Our bus driver, Paul, was fantastic! He was great at communicating every stop, every site and keeping us on track. Once at the canyon, he explained the trail and directions so we could all get the most out of the visit. Also, the bus was comfy and clean for such a long ride and plenty of cold water was available to us for the trip and the lunch provided was tasty. I definitely would recommend this tour to everyone!

Don't pay for premier pass

Gia was funny and informative tour guide. Do not pay for premier pass. The Zipline was another shuttle ride outside of parks. Wish we had known this because we wouldn't of paid. We ended up not doing it because we didn't want to cut short our time inside the parks.

What an absolutely incredible experience! Our tour to the Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon West was one of the highlights of our trip. The views were breathtaking, but what really made the day special were our amazing tour guide, Sara, and our driver, Louie. Sara was phenomenal! She was knowledgeable, sweet, personable, and genuinely seemed to care about everyone having a great experience. Throughout the trip, she kept us informed about where we were going, what to expect, and how much time we had at each stop. She provided snacks and plenty of cold water, which was especially appreciated while exploring the canyon in the heat. What impressed us even more was how attentive she remained after we were out exploring on our own. She checked in with us to make sure everything was going well and even offered to take pictures of us with the absolutely AMAZING Grand Canyon scenery in the background. Those little personal touches made such a difference! And a huge thank-you to Louie, our driver! He kept us on schedule, handled the drive professionally, and most importantly, got us there and back safely. We were able to relax and enjoy the entire experience knowing we were in good hands. Between the Hoover Dam, the spectacular Grand Canyon views, and the excellent service, this was a 10/10 experience from beginning to end! If you’re considering this tour, BOOK IT! It’s a great trip for a family, friends or by yourself. It’s a long trip but there are plenty of breaks. The coach is very comfortable. My tour guide Paulie was informative and friendly. He comunicated very well where we were going and how long it would take us. He was always on time. It was an excellent trip and felt it was a great value.

e had the most amazing day out on our Vally of Fire tour, and a huge part of that was down to our fantastic tour guide TROY ! He was absolutely incredible from start to finish—friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. It was an incredibly hot day, but he constantly made sure we had plenty of cold drinks to keep us refreshed, and he even took lots of photos for us so we could capture all the special moments. We also had some special dietary requirements, and he made sure everything was arranged perfectly for lunch, which was such a thoughtful touch. He took us to some truly amazing places and showed us incredible sights that we’ll never forget. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide or a better day out. Absolutely brilliant from beginning to end—we would highly recommend this tour to anyone!

All passengers got a cold bottle of water upon getting on, which I didnt know about. It was a nice little surprise. Being about to see the strip in a fun and unique way made the trip so fun and my kids and I would absolutely do it again! Our driver, Dave, was fun and really made us feel so fun and safe!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing experience on this tour! Sarah was an excellent guide, and Denise was a great driver. The tour started at 5:00 AM, so we knew it was going to be a long day, but the vehicle was comfortable and spacious enough for the long drive, which helped during the early start. The lunch provided was also very complete and enough to keep us energized throughout the day. It included a sandwich, a pastry, a piece of fruit, and a juice. We also really appreciated the language support. Sarah spoke both English and Chinese, while Denise spoke Spanish, which made communication easy for everyone on the tour. We had such a great time visiting Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend and really enjoyed the entire experience. Everything was very well organized, and we even arrived back around 7:00 PM, much earlier than the estimated return time, which was a great surprise. We were very happy with the experience and would definitely do this tour again. Highly recommended!

Amazing tour with excellent views

The tour was organised very well. They even accommodated morning pickup to my location by letting me hop on a different company bus to the actual bus. The buses themselves were very good, clean and comfortable. Our guide Olivia and driver Chen were amazing. Food could be better. No breakfast (a granola bar was given). Considering we board the bus at 4:50am, a breakfast option is needed. Lunch was a sandwich (which was okay). Other than that, everything was excellent.

My First Time in Utah

Our tour guide, Anthony, took us through Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. Anthony is extremely knowledgeable and built a great tour with beautiful photo opportunities, and he made sure that we had enough bottled water and breaks as needed. I highly recommend this tour-it was at a very fair price, and you are in both parks for a couple hours apiece.
