The flex fast track ticket was worth the extra money. We didn’t have a wait at all (less than one minute) AND we got a capsule to ourselves which was completely unexpected and amazing! They didn’t tell us beforehand that the picture towards the end wasn’t working so we stood and posed for a picture for nothing, but otherwise it was fantastic!

After this experience, I would not do the London Eye without fast pass tickets! It was so easy to find the check in for fast pass tickets and we literally walked right on… the regular line was super long and not moving. Definitely worth the money.

We called & talked to a rep that sent us an email that we would get a call bk to reschedule, cuz of issues with other res times we couldn’t make it to our rsv time! We never heard bk & we’re very disappointed! We will b here in London until the 7 June & would still luv to go or at least get a refund.

My only complaint. Keep the glass clean for better pictures. Our pods glass was so dirty. Views were amazing, perfect pace for a beautiful ride.

It was good. We can see London all around. I was scared of the ride before I got on but I was wrong. You don’t feel anything. It is very slow. You just enjoy the beautiful sight.

This trip had SO much potential to be the best part of London. However, the airconditioning was broken, could not open windows, food melted, warm water to drink. We were ready to pass out, so several passengers got off with us. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Please refund entire amount.

It was a beautiful day. Our fast track was at 6:30, had an issue with the QR code that had to be scanned but a quick call to Vito and that was all taken care of. We waited nothing but two minutes to board with fast track whereas the line to get on without fast track was over 40 minutes. Well worth it.
The disappointment is that you’re on a glass cage to look at beautiful monuments house of Parliament, Buckingham Palace and all but your pictures come out with nothing but raindrops through the windows. In today’s day and age those windows could easily be sprayed each time coming down so that’s clear glass.

The fast pass option is definitely worth it. Even with my fear of heights we really enjoyed the ride. The Eye moves slowly and doesn't tilt so it feels very comfortable.
