This tour is self-guided Enter the first story’s point and the audio will begin automatically Follow the audio cues to the next story, which will also play automatically. Enjoy hands-free exploring. If you face audio issues, contact support. Stick to the tour route & speed limit for the best experience.

It looks like you didn't download and preview the app and tour beforehand, which is necessary since my audio tour app works offline once downloaded. The product is valid for a year, so you still have plenty of time to use it. If you'd prefer a refund, please email me ASAP, and I'll take care of it.

Being on top of the Memorial Bridge and up and close at Hoover Dam.
I was trying to imagine how it was like being in the movies Superman and Transformers.
