The agency that runs the travel coaches are on time but not the friendliest people. They insist on not having any snacks on the bus but but warned that they have nothing to do with the tour. The tour was amazing but just putting the 3 for the lack of warmth from the staff on the transports

It’s a great behind the scenes look at what it takes to make such an amazing set of movies. It is hard to get food (long queues) and it’s not cheap to eat so pack your own lunch if possible!
Also - it takes a solid 3+ hours to complete (more if you want time in the massive gift shop at the end!)

The coach left on time. We reached early. Also returned on time and reached early due to low traffic. The experience was great.

First off - no food or drink on the bus. Mkay. Then, tiny, squished seats. As a 175cm person, this was hell of a ride for my knees. To top it off, we came back after the tour to the bus 30 minutes before the departure. It was pouring rain in the cold. We were exhausted and wanted to sit down. The bus driver didn’t even bother opening the door for us, only gestured with his head through the door that we came back too early. We had to walk under the pouring rain BACK TO THE BUILDING ENTRANCE, GO THROUGH SECURITY AGAIN, AND WAIT 30 MORE MINUTES. Get some flexibility in your brain! Would be good for your business. Never again. Ew.

It was definitely worth the trip from London. We had a great time. It is very interactive. Even the adults got their passport stamps. We liked that it was divided into two sections with the cafe in the middle. We enjoyed lunch there. I definitely like the second part because it highlighted all of the artist (make-up, costumes, engineers, architects, etc) that really bring the show to life.

It was phenomenal! The food at the studio was tasty and healthy. It was a bit disappointing that we had to pay over £100 and join a tour in order to get in to the Studio. There were no tickets available otherwise. We were in London for only one day. We would have preferred to take the train up on our own without having to join a tour.
