The highlight of our trip!

This was the highlight of my trip! I went with three friends and we had a blast. The photo package is more than worth it, we got over a hundred high quality photos to remember the experience. All activities are well-spaced out and the staff are excellent at guiding you through each one. The rancheros that joined us for the horses sang wonderful songs, the ATV and zip line courses are each good lengths so you get a good bang for your buck, and the cenote swimming was wonderful. The tequila tasting was the just a tad bit short, we each got to pick two tequilas to try and it would have been nice to try more, but still great. The lunch at the end was delicious and the shuttle service was convenient and easy! Highly recommend to anyone who likes a good adventure, and would probably be great of children of all ages as well.

To be honest, I was hesitant about which activity to choose because my family is a little afraid of new adventures and water activities, but because of the description of this activity, I gave them my trust, and from the moment the reservation was confirmed, they assisted me quickly and kindly explained every question, confirming that it can be an activity even for those who are afraid of the water. I traveled from Tampico to Cancun, excited for this activity, and once arriving there, they kept in communication to receive us, give us directions, and during the activity itself, the staff. At all times they were attentive to ensure that everything was safe, clear, and fun for everyone, always counting on their help and looking out for our well-being. On the other hand, their kindness. The guys who assisted us also added a plus to this activity; they were very cool with us, so if you have doubts about how good this activity is, I hope this comment helps you choose it. Without a doubt, you will not regret it because you will see how beautiful the sea is in Puerto Morelos. I suggest, to make your activity even better. Bring a waterproof camera. That way your memories will be immortalized.

Here’s your paragraph in all lowercase: it was perfect for a nice couple getaway excursion. i would do this again and again. noe was amazing, the best host i had in years. from the music choices to the service, to the saxophone, and the food—10/10 would be disrespectful. i would rate the experience 20/10. we really enjoyed ourselves, and it's definitely worth the money.

Very Nice Camel Ride Experience but Pricey Cost for Pics

I loved the tour and give it 10/10. The crew was nice and accommodating and they spoke great English which was definitely appreciated. The buffet and drinks included were delicious also. Great hospitality everywhere. The photographer took excellent pictures. However, be mindful that the pictures are very expensive. That’s my only complaint. You can’t take your own pics so if you want to capture the moment, you will have to pay the expensive price, which I did. I think they know how badly people will want to have the memories from their trip and that’s the only way to have them. It is very unfair pricing seeing the excursion itself is already pricey. I paid it because it was a different experience that isn’t done everywhere so I ate the cost but I definitely would have felt better had the price not been so expensive. I did read previous reviews that said the pics were expensive so I expected it but I didn’t expect it to be what it actually was. I will state price so the next person can be prepared what is expensive when stated. They charge $50 for 1 image, $250 for 10 images, and $300 for all images and videos. Like I said, it’s great footage and well done with clear, high resolution and professional quality. We had 171 images and 5 videos that we received. I say, only about 10-15 pics we weren’t fans of. I guess $300 is the amount of a professional photoshoot so I guess that’s how they justify the cost.

Morning kayaking the mangrows

Santiago,our guide, is a biology major at university and an environmentalist. Besides knowing all about the mangrows, and mangrow nurseries he knew the hiding places for large birds . He kept a wonderful pace so we could enjoy the beauty around us. He entertained us with wonderful facts about the recent bridge from hotel zona to downtown. Great morning activity.

Great refresher dive!

Our guide went out of his way to find wildlife under rocks with a flashlight. Also a very funny presentation for the basic scuba skills. I've been diving for 40 years but haven't been for a few years so it was a great refresher. Store your stuff at the beginning of the boat trip or use a waterproof sack to keep things dry.
