Amazing Cooking Experience
My friend and I were given this class as a gift and we are so happy we got to experience cooking with Mimmo! We made pizza and cannoli and Mimmo was very informative and gave us the opportunity to do everything ourselves. The food and ingredients were all incredible. His wife, brother and sweet father were all there to help as well. We loved everything about this experience - grazie Mimmo and familly!

Golden Girls Cooking Class
From beginning to end it was an amazing experience. We were picked up by the chef, visited the local market to pick up our lunch ingredients. Once we got to the ocean front kitchen it was evident this was going to be an amazing experience. We made everything from scratch and then enjoyed a family style Italian dinner of what we prepared. Friends were made and emails ex changed to possible get together again. Chef Mimmo and his family treated us like family and it was an experience of a lifetime. Don’t miss it. E.B. Virginia USA

Best food in Taormina with Chef Massimo
Chef Massimo was fantastic! Class was educational and lots of fun! We enjoyed the local fresh produce market and private butcher shop stops before cooking. Stunning home to cook in and view is amazing. The food we made was delicious and the best we had in Taormina! We highly recommend this experience!!!

Outstanding Tour! Fun, educational & delicious.
Alessandro was an amazing tour guide who knows so much about Mt Etna, but presents it in a way that kept our 10 & 13 yo boys engaged the whole time while we all learned. We loved seeing the lava flows, a lava vein cave and pole trekking on Mt Etna. The weather wasn’t the best the day of our trip but we were able to still do everything, miss most of the rain, find the sun and a little snow. Trekking on Mt Etna is like being in a magical other realm and my 10 yo really had a blast. The Sicilian products were also delicious and lunch at the Refugio was amazing. You shouldn’t miss the tour with Alessandro or Mt Etna during your time in Sicily, it’s a must do!

With panoramic views of Mount Etna and the Ionian Sea, it’s not surprising that Taormina has been a popular vacation spot for centuries. This seaside village with cobblestone streets is the perfect starting point for visiting volcanic craters, exploring ancient Greek ruins, and sailing to the nearby islands of Panarea and Stromboli. Taormina tours highlight everything from history (Sicily is the birthplace of the Mafia) to cannoli—which you can learn how to make with the help of a local chef.
