Our guide Kevin, and our driver Nue were friendly, informative, and timely with our excursion. I booked a 5am staring time (got told pick up was 520am the day before our trip due to pick ups at other hotels), and they were there on the dot. The rest of the trip was very much the same in keeping us on time and making the 10 hours we had as efficient yet fulfilling as possible. We managed to get back to our hotel around 4pm too which was nice. Kevin also made sure our travel time on the bus was filled with extra local information as well which was nice in that we had more time to just explore the places we were brought to. The lunch buffet was fairly limited in options, but filling after two hours in the sun at the pyramid site. Cenote was amazing and the limpia ritual we were surprised with was relaxing. Valladolid was an extremely short trip, but an amazing town with great coffee at Antigua- we wish we could’ve stayed longer but I understand that stopping a large shuttle bus in those narrow streets for hours is not possible. Overall, a fun (but long and tiring- in a good way!) trip. Highly recommend. Shout out to our guide Kevin and driver Nue once again!

Absolutely worth it!

What an amazing time! I booked this completely last minute and am so glad I did! The process to book and choose pickup location was so easy. Our guide was Flaco or ‘Skinny Boy’ and he truly made the experience so fun. The activities offered are so cool and fun and they provided a delicious lunch at the end. Highly recommend!

The tour was smooth and everything was awesome. The only thing I would say is for pick up it would be nice if there was a person who ensure you that someone is on the way for your pick up. Since its really early in the morning you get some automated response. But overall the price and very reasonable and I would use them again.

Wonderful experience! Lucasz was so informative, professional & very impressive with the amount of languages he spoke to our whole group. I love that there is a photographer. Capturing these moments so we can just have fun & not worry about our phones. The snorkeling with turtles was great even if it was a little murky. The cenotè was my favorite. We really loved the...

We really loved the experience!! We didn’t do everything and that was honestly by choice due to our hair but I believe there was a lot of time to do everything. The only issues is that when we lost something ie a water shoe in the water we had to wait for around 3 hrs to get it back and during that time we were expected to walk barefoot which was unsafe and hurt! We loved the food!!!

Great trip!

Super crazy fun!!!! The catamaran was beautiful, and there was plenty of space for everybody. The tour guides were very conscientious about the safety and comfort of every single guest. We learned that we could not snorkel if we were over the age of 60 – it was a law in Mexico. However, they let us sign a waiver, so we could still snorkel. The first stop on the island lasted one hour. The town was messy and chaotic. We rented a golf cart so we could see the island. The highlight was the second stop where we spent the afternoon on a beautiful beach and swimming in a nice pool. Lunch was provided and it was so delicious!

Long day, but super fun!!

Rafa was an awesome tour guide. We had so much fun and loved every bit of the excursion. We were staying at the very northernmost part of the hotel zone, so we were the first ones picked up and the last ones dropped off (12.5 hours from beginning to end). This is just to let other travelers know what to expect for time. There is nothing the tour company could have done to prevent this. Our driver (can’t remember his name 😬) was also our DJ and he did a great job!!

The pickup was smooth, arrival and departure on boats super organized. Itinerary laid out nicely. First time snorkeling and was great. Our crew led by Cesar was amazing!! The drinks were flowing, they just kept coming up to us asking if we want more. Isla Mujeres is just gorgeous, the waters we're crystal clear. Amazing restaurants in island too.

Great variety

This is exactly what you get. We loved it. Definitely recommend. Ppl mentioned it as a money grab. But you can decline any extras without pressure. Sol and Enrique were energetic and full of personality. My group had fun together. My husband is hard to please and he had a blast. 4 hours was the perfect amount of time. It was definitely worth it. We enjoyed everything.

Spectacular show! You will awestruck!

What an overall spectacular experience at both the venue location and show performance. Truly at the caliber of Las Vegas Cirque and even better! You will not be disappointed. The show is done in both English / Spanish in a wonderful way. The live entertainment - vocals, trumpet, violin, harp, base, drums, keyboard - is superb! We were able to make an entire evening event at the resort location this was held. Our tickets included transportation from LA Isla mall in the Cancun hotel district. Make this a "must" if you are vacationing in Cancun.
