The London eye was closed due to the heat. I reached out to Viator for a refund and have yet to hear back. Very disappointing given I’ve spent a lot of money with Viator.

We had almost no wait thanks to Fastlane. Nice to deal with Viator since they have great support when needed. London Eye is a must do for a little fun and get a great view of all of London. Fastlane saved time and headache! Welll worth it!!

This was amazing! I loved the fast track ticket. From walking up to getting on was maybe 5 minutes if that! The regular que was packed! It was Uber hot so worth the price to just walk on. Views were amazing!

Great way to see the entire city and the pods aren’t so crowded that you can’t get a spot to see things. Most of us moved around as it traveled its circle. Was surprised it didn’t bother my fear of open heights at all. The fast track was worth the money to save time!!!

It is a great way to see the city from above. It is NOT a Ferris wheel. We did the fast pass and it was a hot day, we got right on and the pods were air conditioned. Got some great shots.

My wife and I booked the 700pm Fast Track tickets on Sunday evening as we walked across Westminster Bridge. We immediately hopped in the expedited queue and were on board in about 10-15 minutes. The cars were air conditioned & there is a bench to sit on. view was great and the staff were efficient.

The flex fast track ticket was worth the extra money. We didn’t have a wait at all (less than one minute) AND we got a capsule to ourselves which was completely unexpected and amazing! They didn’t tell us beforehand that the picture towards the end wasn’t working so we stood and posed for a picture for nothing, but otherwise it was fantastic!

After this experience, I would not do the London Eye without fast pass tickets! It was so easy to find the check in for fast pass tickets and we literally walked right on… the regular line was super long and not moving. Definitely worth the money.
