The fast track tickets took us to the front of the line. The eye gives great views of London and the surrounding area.
The London Eye gives a beautiful perspective of London and the surrounding area. It's 30 minutes of serene peace above the hustle and bustle of the city. The Fast Track ticket had us on the ride in about 15 minutes.
Fast track ticket is the only way to go! It is worth the extra cost. So much fun and a great way to view the city.
Totally worth it! We scheduled our ride just before sunset so we got to see the city transition to night. Beautiful.

Buy the fast track ticket. Even though I don't like hights, I still enjoyed it. The view is worth the cost.
Very enjoyable!!! The Windows were dirty for us to take pictures. Couldn’t hear people on the speaker, AC wasn’t working strong on one side of the eye / car. Overall wonderful event!
There were very long lines so with three young teenage boys we found it very worthwhile getting the anytime fast pass. We just got there and went right on. The views are amazing!!!

Great way to orient to London’s landmarks on a slow-paced sail through the sky. The AC was a lovely bonus relief from the heat too!

No wait at all! We were able to bypass the massive line and get right on! Saved us so much time and we were able to check out the views!

The London eye was closed due to the heat. I reached out to Viator for a refund and have yet to hear back. Very disappointing given I’ve spent a lot of money with Viator.
We had almost no wait thanks to Fastlane. Nice to deal with Viator since they have great support when needed. London Eye is a must do for a little fun and get a great view of all of London. Fastlane saved time and headache! Welll worth it!!
This was amazing! I loved the fast track ticket. From walking up to getting on was maybe 5 minutes if that! The regular que was packed! It was Uber hot so worth the price to just walk on. Views were amazing!
Great way to see the entire city and the pods aren’t so crowded that you can’t get a spot to see things. Most of us moved around as it traveled its circle. Was surprised it didn’t bother my fear of open heights at all. The fast track was worth the money to save time!!!
