Even though there was a long line, it moved quickly. They take your picture while waiting in the line. You can purchase it later( I didn't). It moves very slowly and you have many opportunities to get great pics of the city. Overall a very nice time. I had beautiful weather, too!

I'm glad I got the package instead of buying each item individually. The bus was easy to use and took us everywhere. We listed to a pre-recorded audio tour, which was totally fine. Kids listened and learned stuff. We also got the option of three walking tours, a visit to the London Eye, and a quick river cruise. We only did one tour, which was great as our tour guide Kevin as quite knowledgeable and friendly. Wish we had done the others but we had so much to see and so little time in London. The London Eye was great for the views and we chose sunset which made it more spectacular. The river cruise was pretty lame, though, as it was just a quick trip down the Thames. I'm glad that we could say we did that but the experience was nothing special.

Biggest disappointment is river cruise. No body told me where to leave the cruise and I remain seated and dropped somewhere else. They charged me additional $24.00 to drop back. I want $24.00 refunded. Please let me know

Take the river tour first get off at big ben Cross River over to London Eye then onto bus .One more thing the bus can't drive in front of Buckingham Palace. Also waited for 20mins for a bus at Paddington ended up getting underground back to hotel

Big Bus Tours was amazing. Hop on Hop Off bus was great. We got to see all the sights we wanted to see! London Eye and Cruise on the Thames was one of the stops. They gave out ear buds as you got on the bus so that you could listen to the high points of each stop! Would highly recommend this tour!

There was a protest going that closed almost all stops and experiences. We were informed of this and asked for a refund since we couldn’t access any of the experiences: the Big Bus Hop on Hop Off, Thames River Cruise, and the London Eye. So far, no word on whether we will be refunded on an experience that was out of our control. As of this time, no word has been received. We are bitterly disappointed.

The Hop on Bus was hard to negotiate. Different routes that never seemed to take me back to the place I started. The drivers were not very helpful, I ended up having to pay for an Uber to take me the rest of the way back to my hotel in the west end.

What a great time. The big bus and the London eye were so much fun today and with my husband in a wheelchair, we were able to go everywhere. The buses are all equipped for wheelchair access. Seeing London, from the top of the eye was pretty amazing. The pod does a complete rotation in 30 minutes so you have plenty of time to see all of the sites from on top.Meeting the other people on our pod was fun but as the pod is coming down, don’t forget there is a camera that will take a picture of the group so don’t have your back to it.

The ride on the Eye itself was very nice. However, the experience itself was dampened because the person scanning WR/bar codes at the Eye told us they don't accept the QR code provided by Viator that was on my phone. I had to leave the line and walk a good distance back to the Westminster bridge to find a Big Bus to have them scan my QR and issue me a paper ticket for the Eye; then I had to walk back to the Eye only to wait in a much longer line. Advice: make sure you ask the bus driver to give you a physical ticket to the Eye before getting off the bus.

In the river cruise had an harrowing expeeience. Was put on to a crowded ferry which had come from another pier and spent the cruise standing on upper deck. I being a senior citizen aged 73 yrs protested to the guide on the ferry that I shall wait for next ferry. He stated that I joiun as there is no other ferry coming. On completion of trip I was droppedat West Minister pier whereas as starting pier was London Eye for which I caight the Hop in Hop Off bus.
I was ignorant that the Hop in Hop off bus facility closes at 7.30 pm and my ticket went waste.

The experience was good except the requirement to obtain the tickets for the London eye at the reception. Apparently the QR code provided is through 3rd party and requires us to redeem them to get the London eye tickets.
The Big Bus Hop in Hop off didn't have regular busses, we had to wait for more than an hour and take a taxi to get to the next destination.
The river cruise was excellent with love commentary from one of the crew members.

Horrible experience- the drivers are super rude & ask you to get off randomly. The wait times for the buses are very long- wasted a lot of time.
The cruise is one way and not the complete circuit and is not mentioned in the description is quite misleading.

Once you are on the bus, it's a nice ride. Before going on the bus, it is a nightmare. Wait times are easily 50 minutes as opposed to the 10 minutes advertised. Very little busses pass compared to other companies that use the same stops. Fewer stops and little to no indication on where the stops are which makes it very confusing. There are also less representatives that guide you to the right bus at each stop compared to other companies. We booked the 24h unlimited Hop on hop off. We took it for half a day, but we're never told that the next day most of the bus routes would be canceled for most of the day due road closures for the marathon. We lost 12h of the 24h because of this which was very disappointing since we wanted to do the routes we did not have a chance to do the previous day. Overall, would not take this company again due to all the inconveniences.
