We loved this experience! We were there on a Thursday morning in mid-June and it was very crowded but it was worth it. The audio guide is very helpful. Plan to be there at least 2 - 3 hours because there is so much to see. We participated in the private prayer service at the tomb of St. Edward (the confessor) and that was lovely. We also loved that they stopped every hour and said a prayer that everyone could hear. Awe-inspiring!

BOOK DIRECTLY WITH WESTMINSTER ABBEY! Booking with Viator is more expensive for same experience. This tour operator need to reconsider how this tour is marketed. Charging significantly more for the exact same experience is misleading, particularly when the listing promotes an “audio guide” as an added benefit even though the audio guide is included free when booking directly with Westminster Abbey. The advertising creates the impression of added value where none exists.

How absolutely wonderful and historic the Cathedral is in real life. It was a lot bigger than I thought it would be and very ostentatious.

The tour was self-paced so no need to hurry to get through the Abbey. With that said, there is so much to see. Much more than you could possibly see the first time. Will definitely need to return whenever we get back to London. The marble carvings are truly amazing—nothing that can be replicated in my lifetime.

Excellent tour. The tour includes a clear self-guided tour that is very informative. At your own pace. Could be crowded. Uneven floors if you are traveling with someone who has difficulty walking.

The tour itself was great once we were inside. However do not book through Viator. They split the people into two lines. One line has people who booked through viator and the other line has people who book directly with the Westminster abbey. They let in more people from the Westminster abbey line and had the viator line wait far longer than the other line. Even when this was mentioned the staff did not change the way they admitted people. So this is something to keep in mind but the tour itself is beautiful and worth the wait!

A absolute must if this is your first trip to London. Beautiful history, architecture, and craftsmanship. Be prepared for crowds, but most people move with the flow once they figure it out.

The tour itself was excellent, and the audio guide was very informative. However, I recommend booking directly through Westminster Abbey's website rather than through a third-party provider.
Our voucher listed a 9:30 a.m. entry time, but we were not admitted until after 10:00 a.m. Abbey staff explained that visitors who book directly with Westminster Abbey receive priority entry, so third-party bookings may experience longer waits during busy periods.
Fortunately, we had allowed plenty of time between activities, so the delay did not affect our plans. If you have another tour or reservation scheduled afterward, be sure to leave yourself a generous time cushion.

The tour itself was great and the audio experience was very informative. However, be aware the info and what you’re seeing is from 1800s and many tombs. Prepare for 1-2 hours

It is ok.. Reason we went is it is a UNESCO heritage site and royal families had their weddings done there. It is a unique feeling. It is a stone throw from. Buckingham palace, Parliament building and 12 minute walk from Trafalgar square. If you miss it, it is ok if you visited windsor castle.

Great tour with audio and self guided to go at your own pace. Such a beautiful church! So much to look at of queens, kings and dignitaries. Poets corner was great to see all the famous people buried there. The architecture and design was unbelievably stunning. We paid extra to go up to see the Queens Jubilee exhibition. We thought it would be more of the Queens items but were disappointed to find out it wasn’t. That was the only thing we were not happy with. Overall wonderful tour! Plan for at least 3 hours.

Beware!!! Do not use this tour! So disorganized, unclear, misinformation and very confusing. You are just buying a ticket to enter the abby. You get a audio set. My ticket worked. That was the only thing that worked. I called the operator twice and got very confusing directions. Look elsewhere!!

Purchasing a Viator ticket doesn't get you past the cue quicker than just showing up. Once inside the audio guided tour is very good but the crowds can be full on at times. Makes it hard to navigate.

Super experience!
Tickets via Viator are very easy to book and -important for me- come with a free annulation policy in case you have to cancel your ticket.
Entry with this tickets at the Abbey is quick, almost like skipping the line.
I would always recommend choosing Viator!
