Best tour ever!!!

Our tour guides, Perfecto, and Estrella were amazing. This tour was VIP the whole time one of the best tours I took in Mexico, actually one of the best tours I took in my entire life. They went out of their way to make sure that everyone, including me, was happy, and the amount of extra goodies you get when you upgrade was totally worth it.

Excellent Excursion

We were picked up in Cancun so we knew it would be a long drive. The van was air-conditioned and comfortable. Jose is a great driver. Rudolph is a great guide. He was very informative about the turtles and the Cenotes. We were able to see several turtles. The photographer took excellent photos. The photos were not expensive. My only issue was that we did not receive the turtle video, but it did not distract from the excellent tour. Thanks guys for a great time!

So amazing and unique!

It was such a unique experience. You will be swimming in the river even though they provide everything, it’s easier if you have a bathing suit. You will not be able to take photos with your own camera. Marco was an excellent photographer. Everything to buy at the gift shop and the photo package was in US dollars. Jenn was an excellent guide. She was very knowledgeable about everything and answered all our questions. I also included going to Tulum which was so nice. Bring some comfortable shoes and a reusable water bottle. It is a full day outing.

A thrilling experience!

It was a full day of activity. I really enjoyed the water exploration. Our tour guide AK was very knowledgeable and friendly. You can tell he respects and cherishes these areas and animals, which is appreciated. If you pick the morning tour, you may not be able to eat before hand so bring snacks since you are swimming a min of 2 hours before lunch and you don't eat until almost 1pm. Lunch was great and relaxation on the beach was cool but unnecessary given most everyone are staying at a beach resort. The travel to get there was very tiresome, long and bumpy! But it's a must see!

We were only in Mexico...

We were only in Mexico for a few days, staying in Playa del Carmen, and this tour was a great way to experience the history and culture of the area in a limited amount of time. We especially enjoyed the Tulum archaeological site and the cenote. Our guide, Esteffany, was really wonderful and kind (and funny!) and the driver Orlando was great too. My partner and I didn't participate in the snorkeling activity, but we enjoyed just sitting by the lagoon and watching some of the fish while the group did that. I'd definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen or Cancun.

Enjoyable and great learning experience

Thoroughly enjoyed this tour! Our guide, Sergio as well as the coordinator Orlando and the driver were excellent, professional and polite. Sergio’s information regarding each stop was stellar. He did a great job as a tour guide through Chichen Itza. Thanks to all 3 for making this all day tour ( 12 hours) totally enjoyable and a great learning experience.

Worth it!

Prepare to swim! Tons to see and do. Need the whole day for it. Food is great and its worth getting wet and seeing all kinds of fish and wildlife. Slides are fun and I recommend getting the photo package. Tons for it and you get photos you dont want to miss. 2nd time going for just how awesome it is!

A great day all around!

What a wonderful day spent learning about Mayan history, with an amazing guide and a great driver! Kevin was wonderful in teaching our group about the history of Chichen Itza, and more than happy to answer any and all questions we had. He made it easy to understand and great fun to learn about! Our stop afterwards was perfect with a shop to choose handcrafted souvenirs and lunch inluded. Our whole family was very happy to check this of our bucket list with such a great guide and driver. Amazing tour but the bus ride is a one star

The tour is a FULL DAY tour. Leave around 8:00 am and don’t come back until 10:00 pm. The tour itself was enjoyable but it could have been condensed for us….it was 2:00 pm and we visited the cinote and were just starting lunch (5 hours in). The sites were wonderful and the tour guides were very informative. Five stars for the team!!! I do have to give THE TOUR BUS a one star though. Very uncomfortable ride for the journey. If the person in front of you puts their chair back, you literally have two inches of room. There’s a cup holder on the left that grinds into your left thighs and a seat lever on the right side that grinds into your right side. Overall, the bus was terrible for a 2.5-3.0 one way journey. If you have bad knees, I’d suggest taking a smaller tour with better space inside the vehicle. lol. Sound like a silly complaint but it’s a long journey to have the guy in front of you with his seat tilted back in your lap, a cup holder grinding your left thighs and a seat lever grinding your right side.

Great excursion! I would...

Great excursion! I would say do it with 2 or more people but, it was still great solo. Food wasn’t that great but was decent. Tequila tasting was fun and probably the best part along with the cenote. Definitely recommend upgrading to the highest package. Luis was a great tour guide. Definitely will be doing it again with a group!

Good time

Great company. Buses were clean, comfortable and had AC. Susana was the best. She knew how to keep your attention and added a mixture of humor that we really appreciated. She spoke English and Spanish and did a good job relaying information. Cenote was my favorite part of the excursion since it was my second time visiting the Ruins. I do not swim so I was very happy to be provided with a life jacket. It gave me courage and I was able yo enjoy the water with my friends. I highly recommend this excursion. Only issue I had was the length of time it took. We left our resort at 8am and did not return until almost 8pm. We even considered catching a taxi from Playa del Carmen to our resort because we were exhausted and ready to go back after the leaving the Cenote. After finding out the price of a taxi we ended up staying lol. We shopped, got ice cream and attended happy hour at one of the bars. It turned out to be a nice experience once we made the best of it. Overall I would give this excursion a 9.

Highly recommend with some tips

Absolutely amazing team of people working on the boat, Rodrigo was absolutely hilarious!! The activities and intent of the trip are perfect for a full day adventure. My family and I felt safe and well taken care of the whole time. The only things I wish I knew were: 1) bring towels. 2) the $20 dock fee is per person 3)Expect and plan for a long stay at the lunch/beach portion. We ended up there for about 3 hours. The inclusive portion of the lunch is on for about an hour than we were on our own for the rest of the time. The price of alcoholic drinks to purchase was outrageous ($40 for 2 drinks) and since we weren’t ’renting’ cabanas or doing anything for the beach club we were at they ignored us, did not provide water or any type of service. Also their swimming area left alot to be desired. If the company reduced the time at the beach area or the beach club was more tourist friendly it would have been great. That aside the overall experience was amazing, I would recommend this company to all of my friends and family!!
