Had lovely experience fantastic view and calm . Could see for miles . Granddaughter loved every minute. We had fast track so no big long queue . Gift shop price were ok .

Easy to check in and stand in the line for the London Eye. We booked the first time of the day which is at 10 am and it was perfect especially on a hot summer day in London. It was nice slow 30 minute ride and got to see a lot of London. Would recommend it.

We had just a standard ticket entry for 10am. Arrived at 9.30am and about 15 people in front of us. It starts at 10am so had an easy entry and was loaded on fairly quickly so don't see an advantage for paying extra for fast track as we were entering at same pace. Can't vouch for later in day but at they're early time there were no issues. They took some tourist route photos before you get on, which we actually purchased at the end as the price was not over the top and they were good photos. The reason I have the experience a 3 was I found the whole going around a bit underwhelming. There was no commentary of what you were looking at our even a schematic on the wall so besides the Houses of Parkiament I felt like I was just looking at a whole lot of roof tops and not sure where things were. In other countries where we have done an eye like experience it was a little more informative while you are actually going around. Afterwards, when we purchased the photos and these were presented in a booklet there was a schematic of the area and where things were. This would have been very helpful while in the capsule.

Great experience on the Summer Solstice in London at 20:00.
We had 8:00 pm tickets and got there. The line appeared long but got on at the exact time.
You may want to go early, they really did not check your scheduled time, although was required when booking.
We got a beautiful clear day and the views were spectacular. We we a group of 5 people with some other guests. The glass enclosure was comfortable with seating and standing room available. It was not crowed and took 25 minutes for around trip.

Reserve your tickets in advance and arrive 15 minutes early. If you have never done it, do it. We were there on a very clear day in the late afternoon in early June and the views were terrific! Not sure how would it would be on rainy day.

We got there on time they took all of us together. We were about 16 people including 3 children. It was complicated to take pictures when you are all the way to the top because everyone wants the same view on the pictures. This experience would’ve be better with less people

The kids really wanted to go on the London Eye so we made it happen with this last minute booking. Easy to purchase the ticket the evening before, and at 10:15am on a Wednesday in early June we walked right on — no line! Relatively short walk from the tube station.

You don't get to choose the car you enter. We got stuck in car with big family and lots of little kids. Quite noisey

Great opportunity to see a lot of the sites around the London eye. Definitely worth booking! It takes a nice leisurely pace which gives you the opportunity to see a lot and take photos.

Great views of London. Trip on the eye is smooth and slow. We did t even realize it stopped a few times unless we looked at the frame of the wheel. We booked our time for 7:00 PM on Sunday. There was no wait to get on.

The London Eye was a fun experience. Our tickets were an easy purchase right before queuing up. We got lucky, the line moved fast, maybe 20 minutes. The views are spectacular, seeing London in this way is cool. I’m not including an image because it’s fun to see everything firsthand and have that experience as I did. Enjoy!

This was our first activity in London. Our boarding time was 4p. The line at that time was super short, so that was great. In our pod, there were a number of kids who opted to lay down on the floor and hog the left half of the pod, so we really could access one side of the pod. Pretty rude. But we got some great views of London. Round trip was about 35 mins. It stopped a couple times. I would do this again, but it's overpriced. It's a very touristy area.

it was a great experience. allowed to get a good view of london from above to see the Westminster abby and parliment on the river. I had previously gone to the Shard for tea and also had a similar view so that is why i didn't rate this higher. if i had to chose an excursion, i would recommmend the tea at the Shard versus this eye tour.

London Eye fastrack was helpful - no line or waiting. I would highly recommend this ticket as there was a long queue to get on.

This was the best experience. We were able to enjoy some time in the lounge prior to going up in the eye. Enjoying champagne while viewing all of London is truly the best experience. Highly recommend.

Nothing against the London eye but I gotta be honest. I don’t think it was worth like US$75. You don’t really get great pick opportunities. Based on my experience, I would not do this again. If you have no concern about your budget and have 30 minutes or so that you just wanna relax then this would be a good option for you.

The evening rides seem to be less busy. There is a restroom in the ticket office. I am not a heights person, but there is a bench in the middle that makes it enjoyable even for me. There was a rainbow that was beautiful, but that isn’t part of every package.
