**Airport Pickup:** Upon arrival, please collect your baggage and head to the Arrivals Hall. Your driver waits outside of the terminal in the Ground Transportation pick-up area holding a sign displaying an orange Cancun Travel Experience logo. Please present your confirmation or photo ID upon pickup. Your transportation will be ready at exactly 30 minutes after your flight landing time and can wait up to 60 minutes after your flight landing time. Arrivals: If by any chance, you encounter any issues locating your driver please go to any of the following meeting points: - Terminal 2 (Domestic arrivals) at Welcome Bar - Terminal 2 (International arrivals) at Welcome Bar - Terminal 3 at Margaritaville Bar - Terminal 4 at Welcome Bar **Hotel Pickup:** Your exact pickup time will be confirmed a day before your flight departure, your driver will meet you at the lobby of your hotel. Please present your confirmation or photo ID upon pickup. Please be ready and waiting a few minutes before the confirmed pickup time, drivers are only allowed to wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the confirmed pickup time.

  • Departures: Please be ready and waiting at the lobby of your hotel, drivers are only allowed to wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the confirmed pickup time.
  • Please note pickups to/from multiple airport terminals/hotels are not allowed, pickup times are based on traffic/road limitations, any requests for changes will be reviewed and accepetd or rejected on supplier´s sole discretion.
  • Transfer services are not exchangable for any other services/routes.
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 52 travelers

This was awful and a waste of money. We couldn’t even find them at the terminal so we ended up getting a cab to the hotel. So we had to pay for this service and another 1500 pesos for the taxi. Would never use again.

Door to door from Playa del Carmen to Cancun Airport in less than hour (keep in mind, this was 4am when we left). . .so the point is without traffic, it's just under an hour. . .not exactly cheap when taking into account gratuity, but reliable.

Horrible experience

This was a horrible experience and we didn’t even use their service because they were not at the location as promised. We waited an hour and they continue to tell us they would be sending someone they never did ! We actually had to secure another transfer from the airport since we were going to make our ferry reservation. I expect a full refund. And I expect that you stop working with this business.

Its took over an hour after my flights scheduled arrival for them to pick me up. We landed early, i let them know this and I had notified them ahead of time that I did not check luggage. Still had to wait over an hour past scheduled arrival time . Otherwise good

Nobody picked us up

Nobody was there to pick us up at the airport. It’s likely a scam. We had to use a taxi to get to our hotel, having paid for ground transportation on the aviator site.

Hello, We would like to clarify that this was not a scam. Your reservation was made last minute and selected with an incorrect rate. The booking was made as a Cancun roundtrip service, while your hotel was located in Playa del Carmen, which represents a significant rate difference. We attempted to contact you multiple times to request that you correct the reservation through the Viator platform so the proper rate could be applied. Unfortunately, we did not receive any response. Due to the incorrect booking details and the lack of response to resolve the rate discrepancy, the reservation had to be canceled in accordance with platform policies. We always encourage guests to carefully review location and service details before confirming, especially for last-minute bookings, to avoid this type of situation.

I booked round trip airport transportation and was not picked up for my 0930 am flight. I was told to be ready the day of departure in the hotel lobby, and was not picked up. I contacted the company regarding this matter and did not receive an answer. I had to book an uber to make sure I did not miss my flight.

We scheduled a shuttle to the airport and 30 minutes prior to our pick up time. I received an email that said they were not able to fulfill our need & gave me a full refund. Unfortunately I did not see the email until 5 minutes before pick up time which left me scrambling to find a replacement and we almost missed our flight which was non-refundable. I would only use this service if you don't really need a ride. What a joke!
