Definitely worthwhile to see

The tour of this concentration camp was fascinating. It was an easy bus ride and took about 55 minutes. The tour guide talks much of the way, so it kind of helps pass the time. The camp itself was rather wide open with just a couple of barracks still remaining. I kind of thought I’d see more of what it was like in the actual stuff from back then. I guess there wasn’t as much as I thought it would be, but it was still an amazing experience. Nikolai was our tour guide and he did a fantastic job. The actual tour and the concentration camp was two hours and it was walking to the different areas or buildings that were highlighted. Still blows my mind that’s something like this could actually happen. All in all this was definitely a worthwhile tour.

He mixes in humor, interesting stories, facts, and the appropriate respect for a rather dark period in human and German history. The trip is very safe, and simply a lot of fun. We are so glad we took this tour with Sam. My wife, 3 sons and I from California would love to do it again. Don't miss this excursion! Can't say enough good things about it.

Our guide Xavier did great answering questions and helping us navigate the experience and space as well as the journey back. I would note that it is very important for the guides for there to be no note taking or recording of the tour in any way other than photos of the sites as is appropriate.

Felipe’s vast knowledge was exceptional. Every small detail was covered and the way the tour was delivered was perfect. It can be rushed, but that’s just how it is with tours. I took the 2 hour Berlin walking tour for WW2 and the Cold War. It is a great taster tour that gives you an overview of the subject while walking around some of the most famous buildings and monuments in Berlin. Tina was excellent, friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and energetic with a really strong grasp of her subject matter. The tour started on time, ended on time, didn't feel rushed and left me wanting a much longer and more detailed follow up. I'd highly recommend it both in value for money terms and also in terms of getting a fast overview on some of the most interesting (and poignant) periods of the 20th Century.

Incredibly fun activity! **However, I would not recommend if you wanted a guided experience through Berlin with a 'narrator' of the city. That being said, this was the highlight of a 10-day city trip throughout Europe. Everyone throughout the city was very excited to see us driving in these small vehicles.

The boat tour of Berlin is good. However, the Viator booking system is flawed -- I definitely booked a 15:30 trip, but the tickets printed out as 11:30. I had to contact Viator to fix it, which a Viator customer service representative was able to do, but it was a step I should not have had to do. The bottom line for other travelers --- check your tickets carefully after you order!

Great Tour!

This was a fantastic tour! We learned so much about Berlin and had the best food! The kebab from the Turkish restaurant was our favorite! We were so full by the end of the tour! We made several stops, tried sweet, savory, some currywurst (which was surprisingly delicious!) and learned about the food and the city. One of the best tours we have ever had! Even my kids 21 and 17 enjoyed it!

Great tour

A lot in a short time. We saw a lot of what we wanted to see in just 3 hours of driving around the city. It was brutally hot that day and the guide made sure to keep that in mind while showing us the sites. He was great. The driver was amusing and between the two of them kept us entertained with stories and personal experiences. I highly recommend!
