Awesome must use fast track , cabin gets warm. London fish and chips near by. Workers very courteous and helpful
Rowan and Florian were great! Rowan was extremely charismatic, kind, and most importantly - knowledgeable! The driver Florian was very safe as well.
Stonehenge and Bath are incredible - they don’t need a review!
We updated our tickets to VIP. Well work the ad Dr ed cost. 7 people vs 20+ and fast pass access. Guide was fun and very knowledgeable.
Unfortunately the London Eye was experiencing mechanical issues the day of our four. We were told to
Come back in an hour, which we did, but then were advised it still was not fixed and no ETA. I contacted Viator to request a refund, which a promptly received an email confirmation of my request for a full refund, which did advise it could take up to 7 days, which I am within the 7 day window while responding to this review, but seems a little long when they clearly should know if the Eye was running or not.
Great ride! I was worried that the car would wobble but it is very stable and doesn't move at all The scenery is amazing. Good photo shoots
Loved it, would recommend to everyone. Great experience for adults and kids. We throughly enjoyed it
I couldn’t get the ticket what pathetic thing is this
Please send me the ticket back this is absurd.
It was great. Everything went smoothly and the staff were professional and friendly. The view from the London Eye is fantastic
Getting flexible entry was great. It was our first stop when we arrived in London and didn’t really know what we were looking at. We couldn’t hear the speakers.
It was well organised
Saw everything we wanted
Commentary was good
Biggest problem was it rained. Bummer
Can get hot on a hot day. Glad I brought a mini fan with me. I’m scared of heights but it was okay I even stood up.
Worth the money for a great view. Wait times can be long. We upgraded on site to the Fast Track and waited less than 10 min.
Can have lengthy lines - purchase tickets in advance
Overall the value for the experience is well worth it!
Enjoyed the London Eye. Booking thru Viator
was seemless. Would highly recommend. Worth the fast track.
We decided to bay tickets on the spot and was super quick . Had the tickets imidiatly and join the line.
The London Eye is a must do when visiting London. It's an excellent way to experience the thrill of a panoramic view of the city of London.
The London eye was great. However my experience with Viator, box city, and getting my tickets sucked. Wasted almost 45 minutes trying to get my tickets. Although customer service was able to help, I expect your app to work.
1. This isn’t a reservation. This is an entry ticket. The line starts at your time. That’s not a reservation.
2. The windows are dirty. Don’t expect good photos in any way.
3. It’s a group event with random people. Those random people will probably be children running all around you.
Great views of London landmarks. Too many ignorant/selfish passengers spoiling others photo opportunities otherwise, a great experience.
Be aware of long queues even when booked time slot. Was worth it once on. No need for photos so walked past
The views were amazing! There was audio playing, however the volume was so low it couldn’t be heard over the people talking. It would have been really nice to hear about the landmarks we were seeing.
Such a wonderful way to see London and learn about the different areas. Holly was a fantastic guide!
Excellent and must do experience. Spectacular view of London. Highly recommended. Recommended for the whole family
Easy to navigate and very much worth the price to skip the lines. Did not want the champagne but Viator website would not let me book unless I signed up for champagne. Also this way compartment was not over crowded
Had lovely experience fantastic view and calm . Could see for miles . Granddaughter loved every minute. We had fast track so no big long queue . Gift shop price were ok .
Easy to check in and stand in the line for the London Eye. We booked the first time of the day which is at 10 am and it was perfect especially on a hot summer day in London. It was nice slow 30 minute ride and got to see a lot of London. Would recommend it.
It's really worth going on the London Eye. Smooth ride, all enclosed, great views and easy on and off.
We had just a standard ticket entry for 10am. Arrived at 9.30am and about 15 people in front of us. It starts at 10am so had an easy entry and was loaded on fairly quickly so don't see an advantage for paying extra for fast track as we were entering at same pace. Can't vouch for later in day but at they're early time there were no issues. They took some tourist route photos before you get on, which we actually purchased at the end as the price was not over the top and they were good photos. The reason I have the experience a 3 was I found the whole going around a bit underwhelming. There was no commentary of what you were looking at our even a schematic on the wall so besides the Houses of Parkiament I felt like I was just looking at a whole lot of roof tops and not sure where things were. In other countries where we have done an eye like experience it was a little more informative while you are actually going around. Afterwards, when we purchased the photos and these were presented in a booklet there was a schematic of the area and where things were. This would have been very helpful while in the capsule.
Great experience on the Summer Solstice in London at 20:00.
We had 8:00 pm tickets and got there. The line appeared long but got on at the exact time.
You may want to go early, they really did not check your scheduled time, although was required when booking.
We got a beautiful clear day and the views were spectacular. We we a group of 5 people with some other guests. The glass enclosure was comfortable with seating and standing room available. It was not crowed and took 25 minutes for around trip.
Worth your time and money
We pre-booked out tickets and when we got there the line was easy and fast to get through. The views from the top are fantastic.
