Amazing trip

We visited Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp today, and it was an incredibly powerful and moving experience. Our guide, Mikey, was outstanding from start to finish—extremely knowledgeable, engaging, and respectful of the site’s history. He provided deep insights that really brought the stories and significance of the camp to life. Despite the heavy subject matter, the tour was thoughtfully delivered and truly worthwhile. We came away having learned a great deal and with a much deeper understanding of this important place in history. Overall, it was a meaningful and impactful visit—definitely a 10/10 experience. Hannah was our guide through insider tours and was fab! Very empathetic, extremely knowledgeable and just was the most fantastic guide for what was a tough tour. Would recommend this tour but ask for Hannah if you get a choice. Would recommend. For anyone who questions taking children. We took our 12 year old son who asked lots of questions, was sensitive to where and how he asked questions and is still talking about the tour.

Unique and relaxing experience

This boat tour was a really lovely experience. My sister and I decided to do this on a whim and it was such a lovely relaxing activity. The guide was fantastic, such a lovely guy with great knowledge about the city and a good sense of humour too! It was really fun to see the city from a unique perspective of being on the river and they didn’t rush through it. The boat was comfortable and a smooth journey. You can order drinks on board (hot, cold, soft drinks and alcoholic drinks) which is a nice touch. The boat is easy to get on and off but there are some fairly steep steps to get down to where the boat is.

This was a really interesting tour. The tour guide, Klaus, spoke very clearly and the information was informative and accessible. 2h was just the right amount of time for a walking tour and although we had rain it didn't spoil the experience. We stopped at the Topography of Terror but didn't go in on the tour, however, it was very close to the end so we went back and it was definitely worth a visit. Klaus gave us a lot of interesting information about buildings we had walked past during our time in Berlin but knew nothing about. His information put them all in context. I would definitely recommend the tour.

It is a great idea of a tour. You visit the most important sites walking around marvelled by the stories our guide was telling us. So it sets you in the mood for the city. Is a great way to get a first glimpse of and incredible city. Loved Berlin! Loved the tour! And the next time I go there I'll take a tour again. Me and my daughters we loved it.

Great tour

Wally was a fantastic tour guide. He was very informative and a great story teller. Really appreciated all the details we were given. It really gave us a good idea of the horrific things that happened at Sachsenhausen. The English and Spanish tour guides took turns offering information about what was seen while on the bus, but once we arrived at the destination we broke off into separate smaller groups. Make sure you eat breakfast or bring snacks on the bus, no opportunity for lunch until almost 2 pm.

Great trip to Berlin!

Great trip to Berlin! The busses were right outside the terminal where we docked. Departed on time and it was a smooth, comfortable ride to Berlin. Plenty of bathroom breaks. We arrived back to port an hour before departure. Anne was an amazing guide and made the long journey fun and engaging. Great history lesson! Plenty of time for lunch on your own and shopping.

Do it!!

Amazing! So much fun!! Orlando was a great guide. I felt very safe and we got to see all of the sites. The cars are tiny and have no shocks, so you feel every bump. Who cares! Totally worth it. I’d go again in a heartbeat. Don’t forget your license, and be prepared to make a refundable deposit (either 500 or 1500) to take the cars out.
