Great time had by all!!

This was a really great experience. The cost was appropriate for what you received. The staff were great and really knowledgeable and safety was their priority. The snorkeling equipment was provided and all were in excellent condition. After snorkeling you proceeded to the tequila tasting. Very informative. So much so we bought about y bottles. After the tequila we proceeded to the little restaurant did tacos and cocktails. I strongly recommend giving this excursion a shot!! 😊

Worth it

Everything was super fun and worth experience! Jet skis were fun and we rode through bridges and forests. The snorkeling was optional but it was definitely an experience worth trying. Manuel was the best at taking care of us even though some of us couldn’t swim.

If you’re on the fence because of some of the negative reviews, don’t be. We almost let them scare us away, but we’re so glad we took the chance because this ended up being one of the best excursions we’ve ever done and we travel quite a bit. Josh was an incredible guide from start to finish. He made the entire day fun, organized, and memorable. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does and wants everyone in his group to have an amazing experience. The cenotes were absolutely breathtaking. They were crystal clear, incredibly clean, and so much fun to swim and explore. The tequila tasting was quick but delicious, and the pork tacos afterward were fantastic and a perfect way to wrap up the experience. We also added the photo package, and it was definitely worth it. It ended up costing us about $1 per photo, which is an unbelievable value compared to most excursions. The pictures captured the day perfectly. This was honestly one of the best excursions we’ve ever experienced anywhere. Looking back, I can’t help but think some of the negative reviews are from people who simply aren’t happy with anything. Our experience couldn’t have been more different. If you’re visiting Cancún, book this excursion. If you get the chance, ask for Josh as your guide. We’d do this again every single time we come back. It was an unforgettable day and worth every penny.

Highlight of our trip!

Great, private yacht ride and service. Highlight of our family trip. Ansellermo, Gabriel & Samuel are the best and service was exceptional. Don’t want to forget the chef who did a great job with lunch! Loved the jet ski, drone footage and that blue Caribbean sea. Picture perfect. Fantastic team. Felt like royalty!

Great family trip in a nice smaller boat!

This was amazing! We took the optimal shuttle and it was a long packed ride so be ready for it (motion sickness meds). The traffic was bad so booking their shuttle gave peace of mind that they wouldn’t leave without us. The boat had only 16 people total (not 90-100 like the mega tours) and we were able to lay out on the front of the boat the whole trip. At check in please don’t overlook the port fee (which was more than our trip) but we were ready for it. It’s a short ride to where we snorkeled and it was just enough. There were a lot of fish and we even saw a turtle. The small group cut down on constantly being kicked by other people snorkeling like when we went in other larger trips. The equipment was basic but usable. You stay together as a group so it felt safe. Then we went to the southern part of the island where we had our lunch buffet. The food was basic (hot dogs, hamburgers and tacos) and good and there was an open bar. We had just enough time to eat and check out the Ice Bar (bar in a walk-in freezer) before we left for the north beach. While waiting to dock we were able to take a quick swim in the ocean. We had two hours on Isla Mujeres which was enough to either do some shopping or hang out at the beach. The ride back was nice and relaxing. My whole family absolutely loved the trip and would book it again. We initially booked another trip but it had bad reviews and was more of a mega catamaran with 80-100 people so I am gald I canceled and switched.

This experience was fantastic! Our guide was Santiago and he was exceptionally knowledgeable about the area and wildlife. He has even done some recent surveying of the area for his masters! His English was very good. I have never kayaked before but he gave us a quick lesson before entering the water and kept things at a slow and easy pace for us. We made a few stops on our way round to discuss the ecosystem and wildlife. This was so informative and a really nice touch to just experience how still and serene the lagoon was. Santiago took plenty of photos for us and sent them all over at the end. This was including the wildlife, so we could focus on enjoying this activity. We had a brief pause halfway round to have a snack and some water but the whole experience was well paced. We saw plenty of birds and some fish. We were given the option to kayak through the mangroves too which made the experience feel very unique. I would definitely recommend applying insect repellent, even if you are wearing trousers or a long sleeve shirt and we did get bitten a lot, even with longs and insect repellent on. We would definitely recommend this experience.

Crew and booking staff were amazing as always, we charter with them every year. Pancho is my personal favorite of the crew. This year we added the drone pilot selection. I recommend going with the more expensive tier and having the photographer on your boat. Otherwise the videos stop early in your sailing. We didn't know and most of our video is us just sitting around

Great refresher dive!

Our guide went out of his way to find wildlife under rocks with a flashlight. Also a very funny presentation for the basic scuba skills. I've been diving for 40 years but haven't been for a few years so it was a great refresher. Store your stuff at the beginning of the boat trip or use a waterproof sack to keep things dry.

Beautiful Cenotes and Great Guide — Skip the Food Package

My husband and I did the 3-cenotes tour in Mexico and overall had a great time. The cenotes were absolutely beautiful, the water was refreshing, and the whole experience was really fun. Transportation was excellent — they picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel right on time. Our driver, Mauricio, was very kind, the car was clean, had AC, and the ride was smooth. Our guide, Miguel, was fantastic — friendly, helpful, and made the tour enjoyable. The transportation itself was fun, and we also enjoyed the little Mexican show with dancers, which was a nice touch. The only downside was the check-in process and, especially, the all-inclusive food package. Check-in felt a bit overwhelming because everyone seemed to arrive at the same time. During that process, we were strongly encouraged to buy the all-inclusive food package by the person explaining the tour details — who was also selling the package. It was almost the same price as the tour itself, and we were made to feel like we’d be starving because it’s a long tour. In reality, the food package is completely unnecessary. Time flies between cenotes, and you barely have time to eat. We weren’t hungry at the first cenote, and by the second one we realized the package was a waste of money. The food was very basic (chicken nuggets, fries, and small “mini sandwiches”), and honestly not very good. At the third cenote, food wasn’t even offered — only drinks — which made the package even more pointless. At the end, the tour already includes a snack (2 tacos), which is more than enough, and when we tried to order more tacos using the all-inclusive package, we were told it only applied to certain types. My advice: do not get the food package. Bring your own snacks if needed — you really won’t miss it. Despite that, the cenotes themselves, the guide, and the transportation made this a memorable and enjoyable experience. Just skip the food upsell and you’ll have a great time!

We loved this adventure for many reasons: they were very good about communicating what the next stop would be, if we could leave or need to take our belongings with. The cenotes were absolutely beautiful and very different each one. We loved the zip lining and the kayaking and the swimming. 10/10 from Kansas girls!
