Excellent Tour with Mikhail
Excellent, informative and sensitive tour with Mikhail. He was extremely knowledgeable and totally dedicated to ensuring everyone’s needs were taken into account. Went with our teenage children, one of whom is studying this period in GCSE history and he benefited greatly. Cannot recommend enough. Huge thanks, Mikhail.

Great trip
I had thought of making my own way to Sanssouci but decided to take this trip as everything was organised for a visitor. It was long enough to get a sense of the opulence of Frederick’s summer retreat. Yasmin was a helpful and knowledge guide giving us lots of information about Berlin’s history as we made our way to and back from the palace. We also stopped at the Bridge of Spies on the way. We had audio guides for the palace then got an overview of the gardens and vineyards with Yasmin. I thought it was long enough to see everything and good value and would defiantly recommend it.

Thoughtful, Nuanced, and Unforgettable Tour of Sachsenhausen
Tina did a great job guiding us through Sachsenhausen. She told the story in a nuanced way that conveyed the depths of the inhumanity that occurred there, while also helping us understand the social, political, and psychological forces that made it possible. She was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and compassionate throughout. Highly recommended.

First Day in Berlin - Take This Tour!
This walking tour is an outstanding introduction to Berlin because it connects many of the city's most important landmarks into a single, easy-to-follow route while telling the story of Berlin's transformation from imperial capital, to Nazi Germany, to a divided Cold War city, and finally to the modern capital of a reunified Germany. The tour begins at the iconic Brandenburg Gate, perhaps Berlin's most recognizable landmark and the ultimate symbol of German reunification. Standing beneath the famous gate is the perfect place to start understanding Berlin's history. Just a short walk away is the Reichstag Building, home of the German Parliament. Here you'll hear stories spanning more than a century of German history, from the Reichstag Fire of 1933 to the rebuilding of German democracy after World War II. The route then takes you through the beautiful Tiergarten to the Soviet War Memorial Tiergarten, where actual Soviet tanks and artillery from World War II provide a powerful reminder of the Battle of Berlin. Passing the famous Victory Column adds another layer of Berlin's military and imperial history. One of the most moving stops is the Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe. Walking through the vast field of concrete stelae creates a powerful and reflective experience that helps visitors understand the scale and impact of the Holocaust. The tour then continues to the site of the Führerbunker, where visitors learn about the final days of World War II and the collapse of Nazi Germany. This is followed by the massive former Detlev-Rohwedder-Haus, originally Hermann Göring's Air Ministry and later the location where East Germany was proclaimed in 1949. The walk then shifts into Cold War Berlin at Niederkirchnerstraße Berlin Wall Remains, where one of the longest preserved sections of the Berlin Wall still stands. Hearing stories of escape attempts and the human cost of division makes this one of the most memorable parts of the tour. Finally, the tour concludes at the world-famous Checkpoint Charlie. This former border crossing between East and West Berlin was the site of Cold War tensions, including the famous U.S. and Soviet tank standoff. Ending here ties together the story of Berlin's division and eventual reunification. What makes this tour exceptional is that it isn't just sightseeing—it is a chronological journey through Berlin's history. In just a few hours, you'll experience many of the city's most significant landmarks while gaining a much deeper understanding of the events that shaped Germany and Europe. For first-time visitors, it is one of the most efficient, informative, and engaging ways to see Berlin's major sights and understand why the city remains one of the most historically fascinating capitals in the world. Our guide Irish Paul brought the tour to life with great descriptions. He is a major reason the tour was so good.

Berlin tours are as eclectic as the city itself. History buffs can spend hours pondering the World War II and Cold War museums and monuments, take a walking tour of the Berlin Wall, or visit Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp. Once you’ve uncovered the city’s past, it’s time to discover the delights of modern-day Berlin—explore the neighborhoods, tuck into street food, or go bar-hopping. Expert-led tours are also a great way to pack in all the sights, whether you choose a classic hop-on hop-off bus or river cruise, or add a fun twist and see Berlin by bike, Segway, rickshaw, or mini hotrod.
