Even though it was konigsday, the tour still took place and the route changed, so ended up traveling quiet canals and seeing some great views of the zoo and university. Mark, or tour guide did a fantastic job and was very friendly, knowledgeable and inclusive. A great existing and definitely a must do!

We don’t get to go on cruise. Arrived at the river 30 minutes ahead and directions to boat was vague. We walked around in circles forever. When we finally found it, there were hardly any seats left. We were three people and would have basically had to sit on laps. We asked about a later cruise and there were no openings . They offered a cruise the next day but we had other appointments. If you are going to book here do not use Apple Maps!!!
Beautiful views of the canals at night. Crew was pleasant and umbrellas and rain parkas were provided as it rained off and on during the activity. The captain was knowledgeable and pointed out a lot of cool history during the cruise.

Really informative and engaged tour. Jack, was funny and knowledgeable, making an already great trip excellent. Shame not all the participants wanted to listen.
Emma was an excellent guide and captain. Loved her commentary. While a few of our friends had a hard time finding the starting point, they waited for them and still gave us a full tour. Excellent company!

Nice ride through lots of big and small canals. Boat is uncovered so we got wet when a shower started but plastic ponchos appeared.
5 stars for Eco Tours doing the best they could in the pouring rain! I have to admit our experience was diminished by the weather (it was pouring rain!) but I don’t want to take away from a fun and professional staff and we knew the boat ride would go on rain or shine. Our guide was fun and knowledgeable and we learned all about why the Red Light District is RED!
Nice trip. Suggest going at night to make it more memorable perhaps. Beer and or wine with appropriate supplement.
Evening cruise with three kids. Ecotours was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful crew. Thoughtful and managed the customer experience impeccably. Merlin was a very charming host. He navigated the canal and its history with skill and peppered his stories with lots of humour. This kept the kids engaged for the whole cruise. Don’t miss the opportunity to see beautiful Amsterdam in the evening light.
You get to go through smaller canals that the larger canal boats don't fit in.

I would highly recommend this particular excursion at night. Amsterdam was lighted up on all the bridges. Our guide was excellent, giving all the details about all the point of interest and very knowledgeable.

Great way to see the city. Very informative captin who knows his stuff! As weather was so warm option of umbrellas were available to get out of the heat.

The night cruise was the perfect time of day to enjoy the city from the canals. Captain Jack was personable and informative and we learned much more about Amsterdam!

The boat tour was very nice. Our tour guide Merlin was great, knowledgable and with a great sense of humour. I would book this tour again for sure.
In cooler weather one should have slightly warmer clothing. It was 21 degrees when we went at 7:30pm but as the sun was setting g it did get a bit cool.

This was a great experience. Jack was a great skipper. Initially it wasn’t clear where we were to get the boat because the vendor wasn’t listed on Viator. We did manage to easily find it. This was a nice ride because we could see the sunset and some of the bridges lit up. Highly recommended tour!
Lovely boat ride; however, we sat in back of boat and couldn’t hear what the captain was saying- as he was in middle of boat. Wished he had used his microphone as I saw other boat captains doing, and I saw that he had one readily available.
We had a great time. A beautiful evening it is amazing that the canals are connected. We loved the history and the architecture of the buildings.
