Our tour guide Paul was great. Tour was good, our bus was late, and felt rushed on some parts. Wish we could have slowed down a little bit to be able to get better pictures of all the areas.

Paul the tour guide was warm and charming !
Sadly our bus was at least 20 minutes late departing plus it was horribly cold . I felt due to the bus being slightly late and the bitter temps the script was rushed and the drive was very fast
Our group wasn’t able to get all the photos we wanted and to listen to the full script because the whole evening felt rushed. I’m sure it was mostly due to the elements and would encourage others to take the tour themselves

Bus tour was interesting but at night you do miss the ability to see what guide is talking about due to dark, but it was great not having bad traffic. Guide knew a lot but after a while it became repetitive with statues of people you don’t know or care about and will not remember.

We were able to see many more sights compared to being a foot. The views of the landmarks are great. The cold and wind chill made it hard to enjoy it.

DO NOT book. We were sent an address for meeting. Stood in the cold at this address and bus didn’t show up. Tried to contact the tour company…no response…contacted Viator and the tour group said they were late. Contacted tour group…said they were on time. Requested and refund and to no avail. Stand in the cold at the address they emailed and they didn’t show up until late. And now they are saying they changed the address for meeting place as well without notice, yet they say it’s our fault. Poor communication on your group fault.

The pick-up point given in the booking by email and in the app was wrong. It was fortunate we met a couple who rang the tour operator when the bus hadn't turned up and we were then given the correct location. The change was due to roadworks which had been ongoing for some time so the operator had plenty of time to change the location but didn’t. I suspect we weren't the first group impacted like this so it seems the operator is happy to mislead their customers.
The tour guide was informative, knowledgeable and quite entertaining, if you are fortunate enough to get on the bus!

Tour guide was very knowledgeable and we learned a great deal on the tour. Weather was an issue but we were able to sit under an overhang on the top of the bus.

We chose a terrible night to do this tour. It was freezing cold and rainy which, of course, was outside of the tour companies control. What they could control, they did amazing! Our tour guide Steve had the odds stacked against him but he did such a good job! He still brought the energy and excitement and did his very best! This tour is a great way to quickly see the city on limited time.

Not a tour when it’s 8 pm, 50 degrees and rainy. Should have been cancelled and money refunded. Only a few covered seats in upper level. Could see very little from windows in lower level due to rain and fog.

We tried contacted them prior to let them know we on our way and would be arriving at 7:55 due to heavy traffic. No phone number to call. No response from the support. No text or call. The Meeting spot was in an extremely dark place in a park with no lights. So for us it never happened. We had no alerts… get your guide is a much better company to use than Viator. Very disappointed.

The option to contact the tour operator was useless! I texted the tour operator one hour before the tour to say I would be 3 minutes late. They never responded at all and when we arrived at the location the tour had left.

It was a great opportunity to see the city at night with all of its lights. Our guide was great. He was very informative and had a lot of cheesy little jokes which we loved. We had seen the city and all of these sites in the day, but it was worth seeing them at night as well.. we definitely recommend this tour.

We arrived in London and did this tour on our first night, and what a fantastic introduction this was to this beautiful city. The night views in London were breathtaking, and the night bus was the best way to experience this.
We were lucky enough to have Joe as our guide. He was lively, informative and most importantly, hilarious. He spoke continuously and passionately for 90 minutes, and covered the history of each important landmark in great detail as we drove past them. He pointed where modern films were shot and the origins of common English idioms. I learnt more about a city in 90 minutes in history, literature and popular culture than I could have in a university lecture!

We met at Green Park, where we were looking for the exact directions for bus, that was actually on the street next to green park, by underground station. We did not know it at first, but Green park is right next to Buckingham palace, we were able to take pictures, and then get on the bus. We had the self described Cockney man, who was funny and interactive. This is my third tour, and I enjoyed this one the best. Thank you!

Emma was the best tour guide you can have. Very knowledgeable about London. Alot of good information given and some personal insights too. With the tube on strike, she did everything she could to make sure we saw everything we could. Emma and her driver made a bad traffic jam into an unique trip.
