** This is the official shared transportation to Cirque Soleil Service** Please make sure that your package indicates in the name "Transfer + Experience" example: "Transfer + Show-Only", those are the packages that include the round trip transportation service. 1. During the booking process, search and select the Hotel or meeting point of your preference. 2.The "Start time" in the confirmation is the schedule of the show NOT the pick up time. 3. To know the exact time and meeting point you must send a message thru the option on your reservation prior to the purchased visit date (12 hours) in order to not lose the transportation service.. Transportation is not private, so you will be sharing the bus with other visitors. **Important note** There may be some locations in Playa del Carmen where transportation cannot access directly. In such cases, we will inform you via email of the nearest meeting point to the selected hotel.

As the show begins, immerse yourself in a captivating show inspired by Mexico's rich history and the monarch butterfly's migratory journey. It follows a rebellious teenage girl who is swept into her grandfather's mystical jungle world. Alongside a quirky group of half-human, half-animal assistants, the eccentric naturalist seeks the meaning of life. Through mesmerizing characters, JOYÀ celebrates life’s beauty and the passing of knowledge across generations for survival.

- **IMPORTANT** At Cirque du Soleil JOYA, All the experiences starts with dinner (duration 1 hour) and then the show starts (1 hour later) the schedule depends on the experience selected.
- Tickets will be printed upon arrival at the theater box office for collection on the day of the performance. You will be required to present your voucher, along with photo ID.
- ID will be requested for alcohol consumption
- Champagne included in food and beverage experiences can be exchanged for red wine, white wine, juice, water or soft drink, directly in the theater with your waiter.
- Casual-formal dress code.
- We have vegan and vegetarian dinner menu options, in case of food restrictions please notify the waiter at the beginning of your dinner.
- The use of flash is not allowed when taking pictures for the safety of the artists and videos no longer than 1 minute.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 8 travelers

This was our third time to see Joya, and our friend's first time. We have enjoyed the performance every time and there have been a couple of new performances in each show. We do the preferred seats with appetizer package. The only caution I would add is not to order the bottled water, which was 20.00 US a bottle.

Very entertaining show--especially for kids. Although the dialogue is mostly in Spanish, some actors say their lines in both Spanish and English. The acrobatics were amazing.

This was an absolutely wonderful show. This was by far the best activity we did in Cancun. They also had the nicest restrooms I have ever been to in Mexico. The acts were incredible.

If you’re not having their meal option, eat before you go as there’s nothing to buy/eat except for popcorn. The show is spectacular with something going on in every corner of the stage of the room.

Did the Show plus travel. The drivers were very professional but the pick up time was too early (5pm) for the show which started at 8pm. Got there way too early for the show and was just hanging around the entire time. The show itself was good.

A wonderful night overall. The pickup was on time and the shuttle was purple and Joya was on the side, so you couldn't miss it. Once you are dropped off, you go to the counter to exchange your voucher and collect your ticket. You can wither take pictures or head over the bridge to the waiting area. Drinks and appetizers are available for purchase at the bar. You are given times at ticket pickup on when to head to the theater. Once you make your way to the theater, you line up according to your ticket: VIP, dinner and show, appetizers and show. If you just bought the seat with no food, you are last to line up and enter. The food was amazing and the presentation and experience was well worth the money. The show was just as good as any other Cirque du Soleil show I've been to, and I enjoyed it very much. I highly recommend it and am so happy I finally got to experience it.

We booked the vip seats with appetizers and the transfers..
We had a great view but the seats are crammed together and up tight against the table. It was dark as well so you really couldn’t see the food.
The appetizers were unique so if you don’t like different I would say skip them. It came with champagne which you can only switch for soda, water or juice. I ordered a margarita which was not great and cost $23. My husband said the champagne wasn’t great either.
The show was mainly in Spanish so we weren’t able to follow it well. Had we known that we may not have gone.
When we were picked up by the shuttle we realized to get to his next stop he passed directly in front of our hotel so on the way back we asked if he could let us out in front of our hotel and it was a hard no.
Hopefully this will help others decide on their choices. I would have chosen different had I known these things.

What an overall spectacular experience at both the venue location and show performance. Truly at the caliber of Las Vegas Cirque and even better! You will not be disappointed. The show is done in both English / Spanish in a wonderful way. The live entertainment - vocals, trumpet, violin, harp, base, drums, keyboard - is superb! We were able to make an entire evening event at the resort location this was held. Our tickets included transportation from LA Isla mall in the Cancun hotel district. Make this a "must" if you are vacationing in Cancun.

The show itself is amazing. The victor ticket place separated us. 4 on one table. 2 at another. This was supposed to be a family outing.
