I had an excellent experience with this airport transfer service from Cancun Airport to my hotel. The driver was on time, professional, and very friendly. The experience with GVC was great. The communication was very good. They communicated through WhatsApp as well as the Viator app. We got clear instruction on what to expect upon arrival at Cancun airport. The driver reached to us when the flight just landed. It took about an hour for our luggage to come out. The driver waited for us and checked on us periodically. The departure pickup time was set 3 hours before departure time plus estimated travel time from hotel to airport. So, it was a little overkill. But it is ok. You don't want to miss your flight. The pickup was smooth too. The driver arrived on time. Since our scheduled pickup time was outside of GVC office hour, we were provided with emergency contact for any assistance we might need. That made us feel very safe and secure. We would recommend this service.

Need to have a back up plan/way to contct provider should you be delayed. We were delayed in immigration for over an hour- our shuttle presumably left without us. I had multiple calls from a Mexico number but was unable to answer- call went dead. There aws no VIATOR sign outside the airport- wish they had tried to contact me via text or What's App We ended up getting fleeced by a taxi. BUT, still a greqat vacation. Have used VIATOR many times- first time there was ever an issue.

Our team made several attempts to reach you through WhatsApp, SMS, phone calls, and Viator messaging, while the driver waited at the designated meeting point outside the terminal, holding a sign with your name. We understand the messages did not reach you and that you were unable to answer the calls.
The driver remained on-site for the full waiting period after your flight’s recorded arrival time. We regret that, despite our efforts to establish contact, we were unable to connect before the waiting period ended. We appreciate your feedback.

You are the best... I've been going to Cancun for over 20 years... I've been left with no ride to airport and had to take a cab last year...

We also made several attempts to contact you by phone and message, including a photo of the driver holding a sign with your name. Unfortunately, we received no response. We continued trying to reach you after your arrival but were still unable to make contact.
We regret that we were unable to connect with you and complete your transfer. We always strive to provide a smooth and reliable experience for our guests.
The fact that our driver called looking for us was amazing. We walked past him and didn't see the sign.

I had a very bad experience with the services. I got to the airport and my private ride wasn’t available. I called customer service and was told that my ride would be 2 hours late. One of the representatives gave me an option to take another cab and I would get a reimbursement when I get to the hotel. When I got to the hotel, I called Viator. To my surprise I was told I can’t get a refund. I would never recommend to use this company. They are so incompetent. Very bad service

We are sorry to hear about what happened at the airport; Unfortunately, it appears that you were approached and misled by third parties at the airport. Our company does not have staff or a team inside the airport terminals. Our transportation service waits at the designated pickup area with a sign displaying the passenger’s name. Our driver was present at the designated pickup location and waiting for you as instructed. Viator reviewed the situation and did not approve a refund because the service was available and our driver was present, but you chose to leave the airport with a third-party provider.
We sent you messages through Viator as well as through the contact information you provided when making your reservation, but we did not receive a response from you.
We always strongly recommend carefully reading the pickup instructions provided at the time of booking. They clearly explain exactly where our transportation will be waiting. If someone approaches you claiming to represent our company but does not have our company logo or your name displayed on a sign, please do not follow them and contact us in our official channels. Unfortunately, there are individuals at the airport who misrepresent transportation companies in order to sell their own services.
We understand how frustrating this situation must have been, and we sincerely regret that you were misled. Our goal is always to provide the service that was reserved and to make the pickup process as clear and safe as possible.
We had an amazing experience with Alfredo from Go visit Cancun. We had issues with our luggage which created a very long delay, but he went overboard to be accommodating.
You won’t regret using this service and hopefully you will get Alfredo !!!

This was literally the nicest airport transportation we’ve ever taken. The van was clean, well equipped, had both car seats we requested in the sizes needed for our little ones, the driver was so kind and helpful and patient! This is a 10/10 would definitely recommend to absolutely anyone needing safe, clean, quick transportation in Cancun!

Our round-trip airport transfer experience was absolutely incredible, and I would definitely use this company again.
Our arrival started off stressful because my husband’s baggage didn’t arrive. Being in Mexico for the first time, we were trying to navigate the airport and figure out who could help us resolve the situation. What impressed us most was that our private transfer driver waited for us for over an hour while we dealt with everything. He was incredibly patient, kind, caring, and understanding. We never felt rushed or like we were an inconvenience. That alone showed us how much this company truly cares about its customers and is willing to go above and beyond.
Once we finally left the airport, everything was comfortable and professional. The vehicle was very clean, well maintained, spacious, and air-conditioned, which was so appreciated after a long and stressful arrival.
Our return transfer to the airport was just as smooth. Everything was on time and organized, and we were dropped off exactly where we needed to be. We even had assistance with our bags getting into the airport, which made the entire process so much easier.
From beginning to end, the service was professional, reliable, and genuinely caring. The fact that our driver waited so patiently for our family during such a stressful situation meant more to us than they probably realize.
