I did not know there are 4 to 5 different hop on hop off bus options in Berlin. This is run by the bus company gray line. All of the bus options were at the same departure place. I had my voucher downloaded. But could not find the representative for the circle line. Never did find them. But other company representatives helped me this line is no better or worse than the rest of them. I didn’t find the narration particularly engaging. But it was OK. The difficulty in finding the bus line was my recent forgiveness and average rating. I never did find where the boat tour for this line begins or ends. There was no announcement on the narration to tell you this is the stop to get off for the boat tour so I’m not sure that it actually took us to the boat tour. It’s OK, just don’t highly recommend it more than others.

Great overview of Berlin for first timers visitors. Major sites are seen and you can return or hop off to see the ones you are interested in. For World War II buffs it does not take you past Fuhrerbunker, but it is about two blocks from Brandenburg Gate and a block from the Holocaust Memorial.

English narration was recorded and kept cutting off mid sentence throughout the tour. Dissatisfied with lack of complete sentences etc. missed lots of information. If narrative is corrected I would recommend tour.

Worth it to see the best landmarks of Berlin! Earphones and maps were not handed so we had to find them ourselves on the bus.

Not enough buses running and there maps had marked places to be picked up at, but when you got there, no representative or any sign posts to tell you that this was intact the bus stop. The only place we found a rep was in the Berlin city itself. We spent over an hour looking for a marked spot ( number 10 ) to get on a bus, but not marked on the street. A poor experience, and the only saving grace was the River cruise we booked as part of the Hop on Hop off ticket which turned out to be very good. I would recommend you try the RED Bus. Wouldn't use them again Neville

Several bus tours operating in the same spot so it was a bit confusing identifying the correct Tour operator. The bus took a long time before arriving & some of the inbuilt audio guides were not working hence other passengers had to switch seats to seats that had the audio working properly. Not too happy with the set-up.

My husband lived in Berlin in the 80's and wanted to show me everything as well as see what had changed. This was the best way to get around. The Company also did a great job considering the UEFA finals were interfering with traffic.

This was a good overview of Berlin’s city highlights as well as providing an economical way to get from one site to another. The bus was clean and the audio clear, although it did cut off abruptly a few times but did not exclude anything relevant. There was a small disappointment of not getting to view the Brandenburg gate but the was due to the Euro cup event and not due to the tour company. I felt they did a good job of letting people know which stops to get off to walk to the gate. Only other comment is a warning that on Sundays the shops are closed so not to get off at KaDeWe.

Best way to see the city (followed by exploring it on your own using public transportation). We chose a 24 hour option which was good enough to cover all points of interest. It takes about 2h 30 mints if you choose to stay in the bus without getting off at any of the stops. Advantage over other companies was there was only one route so no change of buses to switch to a different route.

The bus itself was clean and came by on a regular basis. Not easily identifiable routes. Boat option = the pier that we chose was closed. No one really helped us find the right one. We eventually did but it ate up an hour of our time. Overall - with experience - I would do it again but for the first time it is not easily navigated.

Worth buying the 2-day pass. I went for the full ride on day 1 and then selected my stops on day 2. They cover all the right places... it is also means of transportation 👍🏻

Generally good experience. However, be careful because when closing time comes your tour ends at the bus station regardless and you may nit be near your next destination.

The ticket redemption process is very unclear and they do not run during all advertised hours. Also, while the bus runs 7 days a week, if you need assistance on a weekend, you are out of luck.

Saw many things would have otherwise missed. Commentary was brilliant. Unfortunately it was a very hot day. Never had a problem waiting for the bus ( roughly 15 mins ) The cruise was also good but only in German so my partner didn't understand. Just a lovely day.

Remaining of original wall and the history, Checkpoint Charlie, as well as East Side Gallery. You really don’t need to look hard to see the History of WWII war. It’s a beautiful city and so happy had a chance to visit it.

City tours are always a good way to see a lot with limited time. I wish their information were more centralized. In your booking you can’t actually access a map of the route. There was one stop they weren’t using where we were waiting. Website showed it. Should have been communicated better by the bus driver. Audio on some buses cut in and out.

Negative is the distance you have to go change your voucher to tickets.
I think in this day and age it would be far better to send them electronically otherwise great experience.

Trying to find somewhere to get our tickets redeemed was confusing, then some of the bus drivers were - ahem - less than helpful to put it mildly. Why couldn’t you have just sent us the tickets so we could’ve hopped straight on instead of having to walk from the Bahnhof to Potzdamer Platz, for example.

Recordings of history are too brief and more information should be provided. Sometimes timing was off..recording too far ahead or lagging from where the bus was at. It was ok but room for improvement

This was a very good experience apart from the fact that it clearly showed that stop 16 was where you could get on the cruise, even your agent at this stop was not aware of this, so we had to walk back to stop 14. Was still a great trip
