When we arrived at the pier to board the dinner cruise the attendant was able to scan the QR code that Viator provided us. However, our names were not on the ships manifest. We were told that we might not receive the VIP extras that we paid for because Viator did not report our tickets to the supplier. The attendant told us that we were lucky the ship wasn't fully booked as he would not have been able to let us board. He told us that this happens often with Viator tickets.
My recommendation is that you don't book with Viator and instead purchase this package through City Cruises by Hornblower directly.
This was our last night in London and Viator nearly destroyed it.

I would have given this 5 stars because the Abbey was incredible, but the directions on where to enter were not clear. I literally walked around the entire abbey (which is a long walk!) and had to ask two different attendants where to go before I found the entrance. It was VERY stressful and I almost missed my entry time. Other than that, I enjoyed it and appreciated being able to go at my own pace with the audio guide.

The directions for the meeting point were not accurate. We ended up in the Deans Yard ( which was nice to see) when we should have been on the opposite side of the cathedral. The audio tour was very well done and informative. I’m glad we were there in the first hour since it got very busy.

Ok walking tour. We had trouble knowing where to go to get in as the area is somewhat confusing. Also, our tickets only showed two visitors whereas we paid for three. We all did get in after showing our electronic payment on Viator. Busy church with a lot of activity. A huge number of tombstones, too many to see with the volume of people everywhere.

Everyone should visit Westminster Abbey, so much history here! The audio guide is helpful, although it does get very crowded so it is sometimes challenging to figure out where you are. Regardless, you definitely want reservations.

The abbey is amazing and the audio recordings are quite informative. The only disappointment is that the reservation time isn’t really a thing. You have to queue with everyone who just bought their tickets.

Simply amazing. The history is almost incomprehensible. The self guided audio tour is easy and intuitive and very comprehensive. We could have spent three hours and still not seen everything. Worth going back for a second d or third tour! Definitely worth it if you’re in London!
