Admire the glass-topped vessel and step aboard. Find a seat in the cabin and enjoy your first views of Budapest from the water as you set sail along the famous river.
Cruise southward past the UNESCO-listed Danube riversides, absorbing the lamplit waterfronts of Buda and Pest, and sailing under the floodlit Elizabeth Bridge and Liberty Bridge.
Admire the panoramic views of the Buda Castle district, making out the twinkling Royal Palace, and learn about the sights from the onboard film and recorded commentary (available in 30 languages). Along the way, sip on your choice of a glass of Champagne, wine, beer, soda, or mineral water, and if you wish, use the onboard Wi-Fi.
Have your camera ready to capture the floodlit spires of the Hungarian Parliament building, and glide under the Chain Bridge, its archways and suspension chains aglitter with lights.

Highly recommend taking this cruise. The views were amazing, the beautiful city of Budapest all light up at night. The commentary was great too. We had issues with our booking, which were dealt with swiftly and we also took a wrong turning from the bridge and was half an hour late for our selected booking, but this was quickly amended for us for the next sailing. We would definitely do this on our next visit to Budapest.

I recently did a boat tour in Budapest and overall it was a good experience. The boat itself was nice and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the trip.
However, one downside was how overcrowded it got. There were too many people on board, which made it uncomfortable at times. It was especially frustrating that some passengers stood up and blocked the view, making it harder for others to fully enjoy the scenery.
Still worth doing for the views, but it would be much better with better crowd control.

You need to know you’re inside a plexiglass enclosed boat. They don’t let you open the windows and pictures are distorted and blurry. Don’t be enticed by the free drink.

Unlike many other docks there was room to wait inside, rather than standing outside on the sidewalk in a long que.
Not really a que to get on the boat, but in shoulder season it wasn't a problem.

The duration was an hour. Speed was just right. Only thing is that the open-air seats at the upper deck could only accommodate up to 20 plus people. Saw other cruises have more open air seats.

This cruise was a decent experience overall. Staff on board were super nice and friendly. Hard to get a good seat if not there early enough and windows were a bit dirty to take a photo through. Front section was very hot. Lots of boat tours on the Danube so not sure if any are superior but for sure it’s a must do experience when in Budapest !! Free drink was a nice touch and so happy they had a washroom on board.

River cruise seeing the sights of Budapest from the water - what you’d expect value for money wise. Prompt boarding, nice views on the water. We opted for top deck which was a little chilly so bring appropriate attire if you’re planning to sit out.

The river cruise provided a beautiful view but due to the cold weather we were inside the boat and the ride was less than exciting.

This experience for me was a let down. The pictures show you a huge boat with lots of room to take pictures and such. When I got on the boat it looked like the entire vessel was covered by a tarp, there was no way you could be outside to take pictures. Then I found a tiny part out of boat that was outdoors that had a maximum of 16 seats, there were at least 60 people on this boat that all paid for and were expecting outdoor seating. As a solo traveller I was so lucky to get an outdoor seat because I wasn’t fussy who I sat next to. Drinks were offered and service was fine but my champagne was flat and the servings were the size of a tasting. The views were absolutely beautiful and I did manage to get some beautiful pictures. But there was no room to take any solo shots because the boat was absolutely tiny. I do definitely recommend doing a cruise when in Budapest! Just don’t book this particular one, you will be disappointed. I found that because this is so popular there are many tourist pop stands in the central of Budapest advertising this with bigger boats and better drinks, some even offering dinner! Definitely do a cruise but not this one.

We were a bit nervous after reading some negative reviews but we loved it.
Staff were lovely - boat was really nice - drink was served within 10 minutes on the boat and we had no issues seeing any of the lovely buildings.
