My wife and I took the tour and it was just wonderful. The catamaran was awesome and the crew totally kind and cheerful. Food was delicious and Playa Norte simply gorgeous. I will definitely do it again on my next trip to Cancun.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! The crew members provided outstanding service throughout the entire trip. They were friendly, attentive, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They made everyone feel welcome and ensured that all guests were comfortable and having a great time.
The catamaran ride was beautiful, the snorkeling was fun, the beach club was great, and the food and drinks exceeded our expectations. The entire excursion was well organized, relaxing, and enjoyable for both adults and kids.
A special thank you to the crew for their excellent hospitality and positive energy—they truly made this experience unforgettable. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Cancún and Isla Mujeres, and we would happily do it again!

We liked walking around the island looking and eating some fresh coconuts and ice cream, the water is clear

We really had a great time. A bottle of water was provided. There was no selling pressure in the shops where he was taking us. Yeury took pictures for everyone, explain things in great detail. I would give him hundred out of five if I could. I strongly recommend this tour. If you are sitting in the fence, just book it.

The snorkeling was more like a 500-1000yard swim! Dropped off and then picked up at another point! Not a casual float and exploring of the area not recommended for average swimmers. Recommended tour guides double charged for services and had to cancel cards from banks.. pay in cash. Boat service was excellent.

Very crowed boat and cattle like feeling, especially while snorkeling and on the boat. A lot of things just didn’t go right and the crew tried their best to manage it, but ultimately a lot wasted time and sitting in the sun

Extremely disappointed. Life jacket not provided, just a floating equipment around the waist. Clear instructions on gow to use the snorkeling equipment wasn't given. It was our first time and had a very bad experience.
Mentioned to the team that I don't know swimming and it's my first time, the guy just shrugged us off saying " Ohh yeah.. you should have listen to the he instructions."
No where on the tour advertisement does it say that you should know swimming to do this activity.
For the amount of money charged, it was a very unsatisfactory experience. I would really like my money refunded.

We traveled with our two 18yo's and had a great time on this excursion! Dancing, music, drinks on the boat and some amazing relaxation time while on Isla Mujeres. Snorkleing along the way was so much fun!

It was amazing trip that we had , we both enjoy the wonderful tour experience that they provide to us. The staff is so much amazing and wonderful 🙌 definitely I recommend it to everyone 🙌

Everything was great except the food and ice bar area. Th boat was spacious, crew was amazing! Made sure everyone on board had a blast. Isla mujeras is exceptional a must see the beach is perfect fine sand and calm warm water. This would be a 100% yes if the lunch meal and place were better. Snorkeling also very nice. Lots of fish to see.

We had an amazing trip! Very well
Organized, the hotel pick up and transfer was smooth. The catamaran crew was friendly, fun and made sure everyone had a drink in their hand! We skipped the snorkeling but everyone seemed to have a great time. We got plenty of time to enjoy Isla Majures, the beach, the lunch, and the town was absolutely beautiful, we had 4 hours to enjoy free time on the island, we spent 3.5 hours of it in the ocean, with crystal clear water and white sand beach. Would have preferred to have the hotel pick up and reef tax included in the tour fee, instead of having to pay cash at the marina, but they did let us know ahead of time so we were prepared. They don’t let you wear sunscreen (even reef safe) before snorkeling, but be sure to reapply after snorkeling like crazy, it’s a long sun in full sun (we definitely got burnt). Overall great experience, would recommend.

The $20 dollar tax per person was after we paid Viator for the trip. This was unexpected. The day went well and I saw a new way to pour beer!
Ashlee_M, May 2026
Make sure to take a golf cart once you get on the island. The water is beautiful and the staff made sure we had fun.
Edward_B, May 2026
The boat ride was great and so was the crew. Snorkeling was dope but don’t if you don’t have the wind! The current was moving and you had to move to keep up. Rescue boats had your back if you got tired but try to enjoy the water!
The island was good and so was the food! You got good time on the island to do stuff and take small bills to buy stuff!
Open bar was the best and they would even bring it to you! The music on the boat was dope and we danced the ENTIRE trip. Sit, drink, tan, sing or play on your phone - You had endless options during the boat ride time.
Lastly, safety was never a concern when I was on the boat! The crew was on point and they even got in the water with us to guide us!
Will do it again.

They are thieves do not book with them. Upon my arrival I paid $400 pesos for valet parking with Yoni when we returned the car was used while we were on tour and was returned with 80+km more. During our tour we had to remove our shoes to board the “VIP Catamaran Free” which we upgraded to when we arrive to our first stop in isla mujeres my husband decided to put on his water shoes and asked the captain and staff if it was safe to leave his Nike retro shoes behind in a plastic bin they had for shoes they said “YES” when we returned to the catamaran after eating at the first stop we noticed the shoes were not in the bin so we asked and no one knew. Our guide was trying to be helpful by sending messages to the company which no one responded. Our tour guide Jose/Manti advised we speak to the person in charge by the name of ROXANA the worst customer service ever, I approached her and let her know that the shoes were taken by her staff she did not help and just walked away. I walked back after her to the boarding dock and asked her again how can I resolve the issue of her staff stealing shoes she said to call the company I called the company numerous times and never got an answer. I also messaged the tour guide and no response. They are very unprofessional and thieves.

Really nice experience. The places are very beautiful, the boat was nice, the food was good. Recommend.
Crystal_C, May 2026
100000/10! Transportation was quick and easy, tour company was extremely communicative. There were like 6 tours leaving around the same time so the dock was extremely crowded but that’s to be expected. The water was pretty rough when snorkeling. Playa Norte was great! Really enjoyed the shops although it definitely took some haggling for a decent price (but that’s fun for me). The guys in the shop where the bathroom is were really pushy to buy, but in a fun way. That may not be for everyone. But they kept the tequila “tasting” going the entire 3 hours we were there. Felt more like a tequila open bar 🤣

The catamaran and Isles Mujeres were both great. However, the shuttle ride was awful. Just awful. The shuttle made stops at four other resorts…took us 2 1/2 hours to get home. It was terrible service in my opinion.

Great day would recommend! The snorkling was very fun and the island was beautiful!!! A good amount of time to explore on your own too. Didn’t try the buffet but it was easy access. Only complaint is there was little explaining in English on the boat, as it said it was bilingual.
BettyJo_H, May 2026
Snorkling is brief. Start looking for fish right away! They are there. Waling the beach to the north point is very nice. Beach is gorgepus! Fun on the boat on the way home too.
Leanna_G, Apr 2026
This catamaran experience left much to be desired. The check-in process takes about 40 minutes and is additional money for taxes. The boat was completely full with minimal room to lounge, the snorkeling was great but happens as soon as you’re on the boat about 15 mins into the trip. We stopped at a buffet restaurant which we did not like and had 2 hours on Isla. We can’t attest to the return trip as we opted to stay on the island and catch the ferry back the following day. This was our second catamaran experience in Cancun with two separate companies and this one I would not recommend.

Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had aside from the staff on the boat. The staff were very friendly and fun on board which is the only reason I gave 2 stars. However, when you get to the island, the food at the buffet was similar to prison food. They cut up hot dogs and put them in a taco as the “beef” option. The rice was either soggy or stale. Everything tasted horrible. Then, all the activities are expensive and just to rent a chair to sit or lay down it’s 300+ pesos. 4 hours was too long on the island there’s not much to do. We tried to go back to the buffet to sit down and were kicked out by the server because they had a “new group coming”. There were over 20 tables still open and yet they ABSOLUTELY needed our table??? What is this?? We paid over $100 dollars for this and they treat us this way, very classless. Awful service and TERRIBLE experience. Wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy.

Great experience & vibes!
The staff were all very great & they made sure we had a wonderful time going and coming back.

Our 2nd time on this excursion. We enjoyed it very much. The driver provided got us there and back. The boat crew was awesome. Very friendly. Really catered to you. From the drinks, snacks, and the snorkeling. Gave us a remarkable experience.
Barbara_A, Apr 2026
It was a fun day. I think more information would have made it less confusing at check-in. There are many boats leaving at the same time, from the same place. The boat ride was great, lunch was great, the drinks were plentiful and the accommodations were fine. There were too many snorkelers IMHO, as we got mixed together with snorkelers from other boats. That was confusing too, but it all ended well. The time on the island was nice too.
Jelena_M, Apr 2026
The tour was good but we had confusion about meeting point. Lokal tour operator accepted to pick us up at our hotel, other then we have chosed at the beginning of the reservation. Later they canseled, Viator operator said if you have agreed with tour operator they will be in your hotel in agreed time, all in accordance with your needs itc. We were almost late because in last 5 minutes I send message to the operator to check our transportation and then found out that we must be in front of first hotel we have changed.. Any way, I supose that there are many operators in Viator but please next time try to read all messages with your client and lokal tour operator as well.

Very fun excursion! On board crew were the best! Kept the party live!!! Food at buffet was OK. Def will book again
Ivan_S, Apr 2026
They put children on buzz trip
There were no snorkeling due to wind
They dumped everyone on the island on north side and said the best beach is south beach!?!?
Host was speaking Spanish mostly,
The time on boat was not bad
Island was overcrowded
Cavecia_G, Apr 2026
We had a BLAST!! Sea passion 2 crew thank you so much for making my birthday a special day!!! You guys ROCK!
Kim_B, Mar 2026
The water was a little rough for snorkeling so we had to constantly swim. The beach was beautiful, however be aware if you want a lounge chair and umbrella you have to pay for them. Overall we had a good time. Just spent more $$ then we thought we’d have to on the island.
yuliana_c, Mar 2026
Sooo fun! Book right now! The crew was amazing and the water was beautiful! The best food from our trip was on the island!!!
