Mystical Stonehenge was a cool place to visit. Love the story and mystery. Bath was an amazing place to visit. Interesting history of the baths etc. The town itself is a cool place to walk around. Would have liked some additional time there. Windsor Castle was closed but made for great photos as well. Guide and driver were great.

Itinerary

Depart from London and travel in your luxury coach to Windsor Castle. Home of the British royal family for 900 years, Windsor is the world's largest and oldest occupied castle. If selected, explore the lavishly decorated State Apartments and St. George's Chapel.

Continue on through the rolling green Wiltshire landscape to Stonehenge. This ancient, UNESCO-listed stone circle is still a place of strong spiritual significance. Wander the site at your leisure and decide for yourself why these age-old rocks have found themselves here.

Next, hop back in your coach and continue onward to UNESCO-listed Bath, famous for its elegant Georgian architecture and widely considered one of England’s prettiest cities. Follow your guide on a panoramic tour, and see Bath Abbey, the Royal Crescent, and Pulteney Bridge. During the tour, you can see the city’s famous Roman Baths (if the option is selected), the best-preserved Roman spa.

At the end of your time in Bath, travel back to London’s Victoria Coach Station, where your day trip concludes.

Billing issue and review

Barry_B, Sep 2026
Robert was excellent and very knowledgable. However, the logistics. are not good. There was simply enough time at each stop to listen fully to the audio guides at the points referenced. Given the overall time, it may be that this tour has to be divided into two with one only going to Bath and Stonehenge and the other to Windor and Coswalds or something else. Also need to check on a potential billing issue. When we checked in under 1435678517 which I had printed out when first making the reservation, we were told we were listed TWICE. In searching other communications, I see we were sent another email with a confirmation 1817826787. Obviously, we should only have ONE charge for the same booking. Please confirm we will only be billed ONCE so avoid having to protest the charge.

Bucket list day trip!

Sandra was a fantastic tour guide for this all-day Windsor Castle, Stonehenge, and Bath trip! Although it was a packed day, she ensured we stayed on schedule and were able to maximize our time in each location. A great option to see 3 amazing sights in one day.

It’s a bit rushed. Loved all the sights but very little or no time to shop or eat Tour originally seemed to say food and gratuities included but that wasn’t the case

It is long but worth it, all the history but you are going to three places so have to move a little fast.

A Taste of England

john_v, Sep 2026
The tour departs promptly at 8:30 from Victoria Station. The order was changed from what was described in the itinerary. Our first stop was Windsor Castle. We arrived just after 9 AM. We did not get into the castle until 10 AM. We need to return to the bus at 11:30 AM. It was a quick journey through the castle leaving a few minutes to walk through the cobblestone streets. We re-boarded the bus for an hour drive to Stonehenge. We arrived at 12:30 and left at 1:45. It was just enough time to walk around the perimeter and take some great pictures. We were then back on the bus for an hour journey to bath. We had 90 minutes in bath . Considering the audio guide of the Roman baths is 90 minutes we had to pick and choose what you wanted to listen to. Also, it didn’t leave really any time to walk around the city. We boarded the bus at 5:15 and return back to Victoria station at 8:15. This was a three hour journey without any stops. This is the reason I would have preferred to end with Stonehedge as it was described in the brochure because it’s under two hours back to London at the end of the day. This is the reason I’m calling the tour and taste of England. Taking this journey is really about seeing three places because you have limited time or you would like to get acquainted with the city to know where you want to return if you really want to dive into a city, I would recommend taking two. For example, Stonehedge and Bath or Stonehenge in Windsor. Provide more time in each city. A piece of feedback for Evans. Evan would be to write clearly that there really isn’t time for lunch. If you’re going to get lunch, you’ve got a factor that into the limited time you have in one of the three stops and it would only be to pick up a sandwich which you would eat on the bus. note that the tour company does not allow hot drinks to be taken on the bus however, cold drinks can be brought on the bus along with Food. What’s interesting is that in all of the reviews between this company and the other golden this was rated as higher however I found the bus more comfortable on golden which we took for the next day. For example, the golden bus has a seat back pocket where this one doesn’t. I know it sounds simple, but sometimes you just want to score a few items both have tray tables, but the golden has a screen where you could watch informational videos about the places you’re going to see and even has a movie option. Additionally, both have USB chargers. I didn’t check the Wi-Fi. Overall, it was positive experience for our group of six note that a few of us have been here before. I was disappointed to learn the order was changed.

Sweetly designed tour but cannot recommend the guide

Soumashree_S, Sep 2026
The trip was expertly curated. It is a nice idea to start at Windsor, lunch at Bath, and end at the Stonehenge. Note, however, that the Stonehenge stop – for those who did not buy entrance tickets – does now allow you to see any of the Stonehenge at all. The description in the title, therefore, is misleading. We did not buy entrance tickets to the Windsor Castle and were mildly pleased to be pointed to a park from where we were treated to a gorgeous view of the back of it. This brings me to our guide Simon, who was knowledgable and peppered his monologues with British witticisms. Simon's target audience is clearly one who has a working knowledge of Britain. Seeing that the tour is for, well, tourists, I am not sure all his jokes land. The next part is my primary takeaway from the tour. When I told Simon that we were grateful to be directed to the Windsor park, he rushed us to the bus. I thought he was justifiably in a hurry because his remit is to ensure a timely pickup and not to chitchat with customers. Later, at the Bath pickup point, things were tight and we were to board the bus just as it arrived. I was surprised to see that when he was engaged in conversation by a fellow tourist, he was noticeably more affable. I am visibly Indian and the second person was visibly Caucasian. These are micro-indifferences which perhaps make no difference to Evan Evans as a tour provider but have coloured my impression of the whole day. Simon also made a strange joke on older women touching/licking the Stonehenge in search of younger men who could be their lovers. I did not get the joke and it appeared grossly misogynistic. I am no day-tour veteran, so I cannot say this for sure, but I was put off by the overtly negative nature of what Simon was issuing by way of directions to his flock. He began with the missive that he doesn't respond to "excuse me" and what else we are not to do. This might be a hit with many, but it made me feel like I was part of a group of errant kids. At the absolute end, Simon noted that he was not a restaurant and didn't append a service charge to the bill, and so we should think to tip him. I did not understand the logic behind the uncalled for slight to the service industry. To summarise, this is a nicely curated tour but I did not enjoy my experience with the guide.

I had such a wonderful time on this tour! Visiting Windsor, Stonehenge, and the Roman Baths all in one day was an amazing experience. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the trip even more enjoyable. It was a long day, but seeing these beautiful and historic places was absolutely worth it. I’m so glad I booked this tour and would definitely recommend it!

A great way to see 3 iconic locations

Chris_L, Sep 2026
This was an awesome day out with guide Gottfried and driver Patrick, both of whom were great. We had just enough time at Windsor Castle to see the Royal Apartments and chapel. Gottfried gave us great advice to skip the line for the Doll House and go right to the Apartments, and I am thankful for that. On to Stonehenge, once again just enough time to catch the shuttle out to the stones, walk around, get some photos, and come back. On to the beautiful city of Bath, where I skipped the separate fee for the baths and walked around and took pictures after eating a late lunch. Someone said to think of this as a "tapas tour"- small bites of several different things. It is not enough time to see these things in depth, but it's a great way to see their highlights, plot a return as desired, and just have an interesting day seeing these iconic sights in England.

Love the tour

Carlos_K, Aug 2026
Pablo was fantastic. Great guide. And trip was amazing. My only critic is i wish we could spend more time at each of the stops. Was just not enough time to do them properly and completely without rushing through or not doing some parts of the full site at Windsor Castle and Bath. Stonehenge was perfect time. Just like another 30 mins more would do the trick (at each)

A day in the UK

Rodger_C, Aug 2026
This was an 11 hr tour see8ng Windsor Castle, Stonehenge, and Bath. Overall this was a great tour, even considering the bus travel time. The time between locations varied, but averaged about and hour driving time. The guide, Sheila and bus driver Christian were great. Very knowledgeable about the locations and areas. When booking you have to realize this is an 11 to 12 hr day depending on traffic conditions and you need to accept that. The longest was the return from Bath back to Victoria Station, this was about 2.5 hrs. However, even with this the overall experience is well worth it. We were waiting on a cruise out of South Hampton UK and had a couple days to ue things. This tour allowed us to see a few things we wiuld not have normally seen. I highly recommend this tour for others.

Andy was great. Did not like repeated messages about booking Windsor tour when Windsor Castle was closed.

Great tour, but could not go in castle.

Don_W, Aug 2026
4 stars because windsor castel was not open. no fault of the tour company and I think it was stated during booking. still a disappointment. Also, this is a long bus ride with time to catch up on sleep. Unless there is a couple that TALKS THE WHOLE TIME. Bring noise cancelling headphones. Again, not a fault of the tour company. Just be respectful of fellow travelers. If the entire bus is quiet EXCEPT YOU, take a hint.

Response from Host, Sep 2026

Dear Guest, Thank you for your honest and thoughtful feedback. We’re sorry Windsor Castle being closed was disappointing, even though this was communicated at the time of booking. August Tour Went Well and Manon is Awesome

Val_S, Aug 2026
We booked this a few days ahead of the day we wanted to go while we were in London. Booking was easy. We knew we wanted to do Stonehenge and Windsor Casyle but I couldn’t decide if we wanted to do admission to the Roman Baths or not and we ended up selecting all three. Checking in a the pickup location was easy. The bus departed in time. The seats were comfortable. There was a toilet on the bus however we were encouraged to use it only in an emergency. That wasn’t a problem for me. There were restrooms at all of the stops so all was good. Manon was out tour guide and she was awesome. Lucian was our driver and he did a great job getting us to and from the locations. We did Windsor Castle first. We had a little over an hour there. It was a bit rushed but we did have enough time to see the Venus garden, state rooms and St George’s Chapel. We arrived there at 9am and our tour guide led us to the group entrance line. We did have to wait about 20 minutes in line to get in. A different group tried to jump the line ahead of us and Manon handled that with the venue management staff. We were given a time to meet back at the bus. There was one group of people that were about 10 minutes late coming back and we did wait for them. I think we departed around 11:15a and headed to Bath. We arrived in Bath a little after 1p. We had about an hour to tour the Roman Baths. It was estimated that it would take 45 minutes to tour and I think we were done in 15. We fast tracked ourselves because we were hungry and wanted to get something to eat before we got back on the bus. There is a lot of informational displays within the Roman Baths building about the history and architecture. We didn’t read much and we bypassed a bunch of people to get to the actual bath. It was cool to see but if I were to book again I don’t think I would do admission to the baths. We would have rather walked around the town and checked out the shops and sights. We did have a nice Mezze platter at a restaurant and had just enough time to eat it before departing for StoneHenge. Everyone was there to load the bus on time although the bus was running a few minutes behind. In hindsight that was a blessing because there end up being a car accident - a car was in the bus drop off area and ran into a bus. If out bus was on time they might have run into our bus. The driver of the car was not wanting to move out of the way and Manon, again, hopped into action and talked her into moving out of the way. We departed Bath around 3:10p and arrived in StoneHendge around 4:15p. We had about an hour there and that was plenty of time. We got back on the bus to head back to London around 5-5:15p. I don’t remember what time we got back I think it was around 7:30p. I know I was eating dinner before 8p. We really enjoyed this experience. Manon was a wonderful guide and she was very knowledgeable about the locations we visited as well as London. The whole tour was about 11.5 hours from the time we checked-in until we got back and departed the bus station. The price we paid which included admission at all three locations was very fair considering the time and the driving. It was nice not to have to worry about getting a car, getting to all the places, getting tickets, end rushing around to make it places on time. I don’t think we would have been able to do all three locations in one day if we had done that on our own. It was helpful to be with the group because we didn’t have to stand in too many lines for very long.

Response from Host, Aug 2026

Dear Guest, Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review! We’re delighted to hear that you had a wonderful experience and found the tour to be a convenient and worthwhile way to visit Windsor Castle, Bath, and Stonehenge in one day. We’re especially pleased that Manon made such a positive impression with her knowledge, helpfulness, and quick thinking throughout the day. It’s wonderful to hear that she helped keep everything running smoothly, while Lucian provided a safe and comfortable journey between all three destinations. We’ll be sure to share your kind words with them both. We also really appreciate your detailed observations about the time available at each stop and your thoughts on the Roman Baths admission. Feedback like yours is extremely useful for helping future guests understand what to expect and choose the options that best suit their interests. We’re thrilled that you enjoyed the convenience of having the transportation, admissions, and organisation taken care of, allowing you to experience three wonderful destinations without having to worry about driving, tickets, or navigating between locations. Thank you again for choosing us and for your recommendation. We hope to welcome you back on another memorable adventure in the future! Warm regards, Evanevanstours team

Misleading, No Time To Spend At Actual Sites

Joseph_F, Aug 2026
Arrived at the Victoria Coach Station early as instructed. There was no one to help determine which line to stand in as there were several lines and only one person handling the check-in. Our guide was Andy who was dressed like a tourist wearing shorts with his bike shorts showing underneath, and was not very professional at all! We were told we were going to Windsor Castle first, then Stonehenge, and finally Bath. Well, we had to wait for Windsor Castle to open and then only had about 45 minutes to spend there once we entered (not nearly enough time!). Then it was on to Stonehenge where yet again we only had about an hour to spend there, and the shuttle bus lines to and from the actual site were about 15-20 minutes long. There was absolutely no time to go into the Visitor Center or even use the restroom! Finally, it was on to Bath where we found out that the Bath Abbey was closed for local graduation ceremonies. Ironically, we had 2 hours to spend there which was way too much time. The tour company and Andy should have known that the Abbey was going to be closed as graduations are scheduled well in advance and not at the last minute. We should have been notified as this was one of the main reasons we booked this particular trip going to Bath. And then on the way home, we were told that we were being dropped off at a different location than where we were supposed to end the tour because the driver was running out of his allotted driving time and couldn't go any further. Andy said we were running behind schedule but everyone was on time getting back on the bus at each stop. You would think a tour company worth anything would have a better idea of how to organize the whole day, deal with the driver issues, etc., but obviously this company does not! Do not go on this tour unless you just like driving for hours with little time to see/do anything at each stop!

Response from Host, Aug 2026

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that your experience fell so far short of expectations. We sincerely apologise for the confusion at Victoria Coach Station and for the concerns you raised regarding the presentation and professionalism of your guide, Andy. We also understand your frustration with the limited time at Windsor Castle and Stonehenge, particularly when shuttle queues reduced the time available to explore these important sites. We’re especially sorry that Bath Abbey was closed during your visit and that you were not informed in advance. We appreciate how disappointing this must have been, particularly as visiting the Abbey was one of the reasons you selected this tour. We also regret the inconvenience caused by the change to the final drop-off location and understand how frustrating this was after such a long day. Your comments regarding the scheduling, communication, and overall organisation of the tour are extremely important. We will share your feedback with the relevant teams so these concerns can be reviewed carefully. We genuinely regret that the tour did not provide the enjoyable and well-organised experience you were expecting, and we appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. Warm regards, Evanevanstours team

Excellent tour guide with limited time

Greg_G, Aug 2026
Firstly, let me say our tour guide. Phil was amazing. He provided great details on all of our destinations and also great insight and information along the way he truly made the trip very enjoyable. However, timing was out of his control. If you want to spend more than an hour or so at each of the three destinations I think that’s challenging on a one day tour. You may want to look into other options where it’s one or two maximum destinations in a full day tour. This tour worked for us because we saw what we wanted to see and ultimately decided to get a train home to London from Bath so we could spend more time having afternoon tea and dinner there. Bath may be worth an overnight stay.

Response from Host, Aug 2026

Dear Guest, Thank you so much for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re delighted to hear that Phil was amazing and that his knowledge, insights, and commentary made your journey enjoyable and informative. We also appreciate your honest comments regarding the timing and the amount of time available at each destination. We understand that a one-day tour covering three destinations can feel quite fast-paced, especially for guests who would like more time to explore each place. We’re pleased that the tour still allowed you to see what you wanted and that you were able to make the most of your time in Bath by taking the train back to London. Your suggestion about offering more time at one or two destinations is very valuable, and we’ll be sure to share your feedback with our team. Thank you again for choosing us, and we hope to welcome you back to London for another memorable experience! Warm regards, Evanevanstours team
