So the captain and crew were lovely, nonfaultvof theirs that i was stuck with a big bunch of thoroughly obnoxious tourists that ruined the excursion. That said, the boat is covered with tarps, not with plexiglass, and the weather was bad. Couldn't see as much as I would have liked.

Other than some mixup with Time of Departure…
We booked a 7:00 pm cruise but Operators asked that we move our booking to 7:30 pm.
Not a problem for us - but they blamed it on Viator. Com.

Nice look at Amsterdam by canal. Captain pointed out a few landmarks. Would have been nicer if the group at the front of the boat wasn't so obnoxious. They cover the boat if it’s misting which really blocks the view.

Great little tour, reasonably priced, friendly staff. We were the only couple on board for the last trip of the evening and it still went ahead! Struggled to locate boat but emailed company and they send back a photograph for further help. I would say that the easiest directions to follow would be to come from main entrance of Centraal station and to your right is a body of water, head to that, down the steps and Eco group have a green wind sail flag.

Igor, our guide for the evening was great. He gave us just enough information without talking all the time but pointed out all the interesting points. The boat was warm enough for an evening cruise. The lights made the canals look so lovely.
