Fantastic morning exploring Berlin!
The guided tour was a great way to visit all the ‘must see’ locations in Berlin. Our guide, Joseph, had a deep knowledge of the history of Germany and the locations we visited. He was considerate to the group and was happy to answer all our questions, and ensure we were all getting the most from our experience. 🌟

What a great experience!
Bastian was such an amazing tour guide and so informative! If you sign up for this tour, ask for him by name.
We loved that it was just my husband and me with Bastian so that we had the one on one experience with Bastian. We went to tons of historical sites and it was all so interesting.
I highly recommend this tour, it was fantastic!

Ideal way to enjoy beer and Berlin
This is a great way to experience a little history and visit pubs that you might walk past. Darren was an excellent host, guide, and had an ideal style for this type of tour. Highly recommend if you enjoy beer and want to see places off the beaten path.

July 2nd 2026 12 pm tour memories with Mikey
My wife and our twelve-year old son and I joined the tour on the date above at noon. It’s difficult to miss a tall hairy dude with a pink umbrella so we met Mikey our extremely friendly and welcoming tour guide. The tour begins at Brandenberg Gate, and I won’t give the surprises over the next two hours away, only to say all in our little party-of-three learned a great deal and Mikey is hugely entertaining with a great passion for Berlin and its history which he conveys with wit and a depth of humanity that was genuinely moving. I would recommend it and only wish I had more than five bucks in cash between us to tip him a few quid afterwards.

I booked this late the night before and tbh I didn’t realise there would be so much walking on such a hot hot day. Apart from that Frey our tour guide was very knowledgeable and engaging. Tour was v interesting and even though it was the briefest touch on the overwhelming history that had occurred there Frey’s commentary around the sights and memorials we visited truly made us feel just the tiniest percentage of the gravity of events that had happened and the emotional turmoil and suffering bourne there… not in ancient history but in my own lifetime.

Pottsdam
We had a lovely tour with Patrick. He was knowledgeable and engaging. The tour started at a youth hostel that has a wc in the basement. Patrick helped us purchase ABC tickets for our journey. Pottlsdam was absolutely lovely. The gardens and homes were stunning. It was so nice to be on a tour and not have to figure out where to go. Patrick had interesting commentary along the way. We saw the outside of structures and walked through the gardens. We did not enter the buildings. We had a break in the middle when we could eat lunch and shop. After the break we walked to the Sanssouci Palace and enjoyed the views, grounds and Patrick's commentary. We then had a choice to stay in Pottsdam or return via train to Berlin. We left Pottsdam around 4. If it hadn't been so hot, many of us may have stayed longer. Pottsdam is a lovely town with interesting places to eat and shop. I highly recommend this tour especially with Patrick as your guide.

Must do tour!
This tour of Berlin was a highlight of our European trip! The tour guide delivered on what was promised - a lively walking history lesson about the city! We learned new facts and gained a different perspective on WW2 and the Holocaust and how this impacted Berlina and its people.

Loved all the history!
If you love history you’ll love this tour. Our guide was a Scott (so native English speaker) and very well versed. He was patient with our many questions. Tour was about the right length, tho you are left at a museum that we wish we had had time to see but had an evening event to attend. Plan an extra hour and see the Museum of Terror-he said it’s one of the best. Hope to get it in before we leave.

Superb Tour Berlin
Berlin has had four (formation of Germany from kingdoms, Nazi rule, communist rule and reunification) periods in the last 120 years. My Viator gave me an amazing tour of the city and key landmarks where pivotal events occurred. Great tour on a lovely spring day.

Super worth it.
Katia (forgot spelling) was so lovely and super knowledgable. She was so generous with her time and had some rwally intricate and leftfield stories that as someome who has decent knowledge already if Berlin and irs history were really value ads for me.

Must go
Emma is amazing. She is not earned a degree university degree in German studies, she also has a passion for German history. She is a great storyteller and shared alot of facts and stories that made the tour interesting. She encouraged questions and conversation and took good care of the group. She kept some of the tour light as well as this is an extremely difficult subject. I highly recommend the tour with Emma specifically.

Loved our tour!
We had a lovely time. Anastasia was incredible and tailored the tour to exactly what we wanted. It was a little random but we had very specific things we wanted to see/do. She was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, her English was amazing and we learned so much!
