Best way to see the Tower of London.

Our guide was knowledgeable and personable. Answered every question from the group and provided a lot of information most of us had never heard. Loved that he went over what we would see and what to keep an eye out for when we went into the building with the Crown Jewels. Best way to see the Tower of London.

See it All in a Short Period of Time

The Black Cab Tour was a great way to see a majority of the sites in Westminster and London in a short period of time. Will was an experienced cab driver with an extremely clean vehicle. It was hot outside, but not in his cab. Will provided a behind the scenes tour of the famous Hat, Shoe, Cigar, and Wine shops that the royal family shop at. This was above and beyond the normal tower bridge, Westminster Palace, St Paul's Cathedral, ... If you want to get a lay of the land for the major landmarks in London - this tour is for you. May opportunities to get out and take photos. Since this is an operating cab, Will had the opportunity to park in places that only cabs can. His skill to move around the crazy traffic really enhanced the trip vs. sitting in traffic. Highly recommend this tour.

Great experience

First it’s a LONG walk albeit interesting and very informative but it’s a LONG walk! Jack was our guide and he did an outstanding job. He did allot for short rest periods along the way but it’s a LONG walk! You will see many interesting sites along the way and if you’re lucky enough to get Jack as your tour guide, you will learn a lot of British history dating back centuries. He can answer a lot of your questions and he really did make the walk fun.

Excellent Tour!

Wear comfortable shoes and bring water. Pack snacks. Plan on shopping afterwards for Abbey souvenirs. Fabrizio was fantastic! I have to say that as compared to other guides I observed throughout the morning, he was markedly more respectful of volume and space. He was humorous and knowledgeable and made our tour both informative and memorable. I highly recommend Fabrizio!

Excellent Changing of the Horses Tour

Alan was a terrific guide, knew what was happening on the particular day so we saw the band rehearsing Candle in the Wind as the Changing of the Horses came right in front of us, then we walked over to the actual ceremony. He was knowledgeable, and we enjoyed his funny stories.

Must book tour

I was only in London for one day, and this tour allowed me to see all of the must see sights in such a short amount of time. Must-do London story of women’s lives in London at end of 19th century.

Gabi is amazing. She has a wealth of knowledge and an excellent delivery. The story is fascinating. You learn about the neighborhood, police investigations and lack thereof, the lives of the victims, and how we know what we know about the killer. I’ve taken 3 tours of the story and this was the best.

Mistake in booking info/ from a lady who loves to travel

Your company made a really bad mistake in where to meet at Victoria station. On my booking, on all my info, it say 7. It was not 7 it was 3. We went around and around and asked so many bus drivers. There is no number 7. It goes from 1/5. There is a 7 stop on the entrance to the station, and we thought maybe that. I know computers make mistakes, but you should have picked this one up. We made it my the skin of our teeth. As it turns out at one point for we were just asking for 7, we ran into our bus driver, who was not by his bus, and he was so sweet saying maybe it was across the street. We were just about ready to give up, one more stab. A young black English man said go down the buses ask again. Our driver was waiting for us at 3. I always use your company for tours. I have recommended you anlways. If you look up on your record I called and your AI lady gave me info I had , she also wrote back 7. Our hotel would love to book the travel for us. I said no, I like the way you give me all the info. As you can see this was a very stressful 1/2 hour which I did not need. Donna K Stellini Ps Bus driver was wonderful and I loved the entire adventure. It would have made me very sad if I missed this beautiful countryside at my age of 86. Please let me know how this happened.

My daughter and I booked this last minute and are so glad we did. Our tour guide Alex Scamander was excellent, very engaging and clearly spoken. A very in depth tour of London, places you would not know even existed. Walking through London was a trip down memory lane for me. Thoroughly recommend this tour.

Worth a return trip!

Our guide, Steve, was full of information about both Rock and Roll and London. He easily engaged his audience and has a great sense of humor. I can't for the life of me remember our driver's name, but he was a navigation wizard on a high traffic day due to the tube drivers' strike. We had booked this trip for last year and missed the bus, so we had to come back to London to try again. It was more than worth it!

Once in a lifetime

Well what a day. Travelling with friend who struggled with walking so we dipped out of walking part. But Guides wonderful and accommodated the change and made sure they linked with us before Buckingham Palace. Note this part of Tour was self guided with audio ...also security check in, so make sure your pockets have nothing in them. Packs or handbags MUST be in your hand at all times. Was absolutely wonderful, took close to 2 hours but I was mesmerised. But remember one room at a time but you can't go back to room you've left. Also IF you need bathroom, simply ask the very accommodating staff and they'll help you out. PS dont steal loo paper...yup some people do lol. Outside we were lucky to get table at Palace Cafe, but their reasonable well organised do didn't take long. Then onto souvenir shop. A great tour
