I had an excellent experience with this airport transfer service from Cancun Airport to my hotel. The driver was on time, professional, and very friendly. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the ride was smooth. After a long flight, this service made getting to my hotel stress-free. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

Carlos was great, but unfortunately we were dropped off at the wrong resort. He dropped us off at Waves, while we were actually staying at JOIA Paraíso. Both resorts are on the same property and are only about a two-minute golf cart ride apart.
After realizing the mistake, we called twice and also sent a message through the Viator app, but no one responded to the last text. Since we had paid for round-trip transportation, we requested a partial refund because they would not be providing the return trip. Our request was denied.
We tried to explain that our resort was on the same property and only a couple of minutes away from where they had dropped us off. Instead of helping resolve what seemed like a simple misunderstanding, we were told we would have to pay an additional fee to be picked up from our actual resort.
Carlos himself was friendly and professional, so this may have been a communication issue rather than his fault. However, the lack of customer service and refusal to honor the round-trip transportation we paid for left us very disappointed.

Driver was there waiting for us right outside baggage claim and the sign was clear.

They contacted me on Whatspp the day before with instructions on how to find them. The morning of, they provided a photo of their location. By the time I got off my plane, Alfredo introduced himself and advised he was there and once we found him. He was super pleasant and the van was was super clean. He provided water/soda and played music to get our vacation started. Thanks Alfredo! You were AMAZING!

Great communication before both retrievals - no guessing involved. Drivers arrived on time with a smile:) Loaded our suitcases and provided ice-cold waters. Van very clean and in good shape. Drivers were safe and got us to destination and back to airport within agreed upon time-frame. Definitely would use this service again.

First let me the say the communication from GVC was impeccable. They informed and reminded me of the pick-up/drop off every step of the way. My host Alfredo Quintones. Is the best in the business. He was detailed and gave me info on all my needs. My ride fully equipped with ice cold water and real Coca-Cola, and the A/c almost made me go to sleep on the ride. He also gave me his contact info if I had any questions thru-out my trip. This was exceptional. I highly recommend for ease of travel, and the level of professionalism they provided. 5⭐️ service for sure

Excellent, Julio was so accommodating for our group ( 3kids and 3 adults and enough luggage to weigh the van down) . Dropped is right where we could catch the ferry to cozumel. Safe driver and very nice to all. Even answered all tje kids questions!

Paid for Suburban or Escalade got van both ways. I paid 240.00 us dollars to get private Suburban or Escalade. I verified three times with Viator representative our purchase. When we arrived in Cancun our driver was nice. I told driver that we booked a Escalade or similar. Very dissatisfied!

The pickup was a bit complicated in the beginning trying to find our driver at the airport in the midst of all the people however I just texted via Whatsapp and connected shortly afterwards. The round trip transportation was perfect for the family and included a booster seat for our grandson. The van was comfortable and dropped us at the door of our hotel and pick up was very smooth.

This was our first trip to Mexico so we wanted a private car/van to take us to and from our resort in the Riviera Maya to avoid having to hail a taxi or use ride sharing. We booked a week before the trip and I received a message on WhatsApp from Go Visit Cancun on the same day confirming the pickup from CUN. They also inform you that there are vendors when you exit the terminal and to avoid asking for help to find your ride as the driver will be uniformed. Our flight arrived later than expected, so after walking out of Terminal 4 we had some trouble locating the driver. I had to make a call the company, and after a few minutes the driver called to say he had parked and was waiting for us. If you are flying into Terminal 4 at CUN, I would recommend to ask the driver to park in a spot and you will meet them, or have the driver stand by the D column, which is out of the way of most of the vendors. That was truly the only issue for the entire trip, so I am pleased to say the experience after that was seamless. One day before our return trip, we received another message to confirm the pickup from the lobby of our resort, and on the day of, a uniformed driver picked us up about 3 hours prior to our flight. For both trips, the vans were new, clean, and air conditioned. There was bottled water in a cooler that was offered to us, and the drivers were excellent. I would highly recommend this transport service if you are like us or traveling with friends and family, the van is big enough to accommodate larger groups up to maybe 14. Excellent experience!

I'm so happy I booked this transportation service. The communication is fantastic, we booked for round trip collection from Cancun Airport to Playa Del Carmen. Our return trip was a very early (4am) start and despite thr office being closed at that time is till had a courtesy text an hour prior. The drivers are attentive and the vans a new, clean and safe.

The pick up from the airport was the most difficult. Once we found our driver about an hour after arriving it was smooth sailing. Pickup from the hotel from airport was nice and simple.
