The tour guild Yishi was a wonderful person, he knows UK history very well. He gave us clear pitcures of different attractive places. He also provided detailed information of eating places and transportation while we going back to the returned spot.
Thanks so much Yoshi and Tyrrell (the driver) for letting us have wonderful experience to the beautiful places in UK.
I highly recommended the tour. Big Thanks to Yoshi who was the professional tour guild!

It is a long day, but the payoff is to see three incredible sites. Or tour guide Bruce was excellent. He had a great sense of humor as well as extensive knowledge of the sites. Our bus driver Marius was professional and did a great job of navigating some narrow roads

Dear Golden Tours Customer Support,
I had an unacceptable experience my family and I had during our tour to Stonehenge, Windsor Castle, and Bath on July 2, 2026.
My wife, our three-year-old son, and I joined your tour from London with the expectation of having an enjoyable and comfortable experience. Unfortunately, the behavior of the female bus manager completely overshadowed our day and left us deeply disappointed.
Since both my wife and I experience motion sickness, I politely requested window seats. We were also traveling with our three-year-old son, who naturally alternates between sitting with his mother and father during long journeys. As this was a 12-hour tour, I explained that having window seats would not only help us manage our motion sickness but would also keep our son occupied by allowing him to enjoy the scenery outside.
Instead of listening to our request with understanding, the bus manager responded in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner. She raised her voice in front of all the other passengers and said, "If you are not sitting in your assigned seat, this bus is going nowhere."
What made the situation even more upsetting was that I noticed another family had been assigned two window seats. When I politely asked why the same accommodation could not be made for us, she responded by telling me that if I was unhappy, I should get off the bus and take another one.
Respecting her decision, I stepped off the bus to speak with her. However, instead of calmly discussing the matter, she continued shouting at me outside the bus. She even told the tour guide to remove me and my family from the tour bus so that our money could be refunded. At no point was I rude or disrespectful. I was simply requesting reasonable accommodation and trying to explain our situation.
My family and I travel frequently around the world and have always chosen guided tours because we expect professionalism, courtesy, and customer care. We have never experienced such humiliating and disrespectful treatment from any tour operator.
This complaint is not about receiving window seats or obtaining a refund. It is about the way my family was treated. We traveled all the way from Canada to visit London and had been looking forward to this tour. Instead, early in the morning, in front of our young child and other passengers, we were spoken to in an arrogant, aggressive, and disrespectful manner. The bus manager's behavior caused significant stress and completely spoiled what should have been a memorable family experience.
I respectfully request that you treat this as a formal complaint and investigate the conduct of the bus manager. Customers should never be subjected to such disrespect, regardless of the circumstances. I hope Golden Tours values its reputation and takes appropriate action to ensure that no other family has to endure a similar experience.
As a result of this incident, I cannot recommend Golden Tours to friends or family based on the service we received.
At this time, I have not yet posted reviews on Google, TripAdvisor, Viator or any other public platform. I would like to give Golden Tours the opportunity to address this matter first. Depending on your response and the actions taken, I will decide whether to share my experience publicly.
Unfortunately, I was unable to obtain the name of the bus manager. However, for your reference, the bus number was LJ24ZPD. I am also unable to recall the tour guide's name. We boarded the tour bus at approximately 7:30 a.m. on July 2, 2026, from 50 Grosvenor Gardens, London SW1W 0EB, United Kingdom.

Stonehenge was a lifelong bucket list item. It was amazing to see. And Windsor Palace was incredible. Bath was too dirty and busy for my taste, but given it’s history I’m glad I got to go.
Shivalini_P, Jul 2026
This was a very organised day and we were able to see so much in one day. Paul, the tour guide and Govinder, the driver were fantastic and kept the tour on track. Paulie was very knowledgeable and fun. If your trip to England is short and you want to get a lot of sites in, this was a wonderful and worthwhile tour.
Sweta_G, Jul 2026
We booked an English tour and got a bi-lingual guide instead . The guide was doing a good job keeping us on time but this should never have been planned or offered as a 11 hour tour. At a minimum this should be a 13 hour tour . It was way too rushed.
Hamish_S, Jul 2026
Great. Fantastic. Guide Pauly very knowledgeable. Driver Elvio excellent. Would happily use this company again.
Lisa_F, Jul 2026
The guide and driver were pleasant. The commentary was fine. No issues there. The only issue is that there isn't enough time at Windsor Castle or Bath and way too much time at Stonehenge.
Kristi_E, Jul 2026
Bruce Almighty was a great tour guide! Knowledgeable, funny, and engaging, Bruce knew when to let folks sleep and when to engage them.
Jonathan_C, Jul 2026
Tours themselves were good, but the tour guide was pointless. Did not speak loud enough for the size of the group. Speaking on the bus/coach was fine as he could be heard on the speakers, but when speaking off of the bus, he did not speak loudly and would not speak to the group as a whole.
Coach/bus was janky. Half of the tablets/entertainment built into the seats did not work. Head counts were not really performed prior to leaving and a family was left behind.
The tours themselves were great but definitely rushed. Which is understandable given the amount of time we had.

We had a fantastic day trip to Windsor Castle, Stonehenge, and Bath. The itinerary was well organized, giving us enough time to enjoy each destination while keeping the day relaxed and enjoyable.
A special thank you to our tour guide, Bruce, who was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and genuinely funny. His fascinating stories, historical insights, and great sense of humor made the journey just as enjoyable as the destinations themselves.
We also greatly appreciated our driver, Sokol, whose excellent driving, professionalism, and friendly attitude made the trip smooth, comfortable, and stress-free.
Thank you both for making this a memorable experience. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the UK!
Kellie_C, Jul 2026
We had a wonderful day touring with Pauley and Reggie! Pauley made the day fun by presenting his information with wit and enthusiasm.
Lisa_Z, Jul 2026
Bruce and Sokol were excellent. Bruce was extremely knowledgable. The only thing I would change is I would have liked more time in Windsor Castle.
ArnelPaulB_L, Jul 2026
They will have a great awesome experience..Mr Paully is a top notch , awesome, knowledgeable and pleasant kind of tourist guide.. me and my wife had a great and fun time.
Deepika_v, Jul 2026
Tour was great especially if you’re pressed on time and want to cover more of the main sights. Our guide Poly and driver Lee were very professional, knowledgeable and made it an even better experience for us.
Yuvika_C, Jul 2026
Great experience! Paulie was very knowledgeable and Elviial great coach driver! We throughly enjoyed our tour!
Kara_M, Jul 2026
We had a gorgeous sunny day for this tour. Our guide Oliver was exceptional. He made sure we knew what to do at each stop, where to meet, and when to be back to the bus. There’s quite a lot of travel time on the bus throughout the day, but he kept us informed and pointed things out along the way. It was actually quite nice to have the breaks in between stops. Highly recommend booking it!
Celestine_S, Jul 2026
Well planned and executed trip! Saw lots of amazing things and Paulie was very helpful with things to do once we got back to England!
Susan_G, Jul 2026
Well run excursion! Definitely a limited amount of time at each location, especially Windsor Castle. Perfect amount of time at Stonehenge. If you want to see a lot, this is a great tour. Roman Baths did not overwhelm me, but others in my party enjoyed that. The town of Bath is delightful.
Carlos_E, Jul 2026
When we boarded the bus it was HOT and we had a total of t adults and 1 child. 4 out of the 6 monitors with usb outlets did not work. Chris seemed extremely knowledgeable when we could hear him but made everything feel extremely rushed. I feel the only thing worth the trip was the stones.
DEREK_B, Jul 2026
Pre pack some sandwiches as time is limited at all 3 sites.. You can eat on the bus as long it is not hot food. Trying to fit all 3 sites in one day is a nightmare ask. Bath you could spend days here exploring Stonehenge about right time the Windor Castle could be done in the time easily but if you want to read & take it all n you could spend weeks. Bruce was great in explaining things before we got to each site.
Rebecca_N, Jul 2026
Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this tour. They pack so many people onto the buses and I ended up sitting next to a man that slept the entire day. Snoring. We stood in the rain to get into Windsor as our first stop and once in had less than an hour (40 minutes) at Windsor. The lines were long to get in and we had to walk far to get to the line. The bus had issues with a broken toilet, no music or commentary along the way. Basically this is paying for a bus ride and for someone to get you into the sites, not really for a private tour guide. We were scolded multiple times for being late back to the bus by our tour guide, Oliver, (first time was after the quick Windsor stop when we used the bathroom prior to getting back on the bus which had no bathroom) and then the guide said we’d make up time as if he was doing us a favor. Stonehenge was fine, but again not much information. At Bath, we arrived early but couldn’t get in until our designated time. As it was we arrived back by 730pm so we were early yet the guide acted like he did us a favor of extended time. No time to shop unless you cut out time seeing the site, which was already limited. Only lunch option was cafeteria at Stonehenge.
Bottom line they should only stop at 2 of the 3 sites or skip the tour and just take public transportation and go on your own. This wasn’t worth the cost.

Great trip. Our guide, Bruce, was amazing. He was so knowledgeable and offered additional suggestions to make our entire stay in London better. I will say that you need more time in Bath and even in Windsor Castle but it was a great taste of both.
Thomas_B, Jun 2026
Not worth the money. Finding out after you book the tour, IF you read the fine print, that Windsor Castle is not open on the day you go is misleading. Additionally, the bus was so noisy in the back from the engine, that I couldn't here half or more of the information provided.
Understood that there was near record setting heat, but the bus never really cooled off.
claude_b, Jun 2026
The tour was awesome! What made it truly remarkable was our tour guide Pauly and driver Lee. Pauly kept us engaged, was funny and so so informative. He was a school teacher before a tour guide and you could tell! He was very talented keeping everyone interested but didn't overdo it. He even personally showed us how to use the underground after our tour. Truly above and beyond service. We will back
radler946, Jun 2026
The itinerary was very good. The tour was well organized and I liked it very much. The guide was excellent. He was very professional. He knew a lot of details, which he provided to us, and he was a very kind person, with a lot of patience to every traveler with us. It was really a very good experience with him. Also the driver was driving very carefully and we really enjoyed his driving. In short everything was perfect.
Sama_A, Jun 2026
It was a truly incredible day, and one that would have been impossible to organize by myself.
Our guide was also super friendly and knowledgeable and made the entire adventure so much better. 10/10 for Jason and Frey!
Melissa_W, Jun 2026
Paulie and Armando were excellent. Paulie provided great insight throughout the trip and kept us on schedule. While it was a long day, it was great to see Windsor, Stonehenge and Bath in one day. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone.
Allison_S, Jun 2026
A wonderful day despite the heatwave.. bus was airconditoned and was perfect to cool down. We missed out on Windsor Castle as they closed early due to the hot weather, still had a wonderful day. Stonehenge was just mind blowing … fascinating and interesting.
Bath was up our alley, the Roman baths and the historic building was just insane! Our highlight of the day.
Time was a factor to get to each destination so we could mange all areas… so take your photos quickly and do t dilly dally.
shannon_l, Jun 2026
Great but busy day. If you prefer more than an hour and a half at any of these locations this may not be the tour for you.
Trudie_P, Jun 2026
Bath and Windsor are so much more than I anticipated. The Roman Baths were fascinating. The Huntsman Pub (Bath) was a delightful stop to cool off and enjoy a drink or two. Would love to have more time exploring. Windsor is a charming area. The castle and grounds were beautifully preserved.
Stonehenge was interesting… would have spent more time if not for the weather.
Our tour guide Paulie was extremely knowledgeable and helpful… at the end of the tour he met with each traveling member to ensure they knew how to get transportation back to their lodging and to local restaurants. It was a nice touch.
