Very well organized tour by Golden Tours. Our tour guide Bruce and driver Sokol were the BEST!!!! They managed the whole tour so well, we reached the Windsor castle first and beat the crowd. Bruce was excellent, very informative and guided the tour so well. Long day but totally worth it. Thank you Bruce and Sokol!!!! You guys are the best!

2 sites is the PERFECT amount for one day!

We had a great time. Our tour guide, Phil, was very personable. I am glad we chose this option with just two sites, because that gave us time at each. I wish we had been a little more aware of the timing of the day, however, and perhaps brought some snacks for the bus ride between Stonehenge and Windsor Castle. We chose not to eat at the Stonehenge site (but we could have) thinking there would be plenty of time in Windsor to eat, but we spent the whole time alloted there in the Castle (our choice) since we wanted to take it all in, so we didn't have time for lunch. We don't regret it though, and got to see everything we wanted to see. I can't imagine going to 3 sites in one day like this, which our tour guide told us was the most popular trip. These two sites were PLENTY for one day. Very enjoyable.

Our tour was amazing- exceeded all expectations. Our tour guide Doug was the absolute best he went above and beyond! I highly recommend him - I travel all over and he’s was the best tour guide. He took us wherever we wanted to go and was extremely knowledgeable on all the sites and made it fun.

Excellent way to experience the city and history!

Dress in layers as the weather can be unpredictable. It's a lot of walking but so worth it! Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and easy to follow. Great way to experience the sights, definitely recommend doing the Abby tour version!

Nice free time on tour and flexibility

We had a great time on the day trip. Steven was our tour guide and he was very knowledgeable. We chose to purchase the Stonehenge tour option and then left ourselves free time in Bath. We had around 3.5 hrs in Bath so we opted to visit the Jane Austen Center on our own and then walk around Bath to see historic Jane Austen sites and shop. We would’ve liked seeing the Roman baths but wanted to have the most flexibility.

Lots of time in a bus,...

Lots of time in a bus, but the driver kept the trip interesting. The towns were all very worth seeing. It’s difficult to grab a bite to eat and see the shops given the amount of time given for each stop, but that is to be expected on a day-trip tour. All-in-all very with the cost and time to see these cute villages.

A lovely experience and a...

A lovely experience and a fantastic tour guide! Lucy was extremely knowledgable about the sites we visited and was able to answer all of our questions. Her timing and thoughtfulness was what really made the experience for us–she perfectly timed our tour so that we would see the changing of the guards, and we even managed to see King Charles' motorcade pass by! I can't recommend this tour enough; it was a great choice for us as tourists.

Outstanding tour of The Tower of London

Absolutely outstanding tour with Chris our “ Beefeater” Yeoman of the Guard. His knowledge and humour brought history to life. He ensured all could hear him. His interaction with all, including the children, made it a fun tour while he gave such amazing facts. Thank you Chris ….. I highly recommend taking this tour rather than walking around looking at the buildings. It’s an amazing place steeped in history. The Crown Jewels are not to be missed.
