If your hotel is not listed, means you need to go to a special meeting point, please let us know in which hotel are you gonna stay so a representative of our company can contact you to indicate the meeting point and pick-up time. This service has two different schedules, the first one is for a morning tour and the pick up is at: CANCUN AND PLAYA DEL CARMEN ZONE between 8:00 to 8:30 am, TULUM ZONE between 7:00 to 8:00 am. We will be arriving to the park at 9:30 am. The second is for a noon tour and the pick up is at: CANCUN AND PLAYA DEL CARMEN ZONE between 12:00 to 12:30 Pm, TULUM ZONE between 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. We will be arriving to the park at 1:30 pm. The schedules vary according to the hotel, our representative will indicate the exact pick up time via mail or via text message. For Tulum hotels and airbnbs the special meeting point will be Super Aki Tulum Supermarket at downtown. Please consider transportation times for your pick up and drop off. .

What To Expect

Your day begins with pickup at selected Cancun hotels—transfer by climate-controlled vehicle ensures a comfortable day in any weather. First stop is the jungle: Your day includes a four-zipline experience that will get you soaring through the tropical forest.

Next, climb onto an ATV for an adventurous drive, navigating muddy twists and turns at your own pace. Then it’s time for a laid-back horseback ride (you don’t need any riding experience to join this beginner-friendly tour).

Head to a freshwater cenote swimming hole to cool off before an included Mexican lunch. Your itinerary, which is designed so you can experience some of the Cancun area’s most adventurous experiences in one day, ends with drop-off at hotels in Cancun.

A full day of fun! Zip lining through a beautiful scenery, Horse back riding & the zenote! Well worth it! Staff was friendly, professional & made each adventure fun! Only con I'd mention is the very short time spent at the zenote. I highly recommend booking a separate excursion full of different zenote adventures.

The activities were a lot of fun. Alex was our instructor and and he was very kind. My only complaint is that I booked my excursion that listed a chicken fajita lunch. We did not get that. We got tacos (pick from fish,pork or vegetarian). Chicken fajitas were not an option, there are other options for an extra charge but 2 tacos is what is included in the lunch.

Everything was very good and eventful just a few mishaps - In the booking it tells you they provide transportation but be aware they may not pickup or drop off at your exact location where you're staying so tbh I didn't like that part cause they need to be more specific about that and I also got drop back off at a bus stop at the end of my trip not even at the hotel (I wasn't staying at) I was picked up from. It also tells you they provide lunch...they do but you have to pay for lunch out your own pocket and it was expensive! But other than that, I had a great time! There was tequila tasting we did which wasn't included in our package so that's a plus! And as for the pictures...they were great but also expensive for how many pics I got which wasn't a lot really.

Good Tour, But Misleading Photo Policy and Questionable 16% “Card Tax” Charge

Overall, the tour itself was well organized and everything ran smoothly. The guides were professional, and the experience matched what was described in the itinerary. However, there were two important issues that significantly affected our experience: 📸 No personal photos allowed We were not allowed to take our own photos during the experience. Instead, the company took pictures of us and later offered them for sale at very high prices. This policy felt unnecessarily restrictive and designed to force guests into purchasing overpriced photos. 💳 16% “government tax” on credit card payments At the time of payment, a 16% charge was added if paying by credit card, described as a “government tax.” Charging an additional 16% solely because a customer chooses to pay by card is illegal.

Guides were great, bus driver forgot to drop me off at the horseback portion of the tour. Horseback ride was just a walk around a polo field. I wasn’t fed or given water at the end and didn’t get to see the fire dancers people got to see with their groups. Also ziplines were super short. You’re better off finding a better tour worth your money.

Horse riding, the horses were very well trained and behaved perfectly but it should be stated that this is for the very beginner as you only walk out and back for probably less than 1km covered in total. Cenote, arrive change drop in and leave in wet clothing. Spending less than half hr there in total. Was only because one person on tour told guide we were leaving guest behind that lad was not left in locked enclosure. We only had 7 of us on tour so would be quite easy to do head count. ATV and Zip, fun but over too quickly. Tequila tasting, information and fun. Safety equipment was also used at all events and good practice in place. Personally I think the tour could have been great but we were rushed from pillar to post and expected to keep giving ‘tips’ one guest tipped at atv section and was told he could afford more and tip box pushed back at him

It was ok. Driver wasn't friendly but got the job done. The staff was friendly. The ATV seat wouldn't stay on and just went in long circles. They said the zip lines was up to 280. I'm 250 and they did not have 1 to fit so I had to skip ziplining. The food was not good and they beg for tips throughout the place after the excursions. You cant bring your phone because they want to charge you $90 for pics at the end. Overall, it was an ok experience. Not something I have to do again with that agency.

This is a lovely experience! It was my first time doing everything and it is safe, plus I was able to make friends! My tour guide was Luis and I loved him and his customer service, but everybody was great including my drivers, and the representative who I was texting via WhatsApp. I recommend bringing cash to tip as it helps them a lot, you can purchase the photo package for about $60 USD through card payments as well. The ziplining was my favorite because it was a good breeze since it was about 80° F. Don’t forget sunscreen, bug spray, perhaps a snack, filtered water, TOWEL if you want to get wet (the cenote looked well managed) Oh and maybe anti nauseous pills because the ATV can be a bit bumpy. I am Muslim and I did not feel uncomfortable at any point, long pants and a long shirt actually helped me not get bit by any bugs! Have fun!

Very fun experience! Very much enjoyed being able to ride horses and ATVs and zipline and do cenote swim all in one day! Our guides were knowledgeable and helpful. My only complaints are: 1) the whole thing felt kind of rushed. They were constantly herding us from one activity to the next. It would be nice to not feel rushed. The zipline was only four zips, I wish there were more. 2) the tour package says it includes a “lunch”. This is extremely misleading. You get two tiny tacos included and that is all. I have a small appetite and even I was left hungry. Drinks are extra. Even non alcoholic ones. A water or a soft drink should be included. They expect you to order more food which is insanely overpriced. For example very small basket of fries (approx 2 measuring cups full) was $10 USD. That is ridiculous. I think you should say in the tour description that a “snack” is included not “lunch” and you should warn that all beverages and extra food is at the guest’s cost

We are a couple from San Francisco California, came to Cancun for Christmas vacation. We enjoyed all the activities: horseback riding, ATV, Ziplining, and cenote. We got a lot of time on the horse riding and ATV; not a 10 minutes each like what most tours offer. There were 6 different ziplining, each with higher heights; most tours only offer one. The cenote included a slide and a zipliner about 15’ high for diving. It was my first experience diving that high without knowing how to swim. I wish that there was photography at the cenote to capture that experience.

I truly enjoyed this experience! The staff were very friendly and encouraging throughout the activities. I really enjoyed the atv riding and ziplining. I think it is also a good experience for beginners as the routes were not too difficult. The cenote was magical and they had a shallow section for people who wanted to just relax in the water. The food was actually quite tasty, we had chicken fajitas! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for an adventure experience.

They pick me up from the hotel at the same time they told. Raul was very good guide. The 5$ that i brought to the locker i gave it to him as a tip (the locker was free). We did horses, then cenote, then atv, then zipline. The 2 problems that i had was the lunch - just 2 tacos free. The photos that they took of us cost 55$ (cash) or 59$ (credit card).

I loved everything about this tour! From the transportation down to the fire show. My friends and I had an amazing experience with this tour it’s an absolute must !! We had an amazing time we started with the Atvs, then did 6 ziplines, after that we rode horses and finally finished with lunch! Plus we got the photos and video package so we could save our memories it was a blast the team was very informative and helpful! Oh and transportation was also included they picked us up and dropped us back off at our hotel!

Fantastic experience - so much from. From the Cenote to the Ziplines and everything in between, this is a great adventure for anyone. The tour guides were super friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time. At the Cenote, I lost my Apple watch in the water. Our tout guide threw on a mask and dove until he found my watch. He wasn't asked to - I really thought I had lost it for good. Absolutely shocking and amazing - thank you! Here's a tour group that focuses on making sure you have a great experience. A fun day of fun activities at a great price. The tequila is great, too!
