The bus was in good condition and the timings were well maintained. However, please don’t miss Cave of the Winds if you are looking for the complete Niagara Falls experience. Our tour guide in Niagara Falls could have also communicated the timings for the fireworks better, as we almost missed the whole thing due to incorrect timings shared by him. Overall, I would still recommend this tour for the experience.

Our guide, Kevin, was so knowledgeable and interesting. Seeing both the US and Canadian sides of the falls was well worth the time. The bus was clean and comfortable. He explained the customs process well, so there were no questions. He checked in on all of us frequently. We even had an extra stop for some further history of the falls.
