Ester was a great tour guide. She was funny and knowledgeable. This is a great tour when the weather isn’t ideal. The air conditioned bus made it easy to endure the 100 degree heat.

Be abit early to the tour, it leaves on time. Don't worry if you're some distance from the starting point, Budapest's streets are easy to navigate and you can be anywhere within 15-20minutes walking, metro or rail. Recommend getting the GoBudapest app for travel, they offer 24hr, 72hr, etc access to the system - it also helps plan routes to get there (like Google) and you are paid up already! Our tour took us to the Buda Castle complex during peak time, gave us much history, tourist kitch and the time to take in the sites, grab food, drinks and then move through the beautiful neighborhoods to our next stop at Hero Square and finally to Parliament. Overall the tour was informative, timely and well prepared - recommend if you'd like to let someone keep you from lounging your day away in beautiful Budapest. On our visit, The Parliament tour ended about 15 minutes after the official time, but still gave us time to hit Sky Note Bar for lunch (reservations recommended) & drinks next to St Stephens Basillica. Great intro to the Jewel of the Danube!

Excellent trip - guided Tour round Vienna. Our Guide was excellent, lots of local knowledge and great insight into the history of Vienna. Covered some of the sites that would have been good to revisit for a longer time if l had more time in Vienna but what we got time wise was excellent and finished with the Parliament. I would absolutely recommend a visit here - it’s outstanding. Overall excellent trip.

A very nice, comprehensive tour. I actually didn’t realize it was primarily conducted via tour bus, which was a very nice surprise! Google maps had me going all over the map, 🙄 pun intended, so even though I left in plenty of time, I ended up arriving at the “meeting place” (departure point), at the 11th hour! In fact, I just “attached” myself to what looked like a small group of “stragglers”, as they were walking away. Luckily for me, it was the correct group after finally confirming at the bus door! Phew! 😮💨 I can’t say for certain, as I arrived at the “zero hour”, but the signage and presence of the tour and guides themselves, was very limited at the departure point (i.e. no signage, flags, umbrellas, tour guides in bright yellow vests, etc.) In any case, as mentioned, the tour was very comfortable, albeit a bit “rushed” of a feeling. Budapest is a popular tourist destination and the time on POI is limited due to parking giant, air conditioned tourist buses! 😎 The guides did a great job however, with one narrating the Buda side and the other, the Pest side. They were both extremely knowledgeable about their information, but as there is so much to see and do in Budapest, it felt like my head was on a swivel, “on your left is…if you look to your right…” Finally, lots of moving and walking around, if you’re older, or traveling during heavy tourist season (I was there in the first week of May and although the weather was absolutely perfect 75°F/24°C), there was an abundance of tourism! I thought I would just miss the beginning of it…but I was wrong! “Times (and weather) are a changing”, that’s for sure! Overall, a very nice, informative and “busy” tour! 👍🏼

Well, we had to pay $39 extra for my husband and aunt, because they were not from the European Community, even though when we checked in wr told the girl who helped us. This is truly a rip off. $39 a person is like paying full price for a tour we already paid for

A great introduction to Budapest, our guide (Ben) was very informative and interesting.
The coach enabled us to see several interesting sites in the time, Appx 3 hours, and ended at the Parliament building for an audio tour Appx 1 hr.
Sites included Heroes square, Fisherman's bastion, the Great Synagogue & Parliament building (which was stunning).
Ben also gave us info about places to eat and advice about trams, buses and the metro, and happily answered all questions.
Well worth the money .

It is a very quick rushed trip around the city with very little time to look at it and take it all in. Not even much time for a comfort break. The tour is only really 2 hrs 30 mins, with last hour walking through Parliament guided by others.

Very superficial tour of Budapest—very little time at Buda castle; possible LONG wait at Parliament.
We had only 10 minutes at the castle. We waited 45 minutes for the tour of Parliament. Our guides gave no information that waiting would be required.

While it was on a large coach bus, the boarding was effecient and the guide had so much historical and fun information it didnt feel lile you were with a large group.

The tour of Parliament was excellent -- it is hard to get tickets so when I saw that this tour had tickets included, it was why I signed up. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and provided a lot of information - it was almost too much history so after a bit of time it was hard to embrace -- he was passionate about the tour - would have liked to have stopped at Heros Square but we drove around twice -- due to traffic and time constraints. I would do this tour again but would recommend an easier history lesson -

This was a fabulous tour. Our guide was Eloni and she was very knowledgeable on the history of Hungary. It was the correct mix of Buda and Pest giving us a flavour for the city. Loved the stops at Hero’s Square, Holy Trinity Square and the final tour of the Parliament was amazing. This tour was approx 4.5 hours and as such was great value.

Mostly riding on a bus having the guide point out things that can be hard to see out the windows. Tour did stop at Hero's square and Fisherman's Bastion. But then you get dropped off to go to the Parliment, which did have a ticket included but the guide left you there. Not worth the $100 per person charged. You'd be better off taking a hop on hop off bus and buying your own ticket to the Parliment. I would not recommend this tour.

This package is ok. You don’t have enough time to look at the first 2 sites so if you don’t mind only seeing the outside then it’s worth it, Or your primary goal is to access the parliament tour.

We tried booking tickets for the Parliament Building Tour on our own and could not get in as the tickets were all sold out a week in advance. So we booked with Viator, and I have to say Ben was FANTASTIC!! We weren't sure what all we would see on the walking tour before going to the Parliament Building, and although Ben took us to places we had already visited, he gave us more history and perspective than we received doing an online guide on our own. We have done many Viator tours over the years in all different countries, and Ben was a phenomenal guide, one of the best we have ever had. Thanks Ben, we had a great time on our tour with you!
