Live commentary is great,...
Live commentary is great, especially when one wants to ask questions or needs something repeated. This was my 3rd trip to Westminster Abbey and I feel as though the guide covered less than the recorded audio (2nd trip in 2014). However this is not the fault of the guide as they are apparently restricted. Our guide was excellent; she came prepared with visuals.

Great tour despite weather. Guide was fantastic!
Jackie was great. She had a lot of good information. We had a really rainy day, which meant there was no changing of the guard, but despite the weather, she got us to see a parade of the horses guard. The tour of Westminster Abbey was fantastic!

Excellent tour and guide
I thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Andrew. He shared such great knowledge and historical context even discussing buildings that are not well known but have historical significance. Westminster Abbey was closed on the day we went but we were able to see the exterior and still get the history. The highlight for me was the Tower Bridge and Tower of London.

Exceptional tour of Westminster Abbey
Had a great tour with Frank of Westminster Abbey. Frank was very knowledgeable of the history and the architecture of the Abbey. Enjoyed it so much!
