Pool bus crawl … Don’t do it

No clear meetup location… Dropped a pin to meet somewhere on Las Vegas Blvd ??? Shady af … Go to the pin it’s the bus pickup for tours at the horseshoe So I called and called and called … Never connected called nonstop for two days left messages voicemail texts no response until day of at time of meet up. 1130 am someone finally responded and said meet at the Venetian at Tao at the rock bar got there at 1150 Now no answer just texted and said it was know to everyone for a month ?? Just booked two days before yet all my voicemail and text were left unanswered We bitched asked for a refund from viator who also tried to contact them and got no response Happen to see the host when leaving the Venetian Hotel at 12 something Was over it Went back to my hotel pool … smh Most convoluted and disorganized Never book with them if you want to actually go on the tour

In those cases, we choose to cancel rather than provide anything less than the quality we promise. And yes, your refund was processed immediately.

The event was canceled within hours due to low attendance, and we were promised a refund. It’s now been 18 days, and no refund has been issued. Extremely disappointed with the lack of follow-through.

Unfortunately, there are some occasions when we do not have enough bookings to deliver the high-quality event we strive for, and in those cases, we make the difficult decision to cancel, and. of course offer FULL refunds. Please rest assured that your reservation was both canceled and refunded immediately on the day of the cancellation. Since your booking was made through Viator (a third-party site), it’s possible that the delay you experienced was due to the time it takes for Viator and your bank to process the transaction. We would be more than happy to provide screenshots and confirmation emails from Viator showing that your refund was issued right away.
