Wonderful 2 hour walking tour

Wonderful tour. We had an excellent guide( Esther?). She was informative, friendly, humorous. She gave just enough historical information as to not be overwhelming.She also gave good recommendations for places to see and food to eat. We followed a couple of her recommendations and weren’t disappointed.She was concise. It was good that the tour was only 2 hours… not too fatiguing. This is a “ free” tour. You give what you want as payment at the end of the tour.

Worth it

Great way to see a different view of Budapest especially at night. Boarding was quick even with the long queue. Get to the front of the queue if you want to get a seat on the open top floor. Ours was booked for 7pm and arrived at 6:40pm and the queue was long. However we felt it was definitely a must when visiting.

Excellent trip, perfect duration, nice boat, great staff and the food and wine were really good. Live music onboard was subtle and really enjoyable. Views from the boat were spectacular at night and overall, a great evening and really enjoyable. A higher end trip, but very good value.

Budapest with Dora… the explorer!

We had a great experience on the Budapest City Sightseeing Half-Day Tour with our guide, Dora. She provided a lot of interesting and useful information about Budapest and the various sights we visited. Dora was knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job explaining the history and significance of the places we saw. When we first realized that we would be on the tour with German-speaking guests, I was a little disappointed because I had expected the tour to be entirely in English. However, it actually turned out to be a positive experience. While Dora was speaking in German, it gave me a chance to take pictures of the sights she had just explained to us without feeling like I was missing anything. Overall, we really enjoyed the tour and felt that Dora did an excellent job. It was a great way to see and learn about Budapest in a relatively short amount of time. We would definitely recommend this tour and Dora as a guide.

Nice clean boat ride, fit for kids

We were with 2 small kids and chose to go on the last cruise before sunset The boat was fairly empty and we very much enjoyed the ride We were offered several options of drinks with some kind of extra lemonade drink at the end. Each seat is equipped with a headset and a way to select a language for an audio guide of the areas we passed. The boat was particularly clean and spacious compared to others we saw. We were able to bring a stroller on with no issue. The waiting area was nice as well with bathrooms in addition to those on the boat.
