Cameron our guide and Ali are a fabulous team. Cameron was so enjoyable, knowledgable, pleasant , and humorous. Ali was a safe driver and kept us on schedule. This was one of the best tours we had in London. Our tour guide, Mel, was outstanding! He truly knows his history and is an excellent storyteller.
The 2.5-hour bus journey to Stonehenge felt like only 25 minutes because Mel kept us thoroughly entertained with fascinating and informative stories about everything from the history of London and the Royal Family to Stonehenge and Windsor Castle.
The visit to Stonehenge was amazing, and Windsor Castle was simply out of this world. I could go on and on and write an entire book about this experience, but I'll stop here by saying that I strongly recommend this tour.
It is a must-visit experience for anyone traveling to London.

Went to Stonehenge and Windsor Castle. Comfortable coach service. Had a wonderful guide named Mel. He gave us some historical and local knowledge and was very entertaining. Had a good amount of time at both venues and did not feel rushed.

Meeting instructions are not clear. Need to go into the building and then ask the front desk which tour bus line to get into for tickets.

Our tour guide, Ursula, was fantastic! Her wealth of knowledge and cheerful demeanor really made the trip special. Stonehenge was a blast, but I wish we had more time to wander around Windsor’s shops—they were even more enjoyable than the castle itself. Just a heads-up: photography isn’t allowed inside the castle, so be prepared for that. We hurried through it to catch up on the shops, and the traffic delay added an hour to our journey each way. However, she found a wonderful spot for dinner at a local pub. Our driver, Christian, was incredibly patient with the traffic, which added an extra hour to our trip. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this tour!

Thoroughly enjoyed the tour! The guide (Sheila) was fantastic! Make sure you are comfortable walking, especially at Windsor. Castle. It is a LOT of walking if you are with elderly family or have other difficulties walking. The only recommendation for improvement is having a little better signage at the Victoria Coach Station for the tour companies. It was difficult to know where we needed to queue. Perhaps a sign for each tour, as there are multiple tours departing from the same area/ gates.

Our bus tour guide, Sandra, was informative and funny. As we rode through London to the country side she told us interesting facts about the city, then Stonehenge and finally, Windsor Castle. She made our experience better with her background information.
Stonehenge and Windsor Castle are fascinating with lots of history. The staff at Windsor Castle are also full of information. Don’t miss the chapel at Windsor.
It’s a full day and well worth it.

Great day with Mel as our guide. He had a lot of information and personal stories to tell. He was fantastic. The day is long but the bus was comfortable and had WiFi. It was extremely organized and we had a good time at Stonehenge and Windsor castle. We had enough time to sit down for a meal at Queen Charlotte pub in Windsor.

Lesley was an amazing guide. She shared so much local history along with lots of interesting stories, and she was informative, friendly, and funny throughout the day. Our driver got us safely to each destination and made the journey very comfortable.
Stonehenge did not disappoint, and Windsor was full of history and charm. We also had plenty of time to explore and browse independently. Such a great experience overall!

I really appreciated seeing Stonehenge but the gift shop is disappointing so take plenty of pictures. It’s quick to get to the site by shuttle bus but you may have a long queue for a return shuttle.

Pathetic service from Viator . Nothing but a bunch of crooks.I have booked Viator 9 tours in the past 12 months. Never again.This was a 9 hour tour and the headsets never worked for even 1 minute. The tour was $366 for 2 people . When I returned home I reported the issue and Viator told me there were no other complaints and that they always have back up headsets. That’s not true at all . There was no backup. Then they told me the guide never reported the issue nor did any other customers . They’re basically saying I’m making this up after using them countless times . Everything I told them was true. They offered me a measly 10 percent credit . Not a chance I’m accepting that . They handled this horribly . Just pathetic customer service by a company that I once respected. Now I’ll let my credit card company handle this. I’m not done with this by a long shot .
