Great way to see Budapest during the day! The views of the city were beautiful, the included drink was a nice bonus, and the audio guide provided interesting information about the landmarks. A relaxing and enjoyable experience.

It was a nice trip. The guided portion was interesting. There was an opportunity to stop at Margaret Island and walk around and catch a late boat back. We felt like it helped us see some of the other places we wanted to go. Would recommend it.

Our dock is located on the riverside near Elizabeth Bridge, directly in front of the Marriott Hotel. Look for a large blue and white number 7 sign at the entrance.

Itinerary

Book your desired departure time, and travel independently to the departure pier in central Budapest. Then, take a seat aboard the comfortable, glass-enclosed boat. The boat's glass cover is retracted in good weather, so you can also enjoy the open air.

Then, view Budapest from the water as you sail along the river. Admire the UNESCO-listed Buda Castle district and Royal Palace, and float under the Elizabeth Bridge.

Learn about the landmarks from the onboard commentary, and enjoy the WiFi and your choice of a glass of sparkling wine, red or white wine, beer, soda, or mineral water.

Cruise under the Chain Bridge past the Hungarian Parliament to Margaret Island, set in the middle of the Danube. If you wish, step ashore on the island when your boat docks, and enjoy free time to explore before catching the next boat back to the starting pier.

Alternatively, stay aboard and finish your cruise without disembarking, admiring the riversides again before your experience ends at the departure pier.

All in all this was disappointing. The temperature was over 100 and when we went to the boat the temperature on the boat was over 100. We requested about the AC and told it was just turned on now and it takes a while to cool down. The staff are not that friendly and the boat didn’t not make a stop at the island as it promised on the itinerary. Very disappointed

It was a lovely boat with glass ceiling and sides. The commentary was through headphones. We found it very confusing and were questioning each other what building or was being spoken about. The staff were nice and sis their jobs well

Unfortunately we booked a cruise that we thought would be late enough for us to see the city lit up at night. Some this was summer, the sun did not set until 9 pm but we did have lovely and sunny views of both riverbanks. The cruise was just long and informative enough. Don't expect much from drinks. Overall, I recommend it!

Beautiful ship, crew was unfriendly not engaging at all. Not one person smiled. Lovely trip but a recorded guide so no interaction. No additional drinks available for purchase

We were with 2 small kids and chose to go on the last cruise before sunset The boat was fairly empty and we very much enjoyed the ride We were offered several options of drinks with some kind of extra lemonade drink at the end. Each seat is equipped with a headset and a way to select a language for an audio guide of the areas we passed. The boat was particularly clean and spacious compared to others we saw. We were able to bring a stroller on with no issue. The waiting area was nice as well with bathrooms in addition to those on the boat.

A great way to see Budapest from another perspective, the service was great with welcoming staff. There is a modern check in point, waiting room and toilets at point of departure which made it feel like a elevated experience. The boat was comfortable and had the option of sitting outdoors on the top deck or inside with panoramic views. The audio guide was also useful and the optional stop at the island was great - I'd likely have taken this option if I had the time.

Thoroughly enjoyed this experience. Took the cruise at end of October so the whole of the upper deck was empty and I had the whole space to myself for most of the cruise. Got some excellent photos. The audio commentary was available from headsets both in the enclosed lower deck and also the open top deck. We were served our drinks on the way out and another on way back. The boat itself was very clean and beautiful. Would definitely recommend, we loved every second of it. Thanks to all involved.
