Matei was fantastico!! He was early to the meeting spot (which was not easy to reach for a van) and called me to say he was there and that we could take out time. The ride was very comfortable and plenty of room for 6 adult-sized people plus their luggage. Thanks, Matei!!

Sebastian was great! He was very informative! He felt like he was a friend for years giving us the tour. He weaved great history info into different stops that were very interesting! I would definitely recommend and would want him on my next adventure in Venice!

Our tour guide was extemely organized and was able to wrangle about 50 of us (one in a mobility scooter) through a two stop excursion. She deserves a trophy for even managing that gracefully with the time allotted. We loved Lucca and thought it was the hidden treasure of our visit to Tuscany. She pointed out the highlights on the map on the bus before our arrival which was quite helpful. We followed her on the walking tour and she mostly took us from one point to the next in the order that she explained them on the map. Since she had explained it already we mostly just stopped for a photo and moved on. About halfway through the tour we bailed and struck out on our own which was just as fine. We didnt get a chance to do it, but next time hope to rent bikes to ride along the city walls, the whole area is a park with nice views of the foothills. Pisa tower was about as expected - busy and very, very HOT. Minimal shade to be found in the area. We climbed to the top which I felt was worthwhile as opposed to spending the whole stop taking cheeky photos - a free bathroom visit is also included with your ticket to climb the tower! The view from the top was nice, can see some farm lands and mountains in the distance. The ride back was unfortunately a lowlight - the bus was very hot and stuffy. If the AC worked at all we couldn't tell - we would have been better off with a few open windows.

This experience included a private taxi pickup from Hilton Molina Stuckey Hotel in Venice along with a guide who met us at the train station. The guide helped to navigate us through the train station and made sure we were where we needed to be for boarding.

Perfect way to get to your accommodation without any hassles finding taxis or public transport. Coming off a flight in a foreign country & dealing with luggage You are then met by your driver bearing your name & a smile. So helpful with luggage in & out of the car. Do not begrudge a little higher price than other way, this is so worth it.

The experience was excellent. The driver was kind, patient and very helpful. He was there way before I got to the airport exit and sent me a message with a picture so I knew how to find him. He took most of my family’s luggage and when I struggled with one piece, he took that too. He gave us water for the journey and even had a good attitude when we realized we booked transport to the wrong hotel. He took us to the new one which was further with no issue. If I could use this company for my travel the whole time I’m in Italy, I would.

This was the safest, most comfortable way to get directly from Central Rome to our cruise ship. Eight adults and 17 pieces of luggage fit in the one van, the biggest we ever had in Rome. Emanuele loaded and unloaded the luggage and literally got us within steps of turning in the luggage at the pier. Smooth safe experience, kind and professional service. Great value! This will be my first choice anytime I need to catch a cruise again while staying in Central Rome.

Everything went perfectly, I received instructions and notifications regarding my reservation prior to our arrival date. It was very easy to locate our driver in the arrivals area. The driver was friendly, professional, and gave us a nice introduction to Sicily as we were driven to Palermo.
