I was honestly so skeptical about booking this tour because I had seen such mixed reviews across different websites and social media. My husband and I decided to just go for it, and I’m so glad we did. This tour group was amazing from start to finish. They picked us up from our resort, Riu Ventura, along with other guests from nearby resorts as well. Once you book, they contact you on WhatsApp and send you all the details, including photos of what their vehicles look like, which made us feel a lot more secure and confident that we were getting into the right transportation. The driver also had our names on a list and gave us wristbands right away when we were picked up, which added another layer of comfort and organization. When we arrived, they offered us the option to upgrade to a private tour for $59 per person, which we thought was very reasonable, so we did it. The main difference is that with the larger group, everything moves a lot faster, while with the private option, you really get to take your time and enjoy each part of the excursion. For us, it was absolutely worth it. We did the ATVs, zip lining, the water hole, and the tequila tasting, and every part of it was amazing. The team was incredibly entertaining, patient, and just genuinely warm with everyone. The atmosphere felt fun, welcoming, and full of good energy. We also loved the tequila tasting and ended up buying some tequila to take home. They told us it comes from Jalisco and isn’t available in duty-free, so it made the experience feel even more special. Another great part of the VIP upgrade was that it included unlimited tacos, drinks, snacks, and locker rental during lunch, which made it even more worthwhile. Overall, it was a really great experience, and I’m so happy we did it. I definitely recommend booking with them.

The driver picked us up quick and his sign was visible . Go to the taxi pickup area only it's passed the outside restaurant. There's taxi drivers holding signs and look for your name. It was quick and easy. Taxi was private and he got us to the hotel with no problem. He was very friendly. On the way back, the driver picked us up right on schedule. They will send you a whatsapp message with your scheduled pickup. Everything was smooth. No shady business. Screenshot your viator ticket so that they can scan that each time they pick you up.

Rosendo Ramirez (?) was there to meet us. Someone was available & communicating with me the entire time as we were arriving. Rosendo apologized for speaking very little English and we apologized for speaking very little Spanish! Main thing - he was there waiting for us. He was friendly, drove safely & got us to our hotel with no problems. Highly recommend GoMexTours!
