Amazing 1.5 hour tour with Golden Tours through the best monuments in London which included the London Eye, Big Ben, and Buckingham Palace. Our tour guide Dominique was very professional and had an amazing sense of humor. My family and I were amazed by his knowledge and history of London. Would highly recommend this tour to any visitors in London on their visit.

Paul was knowledgeable and very entertaining, but after a while you start realizing that is jokes about the Germans are more than just playful banter. He asked before he started if there’s any terms on the tour. I am not, so I didn’t say yes, but my mother is, and I think he needs to update his view on how the German people feel about the war now and how many of them were just as much victims as the other nations. One size does not fit all.

It was a wonderful tour with Emma, she was the quintessential London tour guide! She knew all of the history and fun facts and sprinkled in her own experiences too. It was a beautiful golden hour tour and was excellent for photos. We had such a fun time - it was the fastest/most fun way to see London if you are on a tight timeline. Cheers!

We booked our evening sightseeing tour of London and it was cancelled the day before. Since it was last minute when they cancelled on us, we already had a jammed packed schedule we couldn’t make another time work that they offered. Family was very disappointed.

A great way to see London, but during the summer it was still light out which is not a bad night but would have loved to see London in the night time. Overall great tour guide and a great and easy way to see all parts of London and learn about the city. Paul was a great guide!

It was fine, we orginally booked an 8pm time slot but a few days before were notified that due to unforeseen circumstances the 8pm time slot was unavailable and were offered the 7pm or 9pm or a refund. We chose the 7pm and the commentator was fine we were just hoping for it to have actually been a London AT NIGHT tour to see the city all lit up, unfortunately it was still nice and bright outside.

Fabulous way to see all different parts of the city and fun to see it from a nighttime perspective with the lights on. I enjoyed all of the historical information we were given as well. Highly recommend!

It was an amazing tour. We got to see so many sites! I wish I had gone to the sites before so I could just chill and learn more of the background. The tour guide gave an immense amount of knowledge and was engaging and pointed out each site as we passed. I definitely will go again when I visit London! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The information given where to meet up at was false. We couldn’t find the bus. Missed the tour. We even spent money on an uber to get there.

It was a good experience, spectacular views we managed to see a lot of London. We had a customer support experience as couldn’t find the buss stop and we were helped, note golden tour bus had their own tourist bus stop not the stop where all the busses but we found it eventually thanks to Viator customer support and understanding. We managed to see London fully, great experience

Very misleading. Advertisement said pickup and drop off at the London Eye. False! Tickets clearly stated the tour starts at 8:pm. Upon 7:45 arrival, the attendant says we leave at 8:30. There were no REAL directions or an address

However, we would like to clarify that the booking vouchers and tickets provided to guests contain the full meeting point details, including the exact postcode and departure instructions to assist customers in locating the departure area accurately.
We have carefully reviewed the matter and, at this time, we have not received similar complaints from other travellers on the same departure regarding the meeting location or tour timing information.
In relation to the departure time, guests are generally requested to arrive prior to the scheduled departure to allow sufficient time for boarding and operational coordination. On certain occasions, final boarding procedures may result in departure slightly after the listed check-in time.

The tour guide did a pretty decent job of explaining the sights. The bus traveled a bit too fast at times to be able to get pictures.
**Make sure to dress for the weather. The upper deck is the best place to sit, which is mostly uncovered.
