Itinerary
Depart Central London by air-conditioned coach and venture into the English countryside. As you travel, hear interesting facts about the region and your first destination: the prehistoric monument of Stonehenge.
Depending on the ticket option you've booked, you will have paid for transit only, or entry to one or multiple sights. If you've upgraded to include entry to Stonehenge, head inside, collect an audio guide, and ride the shuttle or follow the pathways to the UNESCO-listed stones that date back some 4,500 years.
After you've soaked up the landmark's monuments and mystery, continue west to the history-saturated Bath. All honey-stoned townhouses, terraces and bridges, this UNESCO World Heritage-listed city is one of England’s crowning glories, known for its Roman origins and Georgian architecture.
Enjoy the afternoon exploring this delightful city independently. Perhaps delve into the handsome streets to admire the Georgian architecture, seeing top Bath attractions such as the Royal Crescent, Bath Abbey, and Pulteney Bridge that spans the Avon River.
Alternatively, upgrade to visit the Roman Baths, one of the world’s best-preserved sets of Roman ruins. Explore the Great Bath and museum, and discover how the Romans built and expanded the complex over Bath's natural springs from the 1st century AD.
Or upgrade to visit the Jane Austen Centre. The much-loved English novelist lived in Bath in the early 1800s, and this museum chronicles her life and works through documents, artifacts, and interactive experiences.
Lastly, return to London, where your tour ends with a drop-off near Victoria rail station.

This was an unbelievable experience! Our guide, Sou Sou is five star fabulous!!! He went above and beyond to give us history of London and many of the villages on the way to and from each site. He was entertaining, extremely knowledgeable, and overall had big heart! He wanted to make sure that everybody was happy, comfortable.
I asked him if I could go off of the beaten path, to see a specific museum, the Jane Austen house, and not only did she tell me where it was, she walked me there.
If you take this tour, try to get him, as he truly is the best! He took time to make sure that everybody knew exactly where we were going, where we needed to be at each time, and that we were all safe and comfortable.
I Stonehenge was incredible, I loved how they have it roped off, so when you take a picture, it looks like nobody is there.
Beth was incredible, such a beautiful city. Definitely touristy on the weekends, but even so, I still had a wonderful time.
I can’t emphasize how much Sou Sou (sp) made the trip AMAZING by Sharing so much knowledge about London, the monarchy, and insight/trivia that Made the whole trip incredibly engaging. He should be the model for all other guides!
Having an amazing twerk guide is just as important as visiting the sites. I highly recommend this trip!

The trip was well organised from the start with the guide, Alan, mixing his banter with a medley of information, songs and facts about our trip.
The time in Stonehenge is enough if you don’t mess about and there was plenty of free time to explore Bath before the Roman Baths. Both experiences were excellent. I’d definitely recommend this trip.

Check to see if the audio tour guide for Stonehenge works on your phone. Ours didn't so we essentially walked around glancing at stones and sheep.

It is a very long day and not enough time in Bath.
Roman Baths tour was good. Bath is a beautiful little town.

It was a wonderful experience. Very enriching culturally, visually. And historically. It is amazing to see incredible monuments and buildings that are in some cases hundreds and thousands of of years old and still standing. We can only understand the present in the future by understanding the past. And this allows us to do it much more deeply.

Tom the guide, and Florian the driver made the trip easy and comfortable. Very helpful with where to go and how to get back. Good humor as well.

Fantastic day trip! I’m very pleased to have went with this service! I’m thoroughly impressed with how smooth, safe, knowledgeable and kind our guide was. Our driver was good, took us through safely and did not feel like a wild bus ride. Very professional all around. If you can get Alan you should! He was awesome. Really made our day and helped us resolve a booking error. It was really nice to see them going above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic trip. The coach was very smooth as well. The onboard bathroom was clean as well as the interior of the bus. They give you plenty of time to enjoy yourself on the venture without being rushed as well. Really couldn’t have asked for a better day or service! It was worth every penny! I’d certainly book with them again for the next site I’m trying to see.
Stonehenge was a really cool and historic sight to see. It’s really well done and is a “well-oiled machine”. It’s easy to still loss time though so be mindful. Also take the shuttle! It’s not worth a walk you can do just about anywhere. Get up and enjoy the sight! Also don’t expect to walk through it and touch the stones; they simply allow you to get very close and take nice photos but you don’t walk through and touch or meditate there. There’s active staff there to ensure safety and compliance which is more than fine! We all want it to last so it’s no problem. We got wonderful shots and we’re in awe the whole time! Well worth checking off our bucket list
Bath was also amazing! Really feels like you’ve gone somewhere + back in time 🏺 The drop off is right next to the museum and the city is easy to walk. Great food all around. Would recommend the the Filipino -+ British Bbq tent off to your left just past the Muesum! That food was divine! I wish I brought more with me and back on the bus. So good 🤤 Def worth the journey and even a stay over there. I felt like we were in Good hands the whole way with this team! Thank you so very much for the hard work you guys put in and for everyone else who works hard behind the scenes for this to happen. Wonderful service & great time! This tour has really made my time in London a great one and the hospitality I received truly warmed my heart. Good people, honest and even fun on the ride! The jokes were funny to me for sure and was quite entertained while being educated where I was and what history belonged here. Book with them! You won’t regret it! 😄 🤙🏼 ✌🏼

It was a long, but comfortable coach ride to the 2 locations. The shuttle once at stonehenge out to the stones is a good investment! It would have been a long walk
Janet_C, Aug 2026
Visiting Stonehenge is an amazing experience . The tour guide, John, was educational and fun. The bus driver was terrific at avoiding the routes with long lines.
Dianna_J, Aug 2026
Stonehenge experience was great, lots of insight provided by our guide Rowan. Bath is a stunning town, the Roman Bath was very interesting. Again Rowan prepped us well for the tour!

It was a great overview with lots of info from tour guide. We covered a lot of ground in 12 hours. It was great
Christine_F, Aug 2026
Our guide was wonderful and friendly, and she gave us a lot information about the different places we went.

Steve and Sylvius were fantastic guides and we had a great time! Steve was knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, and extremely funny. I would recommend this tour to everyone. Ask for Steve and Sylvius!

This was such a fun trip! Perfect length for a day trip and I felt like we had the perfect amount of time at both locations. My tour guide was Rowan and my driver was Moses. Both of them were so kind and helpful!
Linda_L, Aug 2026
Rowan was very knowledgeable, entertaining and all around pleasant tour guide. I cannot recommend her and the bus driver Moses enough. They kept everything on track and on time. Stonehenge was phenomenal and Bath was very nice. The Roman bath museum was too crowded so was not able to enjoy it much. I wish we had skipped that part. The town is beautiful. I would have liked to spend more time exploring it.
Janey_Q, Aug 2026
Well organised and informative.
Ran to time.
Guide points out pointed out places off interest.
Emphasis on not rushing and going own speed
Vanessa_E, Aug 2026
Great experience in just a day. It gives you the chance to see 2 well known places in such a short time.
Narendra_D, Aug 2026
While Maria was very knowledgable, the Stonehenge and Bath tours were self-service. I thought we were on a conducted tour. Hence I give it 4 stars, not 5. The bus journey was very comfortable and the entry tickets were covered.
Dennis_H, Aug 2026
Exceeded both of our expectations. Had the right amount of time at our stops. Informative. Bath was very worthwhile
Melinda_D, Aug 2026
Our guide and driver were excellent. Ishmael was the best driver in all the many roads. Guide (can’t remember his name but was so comfortable in his role- lots of experience Out problem was the mic clarity was not good so missed lots of what was said and weather sooo hot and crowds were unbelievable - wouldn’t travel in August again.
Teresa_S, Aug 2026
Stonehenge was fantastic. Maria and the Driver great. Comfortable and safe bus ride.
Maria gave good restaurant recommendations and helped us to connect our back on the tube
Rebecca_B, Aug 2026
Eugene was a friendly guide (who loves corny jokes) and Ishmael was a fantastic driver. Stonehenge and Bath is a good combination tour. It didn’t feel too rushed. A cleaner windshield (without all the bug splatter) at the top of the bus would have made for better sightseeing through the Cotswolds but otherwise a nice day out of the city
Lucy_L, Aug 2026
This tour was advertised as three part. Stonehenge, a Roman Bath, and Jane Austin. However, the tour operator told us that this tour only allowed Roman bath or Jane Austin. Not both. I tried to show her our itinerary from Viator, but she brushed it off and said “I know it is confusing”. So we were only able to tour the Stonehenge and Roman Bath. We were disappointed indeed. We spent 11 hours and we only enough time at Stonehenge to walk around the it and visit to the bathroom. No time for gift shop or movie room about Stonehenge history. Also, audio guide should have been down loaded before we go there.
We did have plenty of time at Bath to tour the town, have lunch and shop.
Tour was god with double decker bus with bathroom but I feel it was bait and switch situation.
Pamela_L, Aug 2026
Excellent! James & Moses were excellent guides and drivers.
James’s suggestion to walk up to stonehenge made the experience great!
Catherine_R, Aug 2026
Easy relaxing way to see Stonehenge and Bath without having to drive in London! Stonehenge was our must see place!
Yahaira_P, Aug 2026
I was very disappointed with this tour.
At Stonehenge, we were only given one hour, but that time is completely unrealistic. We had to wait 20–25 minutes in line just to board the shuttle bus that takes visitors to the site, and then another long wait for the return bus. By the time you account for those lines, there is very little time left to actually enjoy and appreciate Stonehenge. In fact, one passenger was left behind there, and I am convinced it was because they were unable to get back on the shuttle bus in time.
The stop in Bath was also far too short. There was barely enough time to grab something to eat, let alone explore the city. Bath is a beautiful place that deserves much more time. Unfortunately, another passenger was left behind there as well.
To make matters worse, the tour did not end where it started, as advertised. Instead, we were dropped off more than an hour’s walk away from the original meeting point. I had to pay for a train just to get back, which was an unexpected inconvenience and additional expense.
For a tour that cost nearly $700, I expected a much higher level of service, better organization, and an itinerary that allowed us to truly enjoy the destinations we paid to visit.
Overall, the itinerary is poorly planned. The time allocated at each destination does not reflect the reality of transportation and queues, making it impossible to fully enjoy the experience. I would not recommend this tour unless significant improvements are made to the schedule, passenger management, and the drop-off arrangements.
Response from Host, Aug 2026
Dear Yahaira,
Thank you for sharing your experience, and we are sorry to hear that the tour did not meet your expectations.
Our tours operate to a set schedule, which we need to follow to ensure that all planned stops can be completed and that customers return to London at the time stated in the itinerary.
We have reviewed the tracker history for your tour and can confirm that the scheduled amount of time was allocated for both Stonehenge and Bath.
However, the overall experience at each location can vary depending on factors such as the weather and visitor numbers. During the peak season, attractions can be exceptionally busy, and no two days are the same. Whenever there are unexpected delays, we do our best to allow guests additional time where operationally possible.
On the day of your tour, Stonehenge was busier than expected. We did not leave any guests behind and extended the departure time to allow everyone to return to the coach safely before continuing with the itinerary.
In Bath, we provided the full 3.5 hours as stated in the itinerary. While some guests find this to be sufficient time to explore the city, we understand that others may have preferred a longer visit. The only guest who did not return to the coach was a customer who had arranged in advance to end their tour in Bath and stay there overnight.
In terms of the drop-off locations, we clearly state in the tour itinerary and booking information that the final drop-off point is Gloucester Road Station.
Thank you for travelling with Premium Tours. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and are sorry that the tour did not meet your expectations.
Kind regards,
Premium Tours Team

Very interesting trip. Wear comfortable shoes and stay hydrated. Tour guide keeps you well informed and drive did an amazing job

Seeing Stone Henge was always in my bucket list. Our tour guide was amazing and knowledgeable. We toured Stine Henge on our own. I was not impressed in how far away we were kept. If I had known that. I would have paid for the tickets to go to the Inner Circle. I definitely was not as impressed because of the distance. The ride to Stone Henge and Bath was nice. We really enjoyed Bath itself. Definitely a nice little town to visit. The tour at the end was very faced paced but we definitely enjoyed it and the knowledge we came out with.
