After an included transfer to a Cancun dock, your tour begins aboard a 100-foot (30-meter) catamaran tour boat with plenty of room to lounge. A scenic cruise takes you to the first stop of the day, where you can use provided snorkeling equipment to explore vibrant marine life at El Meco reef.
As the boat trip continues, enjoy unlimited access to drinks from the open bar while cruising toward scenic Playa Norte (North Beach) for another swim. From there, the day is fully customizable—you only pay for the experiences you care about most.
One optional upgrade is a buffet lunch at an Isla Mujeres beach club, where you’ll enjoy access to a clean and safe stretch of waterfront. Optional tours of the island’s historic center are great for shopping and sightseeing. After a scenic return cruise to Cancun, the tour ends with return transfer to your hotel.

It was awesome, I enjoyed the food and the place had a beautiful Isla Mujeres sign and hammocks on the beach. The North Beach and the town were also nice. Everyone on the team was very friendly, but the DJ/host was even better, great music. I had an amazing birthday.

The tour was good but we had confusion about meeting point. Lokal tour operator accepted to pick us up at our hotel, other then we have chosed at the beginning of the reservation. Later they canseled, Viator operator said if you have agreed with tour operator they will be in your hotel in agreed time, all in accordance with your needs itc. We were almost late because in last 5 minutes I send message to the operator to check our transportation and then found out that we must be in front of first hotel we have changed.. Any way, I supose that there are many operators in Viator but please next time try to read all messages with your client and lokal tour operator as well.

The water was a little rough for snorkeling so we had to constantly swim. The beach was beautiful, however be aware if you want a lounge chair and umbrella you have to pay for them. Overall we had a good time. Just spent more $$ then we thought we’d have to on the island.

honestly this was probably the worst boat day i’ve ever been on. I’ve been on a lot of catamarans and none were like this. The driver also dropped us off 30 min after boarding and they just put us on a random boat, the boat we were supposed to go on had already left. I emailed the agency asking for some type of refund and received no response, but they were very quick to respond to my other emails. really a 0/10

The service, music and drinks on the boat was good.
The boat was packed with must have been 100 people. I would suggest paying the extra money to take a tour on a smaller boat.
The snorkelling was awful, you could not leave the group, so you were either getting kicked in the head or told to hurry up by the guide. It was not a relaxing experience.
The buffet was great and the island in itself is awesome. Recommend grabbing a golf cart (we paid 1500 pesos for two hours) and getting to the other side of the island where you can find quiet places to explore.

I loved this tour. The lunch food at the restaurant was just okay. I couldn’t eat it but my mom did. The guys on the catamaran were amazing. The host was funny and it was an awesome time for all of us

It was not good I wanted to snorkel cause I’ve never done it before the instructor on the boat explain everything in Spanish an when I said to him that I dnt speak Spanish why didn’t you explain it in English he look at my with this dumb look an handed me a life vest again this is my first time an you need to explain instruction in English an Spanish he said I can go now I guess it was a watch barrier but I remember checking the box asking for things to be explained in English so I’m trying to reach out to the company now to get a refund because I did not snorkel at all I did enjoy the beach and the food was delicious at the beach and the drinks were OK but my main thing was to snorkel and I didn’t get to do that and I was very disappointed about that

Our driver picked us up at our hotel within a few minutes of scheduled time. We had a larger group so there was only one other stop before we went to the dock. The line was long at the dock but moved quick. Yes, there were a lot of people on the boat but it in no way seemed over crowded or unsafe. The crew was great. Water was too choppy for my to snorkel and there were crowds. Food at the buffet wasn’t terrible like some reviews said. We had plenty of time to eat and spend time shopping in the town and down time at the beach. Beach in Isla Mujeres was beautiful. I would recommend.

It was an awesome day cruise. The people are very, very organized, safety, conscious, and extremely nice! The snorkeling was great! The beach time and time on your own was the perfect length before you go back to the boat and back to the home port. I highly recommend this catamaran cruise for anybody that's looking for an excursion on the water and having a great time with a lot of other people from other countries also looking for having a good time. It's a must do!

The activity was cancelled for weather (it was 24 degrees, sunny except 30 minutes of very light rain 4h before the scheduled time and little wind). Getting a refund has been harder then anticipated, I will have to wait to get home to call directly.

Pick up and drop off was perfect. The weather didn’t permit us to snorkel, too windy with choppy waves. The lunch is is horrible food, it’s really gross. The boat ride is fun and interactive. Big on the party with heavy drinking if you wish to partake, fun if you are into that or being around it. The island is gorgeous, I recommend going to the other side and walk the boardwalk it’s quiet and less hectic than the main area.

They upsell the luxury package which includes quiet time and less people in boat, but in all reality, they packed the boat and blaring loud music all over the place. All the drinks are water down, no corona no snacks like premise no snorkeling.

I waited over 30 minutes past the scheduled pickup time in the lobby. When no one arrived, I returned to my room, and that’s when I finally received a call. By the time I made it back to the lobby, the driver had already left. This was very frustrating and unprofessional, and I would appreciate this being addressed.

- picked us up 30 minutes later than the time that was set, did not give information on the car previously even though i requested
- a bit messy, they didn’t explain things properly. tried to sell the “premium experience” but we already knew that from the comments so we refused and it was fine
- the boat was nice and the crew was friendly, i argue it was the best part of the tour, just sitting in the boat and watching the caribbean sea
- however, they said they would charge for piña colada? not sure why, but not all drinks were included
- snorkeling felt a bit underwhelming, we only got to see a bit of fish
- docked for lunch, food was solid but the place in itself was not that pretty
- the final part: the beach, so disappointing, the access to said “beach club” to get the drinks actually did not give you access to the beach, it was more like a small shop near the dock space, so if you wanted to enjoy the beach you need to bring your own stuff or pay for some beach club.
overall, it was just okay, i wouldn’t go again and would probably look into cozumel since we stayed in PDC and the view was much prettier when we were here than when we went in the tour, ironically

It was a good experience; however, it felt very short. Snorkeling took us only 20 minutes, and the team didn't allow us to use biodegradable sunscreen even though the instructions said we could do it. Long check-in process. Good, but there is room for improvement.

On the way back from isla Mujeres most of the crew were visibly drunk. It was a bout 30 people on that boat and for the crew to be piloting it on that condition seems very dangerous and irresponsible.
I had my kids with me and I did not feel save with that crew!!

We got to see some nice fish, but challenging to swim to the reef and it was very crowded. Worst part of the experience was the extremely loud music on the boat. Many people requested the volume be reduced but the crew refused. Songs were also inappropriate for children.
