- During peak periods, additional vehicles without Wi-Fi may be used
- When the State Apartments are closed the Precincts, Queen Mary’s Dolls’ House and the Drawings Gallery will continue to be open.
- St. George’s Chapel is usually closed to visitors on Sundays as services are held throughout the day. Worshippers are welcome to attend the services.
- Windsor Castle closures: 25 and 26 December – Castle completely closed.

Our guide, Paulie was excellent. Not only provided information on the sites we were visiting, but also history of area, pointed out places of interest. He also gave information on places to see especially those that are free. Discussed the various museums and what one would find in the museum. At the tour conclusion, Paulie spoke with everyone to assist with getting back to their hotel..either black cab, train or bus. Our driver Armando was very skillful navigating the roads, very cautious. He also took the time to ask about our site visits.

Worst experience. Waste £145
I would never refer to my friend to rude and left us in between with no contact emergency details. No call receiving. Didn’t even explain the route

Stonehenge was great! A must visit!!
Windsor Castle was great! A must visit but need more time.
Oxford was a disappointment. The walking tour was not impressive (no audio and hearing the guide was difficult) and the time spent in Oxford would have been better divided across Stonehenge and Windsor Castle.
Tour Guide was a “grumpy” older gentleman. He didn’t appear to be excited about the tour. And, he constantly warned people that the bus would leave people behind if not back on time.
Tour picks up and drops off at different locations (30 mins apart).

I really wish I could remember the guides name but she was fantastic. She spoke in English and Chinese and couldn’t have been more knowledgeable and interactive. I would 100% recommend her and this tour to anyone.

I'd do this tour again though I would probably choose a different tour group
I think the group was too large for a singe guide. Its ok while on the bus but once on the sites you're simply trying to keep up.
Invest in some AUDIO GUIDES that would greatly benifit all participants,

Den is an excellent guide, introducing thoroughly and appropriately. Not only trip related things, but also solve everyone’s traffic problem in the following trip, very warm and kind. Alex is a good driver and cooperate with Den well.

Great tour if you want highlights rather than depth, so that you can see more spots in whatever time you have. Viator / Golden Tours / Gray Line has put together a good trip. Our tour guide Amanda was so upbeat and friendly all day and provided great information throughout. Bus driver Hassan was quite professional at getting through London traffic out and back. Recommend this tour if you want a good highlights of these attractions.

I had a wonderful tour of "Windsor Castle, Stonehenge and Oxford University" with my tour guide, Peter R. Peter was knowledgeable about the different sites and he was good at keeping our group on a timely schedule. Our driver, Jack, was excellent and he ensured our safety during our travels. Stonehenge was our top reason for booking this activity. We got on the bus and were told Stonehenge was closed for the solstice. It closes for 3 days every year. I don’t understand why they offered this activity knowing that it would be closed. I’d like my money back.

There’s a lot of time spent on the bus. Touring at Windsor and Oxford felt rushed. The tour time was overbooked so we were on a secondary bus that was a Mandarin/English offering. Half the trip we listened to Mandarin and the guide’s English might as well have been Mandarin. It was disappointing.

A long bus drive but it was worthwhile trip and it was pretty organized. The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. I wish we have ear phone to hear everything clearly.

The tour was very well-organized and timed, having three major sites to visit. Our tour guide, Kelvin, was quite energetic, personable, and knowledgeable. We appreciated his ongoing commentary throughout the bus ride about local history and suggestions for eateries and other sites to visit. Highly recommended for the ease of scheduling, comfort/transportation (our driver was great!), and access to three popular sites. One suggestion to consider, even if it means a slight increase in tour cost: provide a mid-bus ride water and snack of a local nature, like a scone, etc.

A great all day tour taking in some big highlights, arrive early at windsor castle getting in before the big crowds.
Nice drve out to stone henge with more then enough time allocated to see it.
Then on to oxford which is a great afternoon walk taking in all the buildings with enough time to go into one or two.
I did a similar tour in 2024 with Bath as the stop instead of Oxford and I highly recommend the Oxford option when looking for this kind of package.

Apple was an amazing tour guide with a lot of enthusiasm. I thoroughly enjoyed this experience. The only complaint I would have is if you book on a Sunday, be aware places in Oxford don’t open until 10am or after, and Windsor was closed for the day as well. It was a bit frustrating, but I was able to still have a good time.

Long day of driving but worth it for those who are ‘quick’ travelers like us. Kelvin was fabulous, hit the high points and gave significant history. If you like to dig deep in areas this tour isn’t for you. We loved it and would do it again!
