans le pire des cas elle est malhonnête. Fuyez VIATOR!!!

hola, el billete esta disponible en tu cuenta de VIATOR donde hiciste la reserva. Lamentamos las molestias, pero nuestro servicio es proporcionar las entradas y lo hemos hecho, pero no podemos saber si el cliente no descarga la entrada.

La entrada con Viator nos ha costado el doble del precio en las taquillas. No habia nadie en la cola de entrada y para colmo la entrada al Duomo es gratuita! Recomiendo no utilizar Viator para ahorrarse el 50% .

La cathédrale de Monreale est un monument incontournable et à visiter absolument La visite de la cathédrale est gratuite, mais prenez le billet pour la visite de la chapelle , du trésor et du toit. Mais voilà, j'ai acheté mon billet sur viator, tout semblait correct et j'ai bien reçu un billet sous forme de fichier informatique. Le problème est que ce fichier ne s'affiche pas et donc rien à présenter au contrôle de la cathédrale J'ai signalé ce problème à Viator qui m'a renvoyé le même fichier. Résultat, j'ai du acheter à nouveau les billets à l'entrée Très belle arnaque, bravo Viator...

Vous vendez le billet cathédrale et cloître Il faut savoir que la cathédrale est gratuite … et j’ai du payer à nouveau 4€ pour le musée (intérieur ) et 5€ pour les terrasses (qu’Ilvaut absolument faire) Donc je ne suis pas contente j’aurai dû acheter sur place

Le fait de ne pas recevoir directement le billet ça a été la galère pour comprendre qu’il fallait cliquer sur contacter le vendeur pour enfin le récupérer !! Beaucoup de stress avec tout ça surtout que c’était la veille pour le lendemain. Par contre le billet a bien fonctionné une fois sur place. Mais énvoyez des informations plus clairs car ça tourne en boucle vos messages et liens … merci !!!

Mi hanno dato biglietti per il tour della cattedrale con prenotazione di domenica mattina alle 9.30 quando è tutto chiuso per le funzioni religiose come mi ha confermato il parroco da secoli! Quindi siamo dovuti tornare il pomeriggio ripartendo da Palermo con disagi enormi! Viator assolutamente da evitare!
